Banke moraju poštovati zakone zemlje u kojoj posluju a tako i građani zakone države u kojoj žive.
Do sada to nije bilo toliko striktno ali na žalost svakim danom se sve više kontroliraju sve financijske transakcije između fizičkih i pravnih osoba, i zapravo sve je teže razmjeniti crypto u fiat i povući na svoj račun a da ne ostane ''trag'' o toj transakciji koju porezna može pratiti.

Zapravo, dobrih ideja ima jako puno, i to nije problem.
Ono što je teško je ideju ''monetizirati'' a to znači dovesti ideju do pune realizacije a tu mislim savršeno odraditi legalni dio- registraciju firme, naći prave suradnike, odraditi jako dobar marketing, naći dobar programerski tim koji zna svoj posao, dobro knjigovodstvo koje zna sve zakone i poreze, riješiti financije za pokretanje businessa...
Siguran sam da jako malo ideja uspije doći do realizacije i uspjeha na tržištu jer ili zapne na financijama, ili suradnicima, marketingu...
Govorim to iz iskustva, pokrenuo sam bio 2 firmeu UK, ideja iza projekta je bila odlična ali nismo uspjeli zbog svega ovog drugog što sam nabrojio.
Svaka škola se plaća.

Ne znam da li ovdje ima nekoga tko koristi tu opciju?

UVijek je teško prepoznati pravu priliku na vrijeme.
Uostalom, tko je od nas uopće imao priliku čuti o Microsoftu, Google-u, FB pa i bitcoinu u prvih par godina?
A kada se za nešto pročuje, onda je obično ''vrhunac'' već prošao i više nisu moguće astronomske zarade.
Postoji i druga strana medalje, a to je pokušati odabrati neki business start up sa novim, revolucionanim proizvodom, kockati se i uložiti u njega, s nadom da će se investicija isplatiti.
Pokušao sam i tu varijantu ali mi se nije isplatilo do sada, tako da tu i faktor sreće igra veliku ulogu, jer mi kao mali investitori obično nemamo dovoljno znanja i iskustva da bi ''prepoznali'' pravu priliku, čak i kada čujemo za nju.
