5941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo vs Kovalev WBO Light Heavyweight Championship on: November 03, 2019, 09:47:33 PM
^^ Exactly, I don't know what the hell Duno is doing on the first round. I would understand that he swing and move left and right, but it became predictable that Ryan Garcia was also to time his movement and hit that massive shot.

Not taking away from Ryan Garcia, but I'm still not sold though, he was just throwing straight left and right here. For Duno, damn, he was calling for Garcia for a long time and this is what he gonna show us?

I also notice that it looks like an easy win for Garcia, Duno is going forward and trying to connect the straight right, and in the interview, Ryan told that he was hit and he felt good and he knew he had the fight, it means he can take his punch, Duno lacks a lot of things in this fight, he has no good lateral movements all he does is to move forward and create a pressure, I wonder where will Duno go after this.

Very easy win indeed, Ryan's chin was tested and he felt that he can take Duno's right so his confidence grow. He was just there like doing some target practice until he caught Duno flash and he has power indeed. Duno can still come back but there's no more hype around him, I thought Duno has a chin as well but Ryan was ready, I don't Duno's team should re-evaluate, whether to move in weight or try to stay in this division.
5942  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: November 03, 2019, 09:15:03 PM
As I have expected it, there is no upset here as Djokovic shows why he is still the number 1 tennis player. He really put the pressure on Shapovalov on the first set alone, and Shapovalov was a beat nervous here and the serve of Djokovic is near perfect. I think Djokovic will end up the year as the number 1 player again.

Next will be the Nitto ATP Finals in London.
5943  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price would touch $16K soon- By Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao on: November 02, 2019, 11:56:42 PM
I gave up such so called Bitcoin experts and their prediction long time ago. Just like this one they are usually without any serious ground and not worth following. Such predictionssituations will only confuse you.
16000$ is not impossibe however the market isn't inclined to such development of price rise and I think it's not going to happen.

Right, I think for most of us who have been long in this game, this kind of experts have a reason behind pushing their predictions to exorbitant number like in this case CZ. I mean he is running the top crypto exchanges so obviously he needs to tweet something that can wake up crypto sphere here. $16000 is within reach and it's very possible that we can hit it next year. But it takes time though, good that he is bullish about bitcoin but it will take months to go and hit that price and it's not possible to year.
5944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XSN broke 1k sat again.. How high can it go? on: November 02, 2019, 11:19:58 PM
The project could be good however, I don't understand why they are not listed on other exchanges and most of the trading volumes are in Livecoin. I have nothing against Livecoin but in order for Stakenet to go to the next level, they should get listed on other exchanges as well. It's also obvious that the OP is shilling on it, but I guess the final decision is still up to us, whether he has a point on shilling this coin, or we think that this is just another shit coin, and a pump-and-dump scheme only.
5945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swirge.com - The best alternative to Steemit? on: November 02, 2019, 10:59:29 PM
I'm sorry to tell but Steemit is still by far the best. Steemit price is down because we are still in the bear market. Although we love to see competition here, but I guess Steemit will remain the best blockchain-based blogging regardless of the current rewards. And there's not much activity in their ANN thread, another indication that people are not sold with this project.
5946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Deontay Wilder Vs. Luis Ortiz II on: November 02, 2019, 10:23:03 PM
Wilder is such a great fighter, but I'm pretty sure he will not take Ortiz, for granted, he has felt his power he was almost knock out if there is a minute of that round where Wilder is in trouble, Ortiz could have finished the fight, I predict the fight will end in a knock out or stoppage because both fighters are capable of knocking out their opponents, I'll still go for Wilder.
Deontay Wilder knows the power of Luis Ortiz as he ate some in the first fight and he was rocked badly for the first time in his career, the reason i am really impressed with Deontay Wilder is because he is really a light heavyweight fighter who weighs around just 207 pounds and fighting in heavyweight division and the power he have in his hands is impressive and considering the age of Ortiz i am going with Wilder even though the odds are not that great.

Right, that power he generates from his lean frame is amazing. He really ate a lot in the first fight and didn't go down although he was really in trouble for the first time in his career. But Wilder shows his heart, he come back strong and knock down Ortiz. And as I have said, it was impressive and he did improved ever since that's why he can get the job done in this rematch again, much easier.
5947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: November 02, 2019, 10:10:41 PM
In a twist of event, Rafael Nadal conceded the match against Shapovalov as Nadal withdraw because of abominal injury.

So it's going to be Djokovic vs Shapovalov in the finals. I agree with @vella85 here, this year was great for him, but I'm looking at 2020 to be more exciting for this my boy here.  Grin
5948  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin wallet team on: November 02, 2019, 12:16:12 AM
Hey everyone. I'm looking to implement a new method for securing a bitcoin wallet. I'm not sure how to build a dev team or where to start. Or would it be better idea to find a dev team already building.. Any suggestions? Thanks

Just a question though, I hope you don't get me wrong, how can you build a method of security a bitcoin wallet when you yourself don't have a experience during coding? (I presume?). And you don't know that maybe the dev you are going to hire will just give you a half baked program? or even some backdoor? I guess it's better to get dev's near your place, at least you can easily monitor them instead of hiring someone who is anonymous?
5949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening with ETHEREUM Now? on: November 01, 2019, 11:59:10 PM
I want to know the opinion of all crypto friends in this forum about Ethereum, because the price of Ethereum is currently unable to rise beyond the $ 300 figure. ethereum prices are only between $ 150 - $ 250. and this incident makes me wonder, why did this happen to Ethereum ??

Wait for ETH 2.0 and see how it goes, yes, I believed that it has a lot of resistance in the $200-$300 price range. It means that investors are just reluctant to invest right now maybe because we are still in the bear market after all. Many projects who ran ERC-20 also fail so that's one reason to look as well. That's why everyone is just waiting for ETH 2.0 and I have no doubt that it can bring fresh blood to the market when it's going to go live next year. Right now the best thing to do is to accumulate and get it while it is still on a discount.
5950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Deontay Wilder Vs. Luis Ortiz II on: November 01, 2019, 11:39:59 PM
This is a big match with two competitive fighters but it's not going to be much of an excitement just like deaontay wilder fights he has a way of dominating the match from start to finish making the fight boring
I wonder if one of them would really hit the canvas, now that they were both aware of their opponents style. Ortiz is a little too good for Wilder but I guess he will make something to get closer with that gap. A lot of fight is getting too close each day and that makes us who do love sports and gambling at the same time to not miss out with them.

On the first fight, Luis Ortiz was down 4x, Deontay "almost" went down but he was saved by the bell. So if this fight, everyone thinks the Luis Ortiz has a chance to give Wilder his first lost because of the guts he show in the first fight. However, I agree that Ortiz chance here are very slim because Wilder definitely gain a lot of experience from the first Fury fight and we could tell the really that he really became a better fighter now as compare to 2 years ago. So as much as we love to see Ortiz disturbing the Heavyweight scene similar to what Ruiz did, I don't think he has enough tools to beat Wilder as this point.
5951  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Investor / Co-Founder Needed: Monetized Bitcoin Adoption System on: November 01, 2019, 11:12:47 PM
I see nobody is interested. If something is not another new exchange or gambling related but potentially anti-establishment, everybody p**ps in their pants. I am so glad this community understands the purpose of Bitcoin so well. Have fun hodling, everybody!
To be honest with you, if you are here to find talent, ideas or potential investors, you're at the wrong place. If there are any, they certainly won't be interested in the looks of your post. Demo something. Show the white-paper or whatever the convinces random strangers on the internet you are legit, your project is legit. Gambling or exchanges are mostly personally owned and if someone creates a post like yours for the same, they will get zero responses.

See, with the way he responded to constructive criticism, I don't know if potential investors are going to be impressed by it. The market has been saturated with so many ideas that most of them fail. That's why we are asking for white-paper and the best he can do is rant and answer us with sarcasm. Anyway, good luck to you OP and hope you find the needed funding for your project (no sarcasm!!)
5952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Huge Price Increase Following Stakenet's 2.0 Rebrand And Presentation Video! on: November 01, 2019, 10:51:17 PM
No surprises here, I mean if you see some massive pump, it's either the coin has just been listed on exchanges and pump-and-dump are working on them, or some positive news has come around to push the price higher, just like what you have been seeing with Stakenet 2.0. Good for people to ride this wave  and take good profits at this bearish market. But just be careful, you don't want to get trap after the buyin frenzy is over, don't be greedy, join the bandwagon but bail out on time.
5953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Africunia [AFCASH] website hacked - Users beware! on: November 01, 2019, 10:27:20 PM
I still have around 1000 AFCASH but I have already transferred it to my ERC20 Wallet and not the AFCASH wallet. is it still not safe for now if I move it back to the AFCASH wallet. if the application for Android what is also vulnerable to use. how much Price for this coin now?

I can't find anything about AFCASH in either coingecko or cmc so we don't know if it still on ICO price or way below. Thanks to the OP for the warning though, if developers are not serious about fixing their vulnerabilities or at least admitting that something is wrong, then how can you trust this project in the first place? And the only thing we can do right now is just spread the word about it and I do hope that investors are going to listen.
5954  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: November 01, 2019, 10:01:11 PM
Nadal and Stan Wawrinka will be a good battle but i am going with Nadal to win the match
I don't think Nadal will win the match in two sets, but the results show that Nadal superior and playing well.

He just did, with the score of 6-4,6-4. I understand your prediction that Stan will at least extend this to a third set because of his recent performance. But Nadal's served and volley did work it's magic in this game.

Novak vs Tsitsipas, last meeting Tsistipas was able to defeat Novak, it's hard to predict who will win this match, but I am going with Novak.

No upset, my boy Tsitsipas didn't have answer against a superior Djokovic. Shapovalov beat Monfils, and Nadal won against Tsonga to set up a semi-finals match. The other semis are going to be Djokovic vs Dimtirov.

5955  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitmex snet an email with CC to own customers. Hundreds emails exposed. on: November 01, 2019, 09:41:34 PM
First nanoledger and now Bitmex ? Seems that hackers are more active this period of the year in trying to catch some extra coins. I would advice anyone who is having a bitmex account to immediately secure the account with 2FA in order to prevent hacking followed by a change of e-mail.

We all know that when hackers are getting more active than usual , big things coming to cryptos , right ?

Hackers are always one step of the game, I'd say they really targeted crypto's because of the big money involved.

Yeah, just do the necessary here, specially changing your emails, at least your chances of being hack are slim. Good damn, I don't know how the hell did Bitmex made this kind of stupid mistakes.

5956  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bilaxy.com Exchange legit or not? on: November 01, 2019, 03:46:45 AM
Never heard of it so obviously, I can't comment on this veracity, however, based on the comments above, it seems the some of the traders have used it in the past and didn't have any problems. But it doesn't mean that it is not a shady exchange, remember every exchange has the capability to run of users funds in an instant. So personally, I would stay with it and would go after exchanges that already build their reputation in the cryptosphere, IMHO.

You may also want to look at this thread, CoinJoin: Bitcoin privacy for the real world.

Congratulations to the Wasabi and JoinMarket developers! JoinMarket pioneered a lot of CoinJoin science (and BTW, belcher wrote an excellent & comprehensive wiki article on privacy), while Wasabi is the first wallet that implements CoinJoin in both a highly-usable and sound way. As both a signer and a donor to the CoinJoin bounty fund, I'm thrilled that these two pieces of software exist!

For everyone looking to improve their privacy, I highly recommend checking out Wasabi, especially over centralized "mixers".

Further work is still necessary toward achieving default-fungibility, which is IMO the end goal. Even with Wasabi, you need a fair bit of expertise to maintain privacy, and the vast majority of people are using wallets that are terrible privacy-wise. Without intending to say that the bounty fund will reward people for these specific things, I'd personally like to see:

 - Improvements to make Wasabi more of a complete wallet.
 - CoinJoin integration in other wallets, especially Bitcoin Core.
 - Research on doing CoinJoin in decentralized ways. (Wasabi's method is pretty secure, but requires a centralized coordinator.)
 - Other research (and, perhaps more importantly, usable products) for improving day-to-day privacy.
5958  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-10-29] Avalon Bitcoin Miner Maker Canaan Officially Files for $400 Million on: November 01, 2019, 02:41:41 AM
Might be a bad timing for Chinese companies in particular to go public in the United States especially when there is a silent trade war going on with both countries. They are not even a public company in their own company yet and they still strive to go public in a foreign country where they are enemies with. I know that ones filed with their attractive IPO they'll get those US investors' money pouring in but the question is will the US SEC let them to do so? They might have a slim chance on this one but I won't get my hopes up especially when this news about an IPO started in February this year.

Good point, but perhaps Canaan wanted to be the first and is willing to take the risk to bring their IPO stateside so maybe, just maybe they could end up successful in the long run. The ball is now on the SEC, they have filed all the necessary documents all they can do it wait. Of course upon approval this can really put a lot of positive vibes in the market and competitions between Bitmain and Canaan will go on the next level.

I really don't think they are risking anything because they have nothing to lose in the first place. All you need to have an IPO in the stock market is reaching the minimum of 200 million market cap which I think would be pretty easy for them. But like I said the only thing that will be holding them back is the negative earnings they have and of course being a Chinese company wanting to enter in the US market, the SEC and the administration will just view it as the Chinese are taking money out from them.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to say, risk in the sense that they will be the the first company to bring this kind of IPO in the US soil, so there's a possibility that it might be rejected. In other news,
Bitmain Seeking US IPO With Confidential SEC Filing: Report
. So now the race is on, let's see who's going to get the first approval from US SEC.
5959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt coins bleeding on: October 31, 2019, 11:59:01 PM
when altcoin prices fall and flush like that it should be a very good point to buy altcoin as much as you can and take advantage of lots of panicked traders to buy altcoin at cheap prices.

This discussion thread is the mirror of the market volatility. Reading it from the very beginning to the end (although it is short enough), we will see that altcoins can fall and go up several times a month. In reality, 2019 is a positive and good year for all cryptocurrencies (in comparison with 2018, for sure).

But the altcoin market continues to show some sign of bleeding, most of them are -90% from their previous high, so there's no improvement because we are still in the bear market. Altcoin right now is being carried by Bitcoin, because it was obviously that when Bitcoin price goes up, the price of major altcoins followed just like what we've seen recently. And with that said, this bleeding will stop unless Bitcoin goes to another pump up to the end of the year and then we will see what happen after the block halvening and hope that when Bitcoin goes to another all time high, it will also trickle down to altcoin market.
5960  Economy / Economics / Re: JUST IN: Chinese Central Bank to Launch Digital Currency Called "DCEP" on: October 31, 2019, 11:39:35 PM
This is an old news already. China has always been mumbling about creating its own cryptocurrency. But until now, this is still a plan and there is no concrete step yet that has been taken toward the actual creation of this state-sponsored digital currency. In fact, some analysts in the crypto field are saying that it will take many years before china will finally release their digital yuan. This news is going out in the open once again because of the announcement of the president.

Old news but recently it looks like they are going to release it the soonest. However, we has seen many governments around the globe who also did launch their your crypto but so far I haven't heard any success story. Anyways, I had a feeling that Chinese government wanted to have their own just to test how their population will react to it. I mean they have been one of the prime movers before, specially that they have the majority of bitcoin mining operations. But since 2017, they have been anti-bitcoin or at least doesn't want a coin that is decentralised. And that's why finally they have decided to release their own crypto and see if their people are going to invest on it just like what they are doing with Bitcoin.
