It's ok as long as you know when will the dip ends and if you are buying the last dip before the bull run, but if the coins you intend to buy are getting low then it's not worth to take up a loan to buy the dip, you can lose a lot here. For the safe, you'll never take the loan at all and so you won't face another problem in the coming days. Not bad to have a loan for the good purpose but isn't sure for crypto to give back your money and pay for the interest. Anything that will happen, i will prepare. But only hold a few coins, maybe 2-3 ETH only. Don't have a brave soul to hold at this time especially when i post this, ETH down again and hope it can increased again when HF come.
It is usually goes to fall when hardfork came near as people were selling their coins in the preparation for a change. Not bad it is, but it makes different for now since we are totally in dip and it get more when people dump their ETH. I recently heard a story about Gambling addicts from a worker who works as a manager on the floor. They are the ones who check and manages tables, and they are the one to approve different kinds of transactions there.
Anyways, it's about a person who is an addict who isn't going anywhere. He said that in his shift, let's say it's the morning shift, he saw the person there, playing. When he came back the next day, that same guy with the same clothes is still there.

What I found curious here is that as I see mostly, least developed countries try to integrate blockchain technologies while other developed countries don't care much on it but still big companies try to catch bc technologies and integrate it (for example walmart, mastercard and etc, they haven't done anythinf but plan and make some patents aroudn bc).
Oh, also Georgia is a big example of how least developed countries try to see potential of blockchain technologies.
Because they are still hungry for improvements and yet they're still searching ways for quick developments. May this things will help them out from being stubborn and be more recognize thru BC.
