5901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Innosilicon's A4 Dominator, 1.2W/Mhs 14nm ASIC and miner, open for Partners on: April 15, 2016, 12:09:45 AM
check their annoucment on their website.
everyone is selling their titans on ebay now.
http://www.innosilicon.com/html/news/13.html
A4 Dominator ASIC & Miner Specifications:

A4 Miner: 400Mhs per 1KW power supply in one standard miner box
A4 ASIC: 3.5Mhs per chip performance at 2.5W/MHs nominal, see tables below on modes
Extreme Low Power: ASIC with large memory running at single rail 0.6V
One Start and New PCB: eliminate the need of DC-DC components and enable 14 to 20 A4 chips running off the single 12V DC supply
PSU Requirements: common PCI-E 8Pins/6+2Pins with 12V output
Included: Raspberry Pi running the most user friendly A2 terminator Software
Server Grid Reliability: Built-in high-procession temperature sensor for automatic chip protection and variable frequency operation to maximize chip life time

A4 Miner: 400Mhs per 1KW - makes me supprised
earlier they said:
A4 Dominator ASIC & Miner Specifications:

A4 ASIC: 3Mhs per chip at 3.6W nominal, support DCDC less PCB
Miner Performance: 600Mhs from 720W at the Wall or 850Mhs from 1020W

so question is are we gonna get 850 per 1020w as promised in first annoucment or 400 at 1kw as latest
what you think?

Heh not selling my paid for Roi titans at the above specs a 350 mh 1250w Titan can run just fine with that pack so no need for more $$$ out.  Also new equip for scrypt coin would likely inspire confidence on ltc and all scrypt prices would go up. Win/Win imho.

Why not $1? At least $1?

The Dapp store and javascript can definetely become huge, don't you think?

Not at launch .....it may hit 1 buck over time as you say....

Again hope I am wrong and it pumps (also want supermodel girlfriend....also unlikely)
5903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LISK price speculation on: April 13, 2016, 10:29:03 AM

That could be true and price is falling hard at Yobit last 24 hours. Some people will lose some big money here in short period.

The weird thing will now be seeing all of the people crying 'scam' and asking why the devs are not more active... just because they bought in at Lisk's high on Yobit. They played the musical chairs game and lost... but it's no relation at all to the real Lisk. Yobit/Bloombit could have called it FakeCoin, and it would have been the same relationship ... manipulated tiny market, pumped up during early hype.
Call me a retard--Lisk isn't actually trading yet?  Yobit is still trading those IOUs?  Either way Lisk is getting slaughtered, but it's rebounding a bit.  When is the actual coin being squeezed out of the sphincter?

Heh.....slaughtered....heh......it is like $1.05 usd on the yobit/bloombit sites as we speak..I WISH.....fake volume leads to fake hopes....

The 1 btc I have (big spender) when I got it on the 10% bonus buy...is exactly 6,519.20 LISK

so yeah..if dumping to $1 buck is the 'new' reality ....I'm all for 'unicorns/fairies and rainbow dust'

me hell at best I expected 15c a LISK at the top..but I hope all the hype is the driver on LISK....I'll take 'stupid upward surge pump' any time at a $1 price

well we will see......but heh .....fake lisk iou's taking on fake exchange with fake volume..supposedly dropping 55% to $1.05 ....who'd a thunk it Smiley

I'll have whatever they are 'drinking' to make this so any time any place Smiley

But hell 10c per lisk is more likely imho by a long shot.

(man I soooooo want to be wrong and the kool aid drinkers correct) ...but I mean really $1 sheesh

Just read this - http://digital.di.se/artikel/knc-miner-stams-pa-miljonbelopp

sorry if reposting..

You can kinda get thru the above with 'google translate'

also on the above link don't miss this link either ...seems KNC has some 'issues' and laid off a bunch of folk this is at the end of the article

https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fdigital.di.se%2Fartikel%2Fknc-miner-stams-pa-miljonbelopp&edit-text=

likely KNC is playing the Butterfly Labs 'long game' drag this all out.....let the KNC corporation take the fall and pay the fines and go bankrupt. Because a corporation the
assets of others like Sam Cole and the IPO money in their DATA HALL operation would NOT be effected..IF they were smart enough to set it up that way?

They are EVIL so they will probably wiggle out of this EVEN if they lost the court case.

What is annoying to me is once this class action is done that's it...unless you were in on this class action you get zip...no such class actions will be allowed ..it will be settled
completely (or so I seem to remember)

IS ANYONE on here IN this class action? IF so can you talk about it?

Anyway thanks for the links

Update: Does not work. Pi keeps auto-restarting, probably one of the daemons is down. Will play with it tomorrow. Meantime amazon, ebay, everyone still has 1.2 Rpis.

C

i have that spare raspberry pi clone jupiter/titan with the clone bridge up ..it only has 1 working die cube and the 2nd full cube on it

I could try a apt-get update and apt-get upgrade (i think that his how the work in tandem...and think this order is correct) and see what happens on a REGULAR Raspberry Pi B+ 512mb

unless that screws the pooch too....

and again if anyone wants just to see if it works or not ( not like a lot of risk)

Or maybe someone has done this and knows as to whether it actually does anything of note I'd have no way to tell would have to follow directions for those who would want to poke into it after the fact (assuming it upgraded etc)

but I have a knc 2.00 8gb Sandisk Class 10 SD  laying around here I could nuke to try

(then again others may have done this with NO effect) Sad

let me what some of you think (Lightfoot gen tarkin..others with more knowledge then myself)

When it comes to myself, all hardware mods are outta my hands. I dont have access to a titan physically. Hence why I can only offer software/firmware improvements =-(

But IF someone made such a BBB to Titan cube mod YOU could maybe incorp a version of such? (or likely you'd need a machine to muck with to do so for this)

anyway if such a firmware fix by Lightfoot or someone else existed...I'm pretty sure I could spare you a 75 buck Jupiter controller and my ONE die working cube)

heh (ducks)

but yeah the Unicorn has to exist first ...I did not point such out..but damn the equip would be common (or at least 1 titan test units at that point imho)

whatever.....frigging dreaming...but again the thought of a KNC 2013 Mercury BBB Board at a big 112.4mh to BTC back in the day...just has a certain

EVIL appeal to me running even ONE Titan cube.....but again .this is due to the numerous LIES by KNC on such being IMPOSSIBLE and your Unicorn Titan

Software....which in its present form is SO beyond what KNC denied they could do .is beyond belief at this point in time.

Anyway....off to other 'windmills' I guess Smiley

NOTE:

As with all my rants from work (hey they want me awake I have to do something) if you
don't like my long rants on here.... put me on /ignore....very peaceful like I've heard)

yeah as a denial factor on $$$ flowing into stuff that will be 'bricks' next year it keeps a guy sane (kinda)

boy would I run amuck if I won the lottery....would be like this guy walking thru crypto land

(at one time pleasant loved by all....after lottery EVIL to the horror of my previous beloved masses
much like this guy) Smiley

After the full EVIL turn .....probably hang out with Sam Cole at KNC ..go to swank Swedish Super Model parties.....and plan evil stuff....and have to practice my evil laugh 'bruahahahha" shave my head like Dr. Evil" damn that sounds like a lot of frigging work) Sad

Then again crypto babe Swedish Super Models. *hubba hubba* I dump you guys in a 'heartbeat' Smiley

That is a problem by the way: When the cost of fixing these units is not worth the value of the units you can't fix them anymore. We're reaching that point with the controllers, while I charge .3btc (about $120) keep in mind the two chips are $70 with shipping, the cost to ship a board in the US is $10, leaving about $50 bucks to spend an hour pulling the FPGA and TPS (without wrecking the board), clearing the solder, re-tinning the FQDN pads, fluxing and placing the several hundred BGA pin FPGA where being off by a MM=solder bridges and wasted chip, and reflowing the chips. Not to mention testing at each stage. About 2 hours of work, sometimes 3.

High precision work isn't done for $16 an hour, I can get that flipping burgers. But it's good for the community and got some miners going so there you are. At this point though now that we can run Titans on all those Jupiter/Neptune boards is it worth it?

Big problem with fixing stuff: By the time you get good at it the equipment is worthless. The exception seems to be Titans, a repair can turn a $0 pile of burned junk into a $700 cube. What's that worth?

Still think you would KILL (at least starting this time frame) on getting a BBB to work running cubes. Such a feat with Gen Tarkin version would KILL imho. I mean being able to run a Titan anything with ANY KNC controller EVER MADE from 2013 on with a port with Gen Tarkin's software for the BBB black you guys would frigging KILL imho....rev that baby up Smiley

Look at all the folk getting Neptune cubes that don't ROI for fun with old KNC Mercury/Saturn/Jupiter/Neptune re-flashed controllers...in an "INSANE" moment last week I got 1 cube for 45 bucks with shipping for my 'extra' Jupiter board just to play with...LUCKILY I found someone who wanted such a toy also and swap'd it out to him with some other stuff (whew!)....I mean really the extra Jupiter board was worth likely 100 bucks so 150 bucks so I can play with ONE frigging Neptune Cube because I never got a Neptune!!!....and yet more heat in basement for summer

man I got to get a grip Smiley

Start an ASIC Home Miner Anon....or some such....its fun to to this but hard to keep in mind that EVENTUALLY IT IS FUTILE....the ASIC gods and difficulty always win Sad

I mean with 10 cubes (1 with only 1 die working) do I really really need now 4 Titan controllers (with the extra Jupiter board and cube i swapped back ...yeah really now only 4 ) sheesh

Its like I'm an ASIC squirrel hoarding NUTS for winter (well actually I guess I am ..plan on being the last in the Midwest when the giant sucking sound of Titan equip flows to Texas (4c kwh) Oregon (3c kwh) and China (2c kwh) ..my summer rates 14c kwh ouch....and 10c kwh in OCT 2016...just got to make it to OCT baby.....I heated my house last winter with 3000 watts of Titans ...so the bet is with BTC  halving...and a pump I can string this 'addiction' out to end of next winter ..at the end swapping electricity/heat for coin equivalent..but then again that is what 'denial' if for .if not quite...but now 'doable'

But again would be a pretty good market imho for BBB fix to run 1 or 2 cubes for fun by a bunch of folk even if NO ROI ..just because of the toy factor and low cost of such a thing and the group out there that ALWAYS wanted a Titan but just could not swing such.

but anyway a lot of the talented folks on here (and OP) on this thread .well their  time is limited...don't listen to me I'm still in the clutches of 'home mining is dead" denial.....kicking and screaming into next year is my hope

(sad pitiful Searing....in 2013 as a newbie  drinking the kool aid from BFL and thus the addiction started)

as with all my posts consider the 'source' and take anything I say with a grain of salt.

But I really think a BBB would kill today if released...and a lot of these titans as they got closer to being 'bricks' would be 'parted out' easily for fun and profit..would be a hell of an option then trying to sell the whole works and probably a heck of a lot easier

anyway my view for what it is worth

Well Ive done loads of hacks , and have loads of cubes laying around and 1 dead controller. I also have the knowledge and equipment to do any hardware hack. So if its a chip change out, and/or reroute, I can do it. Just need to know which chips. Here is a board with its wafer removed. I Probably should have cleaned it for a presentation, but I just wanted to get it done. The grey "cracked" particles on the top right is not damage to the pcb, its just dried thermal grease.

Vegas

Well as far as I know (Lightfoot should jump in on this) is (again I know zip) you trace the leads on a Titan bridge pin to pin that the bridge connects to the Raspberry Pi B+ 512mb and thru to the 4/6 port Neptune board or whatever. Again Spagetti Wire pin to pin what the titan bridge board connects to via the titan bridge arrangement (clone of such or otherwise)

The only catch is (I heard) that the Titan Bridge Board has a 'tiny' CLOCK chip it needs in this Titan Bridge arrangement. TOO tiny (even if we knew what it was for brand) to kinda sorta hack into some kinda of protoboard pin to pin Spaghetti arrangement. If was not for knowing WHAT the chip IS (proper type/brand/model etc) and IF there was a LARGER equivalent clock chip (if that is what it is) that a person could solder or connect in the proper circuit.spaghetti lead pin to pin .matching the titan bridge....Well hell I would have tried this already using the Raspberry Pi protoboard below. Stumped by this supposed clock chip and the how to on below.

(I have a Saturn 4 port board laying around here and the protoboads (see links below) are not imho that expensive....for such a mad scientist experiment) Smiley

Image of the Raspberry Pi protoboard ...Spaghetti like hack a person could attempt ...if again the chip in the Titan bridge board is REALLY a clock chip and you could find a larger equiv to put in the setup properly with the protoboard below say.

protoboard w/leads in use

leads you can use on such

below is some of the above for sale you would need

http://www.ebay.com/itm/65pcs-Male-to-Male-Solderless-Breadboard-Jumper-Cable-Leads-Wires-For-Arduino-/281997702604?hash=item41a85f75cc:g:D~sAAOSwGYVXCHQa

heh a whole $1.99 usd above for 65 leads with free shipping LOL Smiley

or the protoboard price below

ASSUMING the one below works free shipping $14.80 usd

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Prototype-Shield-for-Raspberry-Pi-Mode-B-512M-ARM-Micro-Controller-Breadboard-/252199608549?hash=item3ab844a0e5:g:NgsAAOSwbdpWYoH~

hell toss in the supposed larger equivalent clock chip that's less then $20  bucks ...assuming a guy had directions on how to do this (which I am clueless on)

Again the 'tracing of the pins" would be a pain...but the small supposed tiny clock chip (if that is what it is) has me stumped....don't need the LCD lights imho from
the daughter board imho.

THE OTHER MORE ELEGANT OPTION IS ANOTHER Qberty clone Bridge run...but damn that was/is spendy Sad

We need to get a bit more the 10 folk and contact Qberty again say for a run of cloned Titan Bridge Boards (last run was 10 boards....) BUT man at 0.5 BTC or at $423 BTC or equivalent
price of $211.75 for such a hack ....on top of ALREADY having a Neptune/Jupiter/Saturn/Mercury 4/6 port  board laying about (they go for $100 bucks on ebay) way over the top if you don't have a proper 4/6 port card you can mod laying about.

It is just too steep if you can get a complete Titan Board for around 250 to 300 usd on BTC talk  maybe a bit more on Ebay.

But the daughter board arrangement thru Qberty is the more elegant solution...I just don't see a way to make them cheap enough to be worth it anymore (unless you are repairing a previous burnt bridge on your already owned and broke titan controller) he had (again from what I could tell) a heck of a time getting a run of 10 boards out ..and he kept 3 for his own fixes.

Anyway just my thoughts......it seems SO CLOSE to workable in my feeble attempts to grasp such. All I know for sure is my clone Titan Bridge to Neptune hack .hell with the LCD from Neptune Card left on ...ACTS like a perfect Titan Controller board.....so with 1 Jupiter 4 port controller and 1 Saturn 4 port controller laying around mocking me...thus my
attempt at a cost effective work around.

Now I hope someone makes this all moot with a BBB to titan cube direct firmware fix.....shoot down the above on that at any time Smiley I would be the first in line.

anyway so it goes

5910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hacking KNC Neptune / Jupiter / Titan miners back to life. Why not? on: April 11, 2016, 04:56:53 AM
did any custom firmware to ovrclocked titan at 350 mhz???/ Huh Huh Huh Huh

Yes. Ask from  padrino . (But it's not free)

Last I heard that was for Neptunes. I never heard of any overclocking for Titans beyond 325 mh that worked. (could be wrong just saying)

edit:

Speaking of Neptune's.....I got a $44.95 fully working Neptune Cube off Ebay. (Mainly for the much longer ribbon cable and y adapter....Saturn ribbon cables on the card
I have are like 3" lol ...what I will use for this 1 cube hack for fun)

But to further go into the hole on this TOY. (when in doubt and tossing money in a hole best to keep the toy/amusement factor in mind)

I tripped over this link. Is this firmware legit...as a 3rd party FIRMWARE for the Neptune? Anyone use this for the heck of it?

(or I put it up and it mines to him or something?)

Should be in English according to the screen shots. Guess I should frigging ask.

Anyway for what it is worth for any Neptune folk out there here is the link.

If I had participaded in the ICO how much LISK would I have got for one BTC?

At 1 BTC of an approximate price of 415 usd (I mine used 1 from the stash) with me doing it at the 10% bonus round, it comes out to 6,519 LISK

so w/o the 10% that is 5867.1 LISK per BTC (some rounds different percentages)

5916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: April 10, 2016, 09:10:57 AM
Anyone know why a pi2 wont run on this controller? Is the controller just incompatible? I  assumed since it sounds like all the controllers from KNCminer are identical, none of them would be compatible with the pi2. Didnt the neptune make an updated controller? I could be completely wrong on this as I dont follow neptunes. But if they did, then how to identify the updated one, and is their latest controller compatible with Titan Bridge and pi?

Vegas

The only incompatibly I remember on controllers was something about NOV Jupiter Controllers running OCT Jupiter/Saturn/Mercury cubes or vice versa. That is moot

as soon as you move into Neptune stuff as far as I can remember. (Others with NOV Jupiter Units chime in here)

You can ask Lightfoot but I don't think there is any issue with incompatibility on the Neptune and Titan front except between them. With their respective groups Neptune
and Titan is all good. Also from what I understand ANY port card works with anything else. ie you can flash now any Jupiter Board with a BBB to a Neptune Controller with
just the SD upgrade to the Neptune Firmware.

Some people tried Pi2 only thing that works is the Raspberry Pi B+ 512mb with the proper ports that match...(not sure may be another version) some say they have 'tweaked'
the speed of the regular pi b+ 512mb thou I never have.

KNC lied back in the day...said that 2.00 firmware was ROBUST and complete. (That should put Gen Tarkin on the floor).

No way to repair cubes  ....ie your screwed toss them.....(lLightfoot can get into the ins and outs of that statement)

My likely theory is when KNC took out the Jupiter's from the Data Hall and replaced them (thus the 4 months late) with the pre-order paid $$$ Neptune's they took first and

thus screwing the pre-order Neptune folk by 3-4 months arrival.

They took the 4/6 port controllers and used them from the Jupiter data hall (hell likely they were all 6 port by the time the data hall was up for Jupiters) and we know they used them with the

used FrankenJupiter junk equip they sent out. ...so IMHO they used these boards for Neptune and Titan customers...but lied that such was possible (at least to me)

on KNC forums ...(others from then can chime in here). I especially was told no way could you plug a bridge/pi into the 4/6 port boards of a Jupiter for either a Neptune or a Titan (even with a bridge and a pi).......so supposedly you could not switch ANYTHING between groups of product ..I think this died as a lie when the frankenjupiter's folks junk arrived in parts
and in desperation they flashed some Jupiter boards that worked to hamstring them up...but again others with actual first hand experience can chime in on that.
It was the perfect evil KNC plan imho.

So anyway their greed NOW allows us to take a clone titan bridge and use it on a Neptune board plug and play with the proper titan SD knc 2.00 software. A few folk had more then one fried Titan board and managed to switch a bridge or use a 4/6 port other controller and get one or two working cards or some such...so some options ..thus we can 'sorta'
 'create' a Titan board.

Just wish we could take that last step and get the BBB project to do Titan cubes and/or that spaghetti hack on a pi protoboard with the an equiv larger clock chip directions in some manner for using a chip other then MICROSCOPIC clock chip with this hack, up and working.

We may as well take advantage of the cheap bastards re-using and making all compatible 4/6 port cards ALL OF THEM EVER MADE and find a work around to run Titan cubes.

The idea of a flashed BBB Mercury Board running a Titan Cube with Gen Tarkin's Software has a certain *FU KNC* appeal don't ya know. Smiley

Well anyway others can chime in on here with the back and forth (threats to ban) and other stuff that went on with KNC forums on such stuff as above, back in the day.

Just would like to see the last step taken to complete the loop on this. Either a BBB solution (more elegant) or a re-wire of the spaghetti version above (true hardware hack)

later

because all of a sudden my posts count from 20 now shows 0 (this happened yesterday and it was not a pay day)

EDIT: Nevermind, works fine now! Probably a lag or something...

I am having the same problem today (on the payday) Carried the signature whole week and am still wearing it, when I checked yesterday, it showed everything was fine and now all of sudden the post count shows "0" ?

Signature:   Not found!
Status:   Active
Error! Signature not found

 Huh

same problem here.
i have sent Bitmixer.IO a PM about this.

maybe the bot IP was banned by forum that it can not check our profile?

I think all the campaign participants experienced the same thing

yeah me too says signature not found. Gonna be a lot of us checking into this thread to see if we needed to upgrade the signature as an issue. Well at least it is not

just me. (it usually is just me so this is refreshing) Smiley

5918  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 15 GPU Openframe Aluminum Cases + FREE 4 x PCIE Risers for each sold on: April 10, 2016, 05:49:23 AM
I have 15 Aluminum GPU rig frames.  These will hold up to 6 GPUs and 2 x power supplies in a compact form.  The motherboard mount is a standard motherboard tray with the standard nuts.  I used these for about 2 years, but they are all still in good condition all very similar in condition.  Complete aluminum construction, these will last forever with no possibility of rust.

Looking for BTC1.5 for the lot or BTC.15 each, you pay shipping (they weigh about 5lb. and will ship from 84004 zip code).  These are also on eBay listed here http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/331827120889 so quantity may change without notice.  As an added bonus, I will throw in 4 PCIE risers with each one.

dang I gather these are now gone? if not I'd like a couple.

I have a rasberry pi2 . No go on titan controller. Tried it. Nothing bad happend. Just didnt work. Are the bare neptune controllers IDENTICAL to the titans? Can the neptunes accept a rasberry pi2?

I bought one and the other is yours:

Yeah I got mine from that guy. 2nd feedback down.

I got a Saturn Controller 4 port (with the small 2 ribbons) I can let go for 100 bucks plus shipping. If you want to try a working bridge on such. Also hawkfish007 on here has
2 clone bridges for sale for what he has in them for 0.5 btc ..same clone bridges from Qberty's run of 10 boards. The controllers he got them for did not need the bridge fix. So
last I heard he had extras to sell  at his buy price.

Anyway options for folk looking thru this thread for options above and beyond a full blown titan controller purchase off ebay or whatever.

As to my Neptune Hack it went flawlessly.

So sat down with some nerves....slowly removed the BBB from Neptune controller ..a slow wiggle back and forth took 5 min ...tight ...also had to very slightly reshape/bend some pins back vertical ...not much thou..then (not sure if correct to do this 1st) put the NEW (spare from back in the day) 35 buck Raspberry Pi 512mb B+ (all ports matched titan check) and put it on the daughter board 1st very easy to do...the slowly worked the pi/clone bridge works on to the Neptune board ...slightly tweaking ...very little needed but slightly some pins made more vertical. Did a quick recheck.

Then pushed the whole works on....all looked good....made my KNC img 2.00 Sandisk 8gb Class 10 microSD pop'd it on..I left the Neptune LCD on powered it up w/o cubes and viola LCD said "my creation lives" ie a Titan KNC 2.00 came up on the LCD ...at that point I put on my 1 cube with 1 working die (overclocked at 325 dare to dream) and closed eyes and turned it on and viola no boom ...a merge from knc minion to evil knc minion so to speak Smiley

chugs along at like 21.5mh or some such (well it is the only die in the unit ..seems to like the OC to 325 on adv page and ..cooling is likely not an issue as it is the ONLY die to cool) Smiley

here is a link to my complete setup

here is the pic

Again if you have an electronics guy that can trace the titan bridge...add a much bigger version of the micro sized clock chip on the daughter board...get a protoype board for the pi
some single end pin'd wires for such and spaghetti it all together to match the pin outs on the titan bridge with the equiv LARGER clock chip in place on a line or two proper as well and the whole thing could probably be hacked together at no more then 50 bucks.

Toss that info schematics and parts into the Titan world for free if you or anyone else here has the skills to do so ...you'd be a god on this thread Smiley

I lack the skills with the clock chip in play...but for others with electronics skills should be a snap...at least from my layman view.

but with Qberty's 0.5 BTC clone bridge...you just snap it together and viola it comes up....so I would assume ANY working Titan bridge would work for this. (how to test such
a bridge w/o putting the port board and LCD at risk I've no clue..just saying...but hey life is a risk)

and again this could be very very handy for those who KNOW or suspect the titan bridge is fine.....and thus grab a pi an old knc board 4/6 Neptune for sure I've been told 4/6 port Mercury/Saturn/Jupiter boards work  as well ( i have 2 such but alas no more clone bridges...thus my hope for a skilled spaghetti hack as I mentioned above)

anyway was a nice hack for a titan bridge I got for 75 bucks insurance (that is per my 2 titans)  in the box (with the pi) as a just in case for my 2 titans having a future
common bridge problem.. so it worked out well for me being paranoid (it again is knc evil don't ya know)

but anyway I got cards 4 port for 100 bucks the Neptune card from the guy above is 149 bucks ..you just need a titan bridge board you know works or a Qberty clone titan bridge
from one of the 7 who got one (qberty kept 3 for his fixes from what I understand)

but 0.5 btc now 2 months later imho is too steep a price and I think he was selling them at cost to make in lots of 10....so if you need one get a hold of hawkfish007 he has the only 2 clone titan bridges left that I know about.

As always you don't like my rants/ramblings put me on ignore. (the curse of typing as fast as you think) Smiley

No white light but I've got green light and no screen

It VERY much sounds like controller is dead. Ive had the same thing happen. In my case it was not the bridge or pi because I took a known good bridge and pi from another controller  and plugged that into my faulty controller and got the same result and that was a :

1. Power with blank white led screen
2. 1 green led controller

=

Dead controller.

The cheapest fix is to use a controller from a neptune. I beleive this is confrimed that the neptune controllers DO work with our pi and bridges. I dont know if more needs to be done or not. I believe neptune controllers can be found cheaper than Titan controllers on EBay.

I have your exact same problem. If I get time, I will diag mine. It could be one of the surface mount capacitors. I have a capacitor wizard that can test "in circuit" capcacitors and resistors. If I can get it working, Ill post how.

a controller from a Jupiter and a Saturn or Mercury (4 port or 6 port) is also supposed to work. I just put a clone titan bridge with pi 512mb B+ in 2 days ago into a Neptune controller...it works just fine...anyway IF you can find such on ebay. But had no issues with the Neptune 6 port board at all. (ya kinda cringe when you turn the psu on..but no boom...) was easy peazy like assembling some lego's Smiley Was surprised. (knc equip being evil and all) Smiley
