Generally, there is no limit to what services you can use in the post office, even if you are from abroad, so I'm sure that you can use their new service, crypto exchange, without any problem. You don't buy or sell crypto from the people in the post office, but using app. created by Dzoni's company. Dzoni will explain in more detail when he show up again here. |

Can you believe it? We, the Croatian Bitcoin community, are really shocked with this information and we did not expect this. It seems that right now Croatian post office will offer this service as pilot project only in one city in Croatia- Zadar, but hopefullythis service will be extended soon to all post offices in the Republic of Croatia! It's great step for bitcoin acceptance in Croatia. To je onda super opcija i jedan od rijetkih preostalih legalnih načina kako si razmjeniti crypto u fiat i ostati ''ispod radara'' porezne.
Legalno i "ispod radara" ne bi išlo u istu rečenicu. 
U vezi signature kampanja iliti iznajmljivanja signature space-a. Mnogi taxisti i ostali prijevoznici imaju reklame od kojekavih firmi po vozilima i nerijetko ide i po kilometraži. Znači, ono, rentaju svoj "taxi space" za reklamu. Koliki porez oni plaćaju kad se netko reklamira na njihovom vozilu? Banke moraju poštovati zakone zemlje u kojoj posluju a tako i građani zakone države u kojoj žive.
Do sada to nije bilo toliko striktno ali na žalost svakim danom se sve više kontroliraju sve financijske transakcije između fizičkih i pravnih osoba, i zapravo sve je teže razmjeniti crypto u fiat i povući na svoj račun a da ne ostane ''trag'' o toj transakciji koju porezna može pratiti.
Opet ponavljam: pranje novca i porezna nemaju veze jedno s drugim. Banke ne kontroliraju porijeklo novca da bi dokazali da li je čovjek platio porez, banke kontroliraju porijeklo novca da bi dokazali da novac nije došao od trgovine drogom, ljudima ili iz Irana ili Sjeverne koreje. Porezna uprava nadzire koliko ti imaš novca na računu, ali ne pita banku otkud je novac došao nego pita tebe otkud je novac došao, pa ako nemaš odgovor na to pitanje, onda ti lupi porez. Dakle: * sprječavanje pranja novca: banke nadziru transakcije i javljaju sumnjive transakcije uredu za sprječavanje pranja novca koji onda blokira sredstva pa ih oduzme ako se dokaže da su nezakonita * sprječavanje izbjegavanja plaćanja poreza: porezna nadzire imovinu (nekretnine, pokretnine, stanje na računu) i pita tebe da obrazložiš porijeklo imovine pa naplati porez ako nemaš kvalitetan odogovor Banke nadziru kripto transakcije zbog sprječavanja pranja novca, a ne zbog sprječavanja izbjegavanja plaćanja poreza. Koliko sam čuo, iznad određenog iznosa, čini mi se da je to bilo 105 000 kn, svaku takvu transakciju banka mora prijaviti uredu za sprečavanje pranja novca, a isto tako i porezna može tražiti podatke od banke, u tijeku poreznog postupka u kojem se utvrđuje podrijetlo novca i druge imovine poreznog obveznika. Rekao sam u prethodnom postu da su kontrole financijskih transakcija sve strože svakim danom, i nisam pri tome nužno mislio na poreznu, koja ionako dolazi na kraju te priče, već na to da će svaku takvu ''sumnjivu'' transakciju banka morati prijaviti, bilo zbog iznosa ili podrijetla (zemlja visokog rizika, sumnja na pranje novca i dr.). Ostalo su zakonske finese ali ostaje zaključak da je sve teže izbjeći ostaviti ''trag'' o toku novca ako se crypto razmjenuje u fiat i povlači na račun. Za nas koji želimo povlačiti novac od crypto zarade na bankovni račun, zapravo nisu problem provjere o pranju novca, jer lako dokažemo da se u našem slučaju ne radi o pranju novca, već ''dokazivanje'' poreznoj kako smo do tog novca odnosno crypto zarade došli, a radi se o onoj ''čuvenoj'' FIFO evidenciji koju moramo detaljno voditi jer je porezna traži, i dokazati da nam je crypto minimalno 2 godine na računu da bi izbjegli plaćanje poreza, kako je to Domchi već objasnio u svojim ranijim postovima. O tom problemu govorim i zato je porezna sa svojim ''nerazumnim'' zahtjevima u svojem službenom mišljenu o prijavi i plaćanju poreza na crypto zaradu, napravila problem i komplikaciju zbog kojih zapravo većina ljudi želi potpuno izbjeći prijavu i plaćanje poreza na crypto zaradu, umjesto da je obratno. |

Ne znam da li ovdje ima nekoga tko koristi tu opciju? Mislim da ćeš prije dobiti odgovor ako ih direktno kontaktiraš. 7500 kn po prodaji bez komplikacija. Normalno, moguće je to napraviti više puta dnevno ZNači, ako sam te dobro shvatio, za transakcije iznad 7500 traže dokumente i OIB a za manje iznose još ne? To je onda super opcija i jedan od rijetkih preostalih legalnih načina kako si razmjeniti crypto u fiat i ostati ''ispod radara'' porezne. |
