Is there any valid reason to continue gambling?

I think gambling is very addictive for that people contentiously playing gamble despite losses huge money. May be they think one day their luck will work and they will be a rich man in  a night. But it is not so easy to be a rich man in a night.  Grin Grin

Unless you win in a lottery. That will change your whole life depending on how you are going to spend your winnings. I think gambling is addictive only because there is money related to it. Many people thinks that it's their one way ticket to success not thinking the risks that can happen.
5902  Economy / Services / Re: Stake.com - A signature campaign for everyone! Earn up to 0.1 BTC weekly on: May 31, 2019, 09:50:26 AM
I'm also leaving this campaign. Pay rates are not reasonable anymore unless you have plenty of time posting on this forum.
Please respect my decision. Thank you.
Hey buddy, you actually joined another campaign that pays the same:
Tier D)

3 Heros @ 0.000035/Post | Bonus: 0.000040 BTC / Post

At $8500/btc, your campaign is paying a base rate of $0.2975/post, and stake is paying $0.30 per post. Your campaign is paying an additional $0.34/post for posts in the gambling section, up to 15 posts per week, while stake is paying 0.001 for 20 posts in gambling, or $0.425/post.

My question to you is, were you kicked from the stake campaign? Or did you actually join another campaign that pays the same, and leave this one because "pay rates are not reasonable anymore"?

The pay rates maybe the same but if you look at post counts my current campaign pays 0.00075 per post on gambling section maximum of 15 posts weekly which I can already earn 0.001125 just for 15 posts on gambling. Meanwhile stake pays 0.001 for 20 post in gambling ONLY. As I say above I don't have plenty of time to spend on this forum. I still have a life outside.  Wink
5903  Economy / Economics / Re: Who controls the market? on: May 31, 2019, 06:49:27 AM
It's obvious that traders controls the market. Those whale traders they call have a big impact to it. They hold a large amount of that crypto and they can dump if they want it. I think news also can affect the market. When they spread negative news, some people are panicking to sell their holdings while others see it as a buying opportunity.
5904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is needed for a gambler to the success? on: May 31, 2019, 02:54:10 AM
To be a successful gambler, he must be not greedy and control his emotions when he wins or lose.  He should know the tactics of casino or gambling sites to earn profit from them.

In my opinion there is no specific strategy in gambling that really works. It's just a matter of self-disipline.
5905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: May 31, 2019, 02:05:20 AM
For efficiency the best choice is online gambling. You can play anytime and anywhere you want as long as you have internet connection. For traditional gambling, not all people can go to casinos. It's either far ayaw from them or there is no business like that in their place. As for amount to bet, you can bet any amount you can afford on online gambling rather than playing on casino.
5906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you prefer? Sportsbet or casino on: May 31, 2019, 12:35:58 AM
I prefer sportsbetting because it has higher chance to win than casino. On casino there is a house edge which makes it more difficult to win. While on sportsbetting you can analyze by yourself which team has higher chance of winning. You can base on their skills, win records, or team lineup.
5907  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you define a good exchange? on: May 30, 2019, 01:16:28 PM
I define an exchange if it's good or bad if it has a high volume of traders. If there are a lot of trades happening on each crypto and only few selected altcoins are listed there. It's also good if their platform is mobile friendly and their support is easy to contact and replies fast when there are some problems.
5908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this year be favourable to you? on: May 30, 2019, 07:00:42 AM
So far yes. My eth and btc suffered too much paperloss from last year's bear market. And now it's slowly recovering because the price movement these days is positive. I hope this will continue and last year won't happen again. Atleast I learned something from what happened last year. It is to never hodl too much and grab a profit when there's a chance.
5909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about the gambling site's having a promotion? on: May 30, 2019, 05:32:54 AM
It's a way to attract players. It's just like the things we buy at a grocery. We prefer to buy what we saw on tv, magazines, or the social media. Without those promotion no one will use their product or service. It's just like building a business without hoping for it to earn profit.
5910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you start crypto gambling? on: May 30, 2019, 03:33:56 AM
I started way back 2016 when I first knew about bitcoin. I don't know a way that time how to earn bitcoin other than gambling. And with just clicking on a website, betting on something you can earn money. It got me addicted at first until all I've spend had disappeared so I stop realizing that I can't be rich through that and will just lose more money if I continue gambling.

5912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Rising, Scams Rising on: May 29, 2019, 05:22:28 AM
It is because there are more people that wants to get rich quickly. Someone introduces them bitcoin and promises them a huge return. These people don't research by themselves and become a scam victim in the end. They trust that person who introduce them bitcoin because he is reputable enough and trust them with their own money.
5913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some things all gambling websites/apps/games should have? on: May 29, 2019, 04:27:02 AM
I'm curious to know what you all feel are the most important features of gambling websites/apps/games?

When I'm choosing a gambling website I prefer if there was a dark theme on that website's UI. I like it if there are some deposit bonus or some promos/events they are making. That way some gamblers have more reason to play and enjoy. That would also help to promote their website as well.
5914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling.. way to loss on: May 29, 2019, 03:49:42 AM
There will be no more gambling sites and land based casinos if it is not profitable. Gambling is business, owners have house edge advantages.
If gambling is profitable for the gamblers then all gambling sites will not exist because they will loose but its not  .

what happens instead is that gambling owner profits more , more than gamblers and this is why gambling sites exist and they are still growing because gambling is really a good business  .

gamblers on the other hand still continues to play gambling despite thier losses because gambling is not about the profit but its also a fun activity to do

Gambling can be profitable if you are not greedy and know when to stop when you already earned some profit.  But most people are not like that. There are more people that are greedy and spend more money on gambling. That is why gambling business lasts for many years and even more are creating their own gambling website or casino.

5917  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Short secure profit trading on: May 27, 2019, 10:49:34 AM
OP isntead of just giving signals why don't you just teach your followers how to do it properly,
It is better to teach them than to just rely on your signals.
Knowledge is for a life time so people should learn instead of relying on others.

But most people don't want to study it. They think it is complex for someone like them to understand trading. They find someone to rely and make decisions for them. It depends on yourself if you trust those signals or not. Just know the risk of doing it and don't blame someone if you lose.
5918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen if we find THE REAL SATOSHI ?? on: May 27, 2019, 10:16:24 AM
Let's say you're the real satoshi. Can you introduce yourself to the public? The man behind bitcoin and seen as threat to banks. It's like making your own death wish. I think that's the reason why satoshi became anonymous, he knows that his creation will make a big impact to the future.
5919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much bitcoin is "a fair share"? on: May 27, 2019, 09:02:44 AM
Bitcoin has a limited supply and can be traded to gain huge amount of profit. So having "a fair share" is impossible because rich people will buy how much they want. There is no law that limits an individual to only have a specific amount of bitcoin. If having "a fair share" is possible then manipulating the market won't be that easy.
5920  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [HELP] I need help and advice on: May 27, 2019, 06:47:18 AM
I suggest you trade in Binance or Bittrex exchangers, buy coins that are down and have high volume, it will be profitable in the short term, but the 10% profit per day is very large, don't be greedy

With the starting amount op have said it is really difficult to earn that profit daily. It will take many trades to reach that amount of profit. Also there is no fixed profit in trading, experts know this and bigger profit means bigger risks.  Someone new to trading should not expect a fixed income. Crypto market is really volatile.
