5901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: September 17, 2019, 09:15:49 AM
Finally Chpions league starts today and there is 2 big matches tonight - Borussia - Barcelona and Napoli vs Liverpool.
Messi probably will play tonight, maybe not whole match, but it's big factor. Barca results is unstable so far, so I don't know what to expect from this match. I think draw wouldn't be a bad score for us.
Napoli - Liverpool. LFC looking great so far, while Napoli have some problems in defense - they conceded 7 goals in 3 games in Serie A. Odds for LFC win looks nice.
I think we will see wins of Salzburg, Inter, Lyon and Ajax, while Chelsea - Valencia game looks tricky.
5902  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk posting etiquette on: September 15, 2019, 10:20:23 PM
Good stuff OP. Maybe these points were already discussed in older threads made by other members, but I'm sure that lot of members haven't saw it.
I want to talk about pyramid quotes. In past I've been making pyramid quotes, because I saw other high ranked members doing same thing and I didn't realised that's bad practice and that can be annoying. Only after release of Merit system I saw people complaining about pyramid quotes and it's one of reasons why they aren't giving merits. And I wasn't aware about script which removes part of quotes. It's helpful thing and I will give a try. But unfortunately I make most of my post on mobile and this script won't work on it. And it's not very convenient to edit quotes on mobile, especially if you have fat fingers Cheesy.
Another point - don't post in spam megathreads. It's not very likely that you can add something new to 50 pages long topic what wasn't already said.
5903  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: September 15, 2019, 10:08:51 PM
Hmm, Deulofeu, Adama Traore, Munir, Bojan, Cuenca, Tello...They were also really promising youngsters when they made their debut with Barcelona (next Messi, next Ronaldo, usual marketing stuff), nowadays, everyone forgot about them.

Only time will tell if the new La Masia gems like Ansu Fati, Aleña, and Riqui Puig, will follow the footsteps of the 2002-2007 generation (Messi. Pedro, Pique, Fabregas, Valdés), or end up like first ones that I mentioned.

I agree with you. Barca wasted so many talents in recent years. I don't like their current policy to buy big stars instead of trusting in academy talents. Fati seems like a promising player, but way too early to hype him.
We reached big win against Valencia even without Messi, but again we conceded few goals, what already become into worrying trend.

To summarize what happened in this round - Atletico lost for the first time and they had no chance to win against Sociedad.
I lost my only bet today - I had Celta win. But I think referee robbed them by giving 2 questionable red cards in the first half even after VAR review.
5904  Other / Serious discussion / Re: What wallet do you prefer? on: September 15, 2019, 08:56:03 PM
I use multiple types of wallets, but hardware wallet Ledger Nano S is my prefered option. I have it for almost 2 years and it was one of the best my investments in crypto world so far. Previously I held my coins on web wallets and I was sure that nothing bad won't happen to me. But later I realized that's not safe place to keep coins and bought hardware wallet.
But I still use web wallet sometimes. I'm just too lazy to connect my Ledger to PC every time when I want to send my BTC. So, I keep little BTC on web wallet for my daily needs and I also have Coinomi wallet on my mobile.
5905  Economy / Reputation / Re: Roger Ver why is he red trusted? on: September 15, 2019, 08:20:44 PM
I think Roger Ver is gernerally a good guy and has done a lot for crypto,
Here is place where I stopped reading. Ver is a good guy? C'mon... Yeah, maybe in past he did good things, but it don't justify what he is doing now. Spreading propaganda against Bitcoin, shady promotion of Bitcoin Cash is reasons why he deserves red trust. Just look at his Youtube channel, Bitcoin.com website, Reddit/btc and you will see how he is brainwashing people.
Though, this red trust have minimal impact for Ver, since he don't use Bitcointalk anymore and he is using these feedbacks for another his fake story.
5906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: September 15, 2019, 03:17:48 PM
I expected more interesting final, but Spain had almost perfect game today. Their defence was great and they stopped leaders of Argentina Campazzo and Scola. But on the other hand, Argentina missed many open three- pointers. Congrats to Spain, they really deserved to win this trophy. And I'm already waiting for Olympics next year.
And speaking about 3rd place game - Australia choked again, same like in semifinal when they had game in their hands.
5907  Economy / Services / Re: Apps that pay real money on: September 14, 2019, 11:24:18 PM
Apps paying money for what exactly? I think there are some faucets or micro jobs kind of apps available where you eill have to watch ad, do signups, downloads apps and etc to get money. But such apps usually is just waste of time. And these peanuts that they are paying are barely can be called as real money
Today my friend told me about one app which counts your steps and pays in their tokens which are tradable on exchanges. Of course rate is low now but from the other side you just walk and it counts )
Why you don't tell name of app? Smiley
I know one app similar to your description. It's Lympo. You earn their tokens by walking, running and completing challenges. I haven't tried it, but I doubt that you can get something significant from it.
5908  Other / Meta / Re: Who is this early joiners? (In Bitcointalk) on: September 14, 2019, 11:04:40 PM
Interesting stuff. It's strange to see that so many of early Bitcointalk accounts doesn't exist anymore. Maybe this question was asked in other threads, but I probably missed and just want to ask - what happened to these accounts? Why they're deleted? Because in recent years deleted Bitcointalk accounts is extremely rarely thing.
5909  Other / Meta / Re: Can I sell my bitcointalk account? Or is it against the rules? on: September 14, 2019, 10:53:53 PM
Well, there is no rule which wouldn't allow to sell Bitcointalk account. But our community is strictly against account sales and usually sold accounts are being red tagged by DT. And I don't see much reasons to sell Bitcointalk account. Yes, you can make quick buck by doing it, but is it really worth to do that? Is it all efforts that you put into your account is worth money that you will get? I don't think so... And worst thing that account sales encourage scams and fraud.
5910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: September 14, 2019, 10:45:19 PM
So, today champions of World Cup will be crowned. What are your thought about final?
First, third place game between Australia and France. In second round these teams already played and it was one of the best matches in this tournament. It's battle of equal opponents and it's difficult to predict winner.
And final - Spain vs Argentina. On the paper Spain are favorites, they have better squad, longer bench and lot of experience in big games like this one. While Argentina don't have big stars, but their defence is amazing and they are playing simple but beautiful basketball in offence. I really would love to see Argentina lifting this trophy.
5911  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: September 14, 2019, 06:02:04 PM
I just sent BTC few minutes ago. Can't wait for the start Smiley.
Last season I was so close from Top 5, maybe I will have better luck this year.
5912  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 14, 2019, 05:47:33 PM
Norwich 3:1 Man City
I don't watch this match, so, can somebody explain wtf is going on Cheesy? Norwich stats - 3 shots on target and all of them were converted to goals.
5913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: September 14, 2019, 03:40:26 PM

Actually betting on international games it is much easier to make profits as there is huge difference between temas' dynamics.
As for the excitement and interest it is indeed less than the clubs football.
Completely agree with you. International football is easier to predict than club football, especially when we are talking about qualifiers. I made really nice profit during this break and only lost 1 or 2 bets. There is huge level difference between some teams and we see odds like 1.1. But it's easy to make profit while betting on handicap or goals over/under. Meanwhile club football is difficult to predict because lot of matches ends with unexpected outcomes.
5914  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BitcoinTalk's 2019 Champions League Pool Sign Up Thread on: September 13, 2019, 10:33:00 PM
Just a quick reminder that Champions league season finally starts next week. So, not much time left to join, don't miss it.
I'm waiting for a PM from hilariousandco with Bitcoin address to pay entry fee Cheesy.
5915  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2!! on: September 13, 2019, 03:18:29 PM
Really? It's the first time I've heard about this. Is there any link to an announcement or any other thing help me for more details?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=319540.msg29578182#msg29578182
But I'm not sure that their plans are still same because this post was made long time ago. Maybe TheQuin can answer better about future plans of Freebitco.in.
5916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: September 13, 2019, 02:12:22 PM
Wow, you simply can't love Argentina, maybe they don't have big stars, but they have amazing passion. And I can't believe that Scola is 39 years old, because he plays like 29. After win against USA, it's big upset for France, maybe they were already in the final in minds.
And Spain - Australia - amazing match with 2 OT's. Both teams were worth to reach final. Spain veteran players like have lot of experience in such matches and winners mentality. Not many of us saw Spain in final before World Cup, but they proved again that's too early to write-off Spain Golden generation.
5917  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: freexrpfaucet.com Claim free XRP is it legit ? on: September 12, 2019, 07:33:12 PM
Personally, I wouldn't risk. All signs shows that most likely this website isn't legit. Big minimal payout is first big red flag. And I saw other faucets with very similar design and all of them were scam. And another thing - this website is very poorly monetized - they have just one a-ads banner, all other ads there is affiliate links. I have no idea how owner would cover payments for users.
5918  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2!! on: September 12, 2019, 07:19:36 PM
Is anyone here taking advantage of the 4% interest we can earn on our BTC?

I have started a new strategy where I am sending my BTC I earn from faucets over to FreeBitcoin to build up my BTC balance so that I can earn more from the 4% interest. By doing this I am risk free as I haven't put in my own BTC but only time spent on claiming from faucets. I started just a few weeks ago and have already built my balance up to close to 0.005. People say that faucets are a waste of time but that's how I got started and now I'm doing pretty good for myself all thanks to faucets. Even people can claim from Altcoin faucets and sell for BTC on exchanges and then have that BTC sent to FreeBitcoin to earn from the 4% interest.
I'm doing something similar for a long time already. But now I don't claim from faucets so actively as in past. Now mainly I just claim from Freebitco.in and don't withdraw it. Faucet payments are little nowadays, so 0.005 BTC in few weeks is not bad.
When Freebitco.in released plans about rebranding, they planned to add more coins to their website like Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Doge. If it will be implemented, we will be able to deposit these coind to Freebitco.in directly and choose in which coin to receive interest. I'm just not sure if they are still planning to do this thing.
5919  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] SPECTROCOIN.COM Cryptocurrency Exchange, Blockchain Wallet, Prepaid Card on: September 12, 2019, 07:09:33 PM
I'm Lithuanian myself. I remember long time ago  i was searching for Spectrocoin office. This one:
Quote
UAB Spectro Finance
Vilniaus g. 31
Vilnius LT-01402
Lithuania
And guess what? It does not exists, i'm i asked some people in that building, but they never heard about spectrocoin.
And the telephone +44 20 3769 5474  is fake too.

In one source I found another address of their office - Aušros al. 68, Šiauliai. Don't know is it fake or real, but office located in Šiauliai instead of Vilnius or Kaunas looks odd for me.
5920  Economy / Services / Re: Sports Donkey IPTV Streaming Now Accepting BTC! on: September 12, 2019, 07:03:32 PM

can i ask how much you currently pay? i agree the high price for monthly subs was to put of recurring billing so less credit card billing we have removed the long term subs and dropped the price.

1 month now £15 BTC
3 month's £25 BTC

Currently I'm paying just 2$/month for over 1000 channels. Probably it's chepeast provider with so many channels. They have lot of sports, movies, music and etc channels, but unfortunately I miss some UK and US sports channels.
Well, £15/month now sounds much better Wink
