5921  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You all were right. I was wrong! on: January 02, 2021, 06:58:49 PM
Should hold as much as you can with BTC. It will never put you down, well, we've got the bear markets but you lose until you sell. Right now bitcoin just showed its dominance again and broke ATH to $32k.

Whether most of the opinions you've read were right, it's still about your decision making by choosing the best coin. Always choose the best and that is bitcoin.
5922  Other / Off-topic / Re: Interested in your opinion on: January 02, 2021, 06:32:14 PM
Avoid most cloud mining. They're not profitable and you might be scammed by them.

I believe that you cannot invest in this project. Let's speculate: Why don't developers mine themselves? Probably not profitable. And if they do mine bitcoins, then why give them away to someone?
Very well said with the logic, don't invest OP. Save your money.
5923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: January 02, 2021, 06:10:43 PM
I don't understand how anyone can live out of gambling
You can use search engines to look for those people that have made it through gambling. A lot of lives were made out of it and professional people used it as a source of income.
That is why they're called professional gamblers.
And the beautiful thing that has happened to most of these professional gamblers is: almost all of them went bankrupt at the end of their lives. Some of us just love reading some part of stories than read the tale end of such stories, even in my dear country many of them i knew went down their lives to bankrupt and end up to commit suicide.
I can't say that almost all of them.

There were gamblers that have lived in better ways and didn't waste the money that they've won through their career. It is true that some of them don't know how to finance themselves.

But some are good at managing and budgeting their money.
5924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 02, 2021, 05:37:31 PM
Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant is back but they got a big loss against Hawks at home. One more time we saw this small rotation would not be enough for Brooklyn this year.
They have to bring more veteran players to make squad stronger. They get almost no help from bench players. I think they need at least 2 good shooters in bench. All work can't be done by starting 5.
At first, I'd admired their good start this season. But after a few games, the same analysis you've made is what we can see for their team. We've thought that they'll be consistent from these few games that they have.

They'll adjust, it was a tough loss but what's important for this team is to be in the playoffs which for sure they can make it. Atlanta Hawks has improved, so we cannot underestimate them, but for sure Nets will bounce back with a big win.
Yeah, the Hawks are also a good team. They have a good standing this time.

Quote
But who do you think will be a good addition to them?
They're good already, they just need to improve the chemistry.
They're good but an addition would also help them out to be a stronger team. More games to come to them and also their other teammates needed to be discovered.
5925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hottest decentralized casino/gambling dApp on Ethereum right now? on: January 02, 2021, 05:04:10 PM
IIRC, there have been casinos that have been made on ETH since 2016-2017. I can't recall what were those to be exact but with the many of them, a few to nothing I've seen that exists till' today.

Maybe there's a change to the choice of many with the surge of the decentralized apps, these decentralized casinos could retrieve themselves this year and be favorable and be part of other gambler's choice just as you.
5926  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchanges That Closed/Shut Down in 2020 on: January 02, 2021, 11:36:14 AM
I believe now its time for p2p  exchanges or dex

There has been existing p2p and dex out there.

It's only that they lack support from the community but they are existing. That is only a matter of time until many users will realize that using them will benefit them.

But there are still some good centralized exchanges that proved to be reputable and maintains their status.

I'm not a fan of Ronaldo and barely watch their match because I've got other sports to turn in. But I've known his achievements and reads every piece of news that recognizes him.

His achievements will be attached to him forever and forever part of history. It seems that there's an issue whether he's a goat or not.

5930  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: basic trading advise on: January 02, 2021, 09:20:39 AM
You don't have any other option than to wait for other people to have an orders on that exchange mention above .as if someone will buy that tokens in P2P if they also know that this one doesn't have any volume so no way they will be interested  you can offer it but the chance you can sell it to others is less or low value not the same price that you can see in etherscan when you check it.
That's what I'm saying that he'll find it difficult to get a taker of it. A coin that doesn't have a huge volume will make him look that it's a difficult deal.

Coins that don't have much attention, hype, and volume are mostly ignored all of the time.
5931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: January 02, 2021, 08:43:12 AM
Indeed, whether Logan Paul win or not, the bottom line here to this fight only is all about " MONEY " nothing else.
The only advantage for Logan Paul if ever He beat Floyd Mayweather  His popularity in boxing is that his career will surely boost
for sure on this thing.
I've read that he's moving onto another state to pursue his boxing career. Well, that's one part of the plan to make this on hype. A well-made noise for Logan Paul and money to gain for Floyd.

This is like a career in Youtube.

If you are new, stick to those with high subs and collab with them and after that, for sure you will gain a boost in subs count because of that high subs guy.

Happy new year.

The celebration of the new year in my town has been entirely different from the past years. Not that many people and everyone is just celebrating on their own homes.

It's for the safety of everybody. But as the new year has come, a sign of another chapter and hopefully, more good events will happen in the world.
5934  Other / Archival / Re: New Year's Eve on: January 01, 2021, 09:56:07 PM
We're jumping to another year and leaving the whole past year behind. It is true that many consider that every new year is about moving on and changes in things that you want to be.

The difference is that the mindset of many that every new year is always a new start. While having a new day inside the current year is just another day which you'll do the same thing over and over again.
5935  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: basic trading advise on: January 01, 2021, 09:29:10 PM
I'd like to sell them now but not sure of the best place to sell then at, as so many places are reporting different prices...
As said, there's not a lot of volume for it.

The last option you've got is to sell it to someone directly and get into a p2p deal. But that's a difficult thing because it's unlikely that someone's interested in buying that token if everyone's attention is on bitcoin.

haha, funny that, right after I hit submit, I get a mail about the airdrop Wink

man, I feel old, playing with a young person's game, never felt so out of touch with something as this training stuff.....

Now to offload to something else Wink
Good luck.
5936  Other / Off-topic / Re: Covid is fud on: January 01, 2021, 09:01:07 PM
We were able to notice that the covid is not FUD, it is a global alarm, due to the pandamia several companies that work with cryptocurrencies went into critical condition.
Even those companies that don't work for cryptocurrencies and not in this industry. There are many of them that have been affected and laid off a lot of employees.

The FUD that others are speculating has made the lives of many into a worse situation and even created a negative mindset for many.

Buy more bitcoin and HODL it until we see another new all-time high, a historical all-time high on 6 digits.

Avoid spending more bitcoin than I have currently and will focus on accumulation this year.

^What the heck with these bots.
5939  Economy / Speculation / Re: What you'll do when BTC price will go down heavily and fast? on: January 01, 2021, 07:54:31 PM
I'm already numb if bitcoin goes down heavily again.

What's new with that? we like seeing it go up quickly and we hate it to see go down. I'll just do the same and nothing will change even if bitcoin goes on high, I'll keep holding, buying, and selling at any point that I like.

Also will still shop using it.  Tongue
5940  Economy / Speculation / Re: Simple prediction: 2024 bitcoin at 200.000 dollars on: January 01, 2021, 07:26:10 PM
2024 is the next date for bitcoin's halving.

I'm also thinking that there would be a better price after that. But we're still 3 years and several months far from it. And from that period, a lot of things can happen on their way to the next halving.

Things that can affect bitcoin's price, positively or negatively.
