5941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Outside risk: similarities between gambling and trading? on: May 18, 2019, 02:38:44 PM
Similarities between gambling and trading is you will lose money if you are greedy. You don't know to limit your losses or stop after you earn some profit. You must have a strategy first before gambling or trading if you want to earn profit.
5942  Economy / Economics / Re: Who are benefited with cryptocurrency? on: May 17, 2019, 12:22:27 PM
In terms of market manipulation it's clear that whales benefit from it.

In terms of technology, all people and businesses that uses cryptocurrency greatly benefits from it. Transactions are made easier and faster, it even has low fees. You can be your own bank and secure it the way you want it.
In our country using our local bitcoin wallet you can use bitcoin to pay for bills, shop online, buy credits for your phone number and many more.
5943  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why? on: May 17, 2019, 11:21:45 AM
If you are just an investor not a trader of bitcoin then I think you are hopeful to it in the future. Like me who can only afford to buy few amounts and hodl it for some years I hope that it will give me a good future. In a way that I won't have to work in a company then establish my own business. I've been keeping it since 2017 then I'll see what will be its price next year on the halving event.
5944  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Advise Newbies To Enter Bitcoin Now? on: May 16, 2019, 12:06:18 PM
I'll just mention some few details about it then if they show some interest to it then I'll suggest them to research it so they know what are the pro and cons of bitcoin. I've known bitcoin for 5 years and already experienced some loss from it. Advising them saying that it will make them rich someday is not a good idea. A serious investor researches first before they release some money.
5945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you long term or short term? on: August 09, 2018, 01:20:44 PM
I am trading once in a while because I have coins in exchanges. Sometimes I buy and just wait the coin to go up in value before I sell, of course I know it is in dip. Now, which is better, set it to your expected price so that when it hit you sold? O wait for the price to go up and sell even if it did not reach yet to your  target price? Thanks.

It depends on how satisfying the rise of a certain coin that I am hodling. As for me, it is important that we'll wait for the right time to sell specially when the value of our hodling is low or if it might cause us too much risk to sell. It doesn't natter how long or short our hodling span is but it's the value of our hodlings that matters.
5946  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Economy Grow Forever? on: August 09, 2018, 12:39:54 PM
Few people are trying to claim ignorance. They trust that the Earth's assets are boundless and that a bean stalk can develop to the sky. Or on the other hand maybe they know somewhere down in their heart that we are making a course for an ecological and monetary fiasco, one that they think only they will get by through minds, gold, and firearms.
Others accept intensely that innovation will safeguard us out once more, that smart primates will dependably locate another apparatus that will enable us to separate always stuff from the planet.
Up until this point. Changes in horticulture, back, government, assembling and transportation kept pace with the populace development.
The advancement in technology improved economy from past many years but do you think it will grow forever or their will be reduction in resources?

I don't think so because the economy in our country is not actually getting better. The means of living in our country is also getting high and expensive. The economy might grow a little but I guess that certain growth still isn't enough to sustain the necessities of such country.
5947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you sell 100% of your holdings when in profit or hodl? on: August 09, 2018, 11:38:10 AM
Lets take the following example. You buy BTC at 6k and it goes up to 8K. Do you sell 100% of it or do you sell 75% and keep 25% in BTC.

What are your opinions / tactics?

I sell some of it where I could gain enough profit and hodl some of it so that when the bull market comes, I would be able to gain more profit again. It is important that we'll know how to make money out of our investments and savings. We should be smart enough to handle our savings and learn how to earn more through crypto hodling.
5948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: August 09, 2018, 10:45:16 AM
Hello....Guys

As we know that the Cryptocurrency is very trending these days. Of course, The Bitcoin Price touches new height day by day and the good thing is that most of the people get more and more benefit from this currency. But I am looking for Alternate Option like Ethereum. So please Suggest me. What's the Future of Ethereum after 5 years of more?

Both bitcoin and ethereum is good for a long term investment. Both are worth investing but I think bitcoin would still remain on top as it is. Based on my experience, bitcoin has been more profitable because it could rise up to a promising and unexpected value.
5949  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: August 09, 2018, 07:47:24 AM
We all experience being financially challenged and we cannot deny that money makes us revolve around it. When we find ways to alleviate our financial suffering, we stand our ground and spend so much effort just to see the result and of course, benefit from it. Do you think that spending time and effort to gain bitcoins is a rational idea? Do you think that you could've been wasting your time? Let me know about your thoughts.

Bitcoin is worth our time and effort because I believe that it could give back all our effort through the profit that it provides us. Bitcoin is the fastest and easiest way for us to gain and earn a good profit these days so why not spend much time with it if we could gain enough through it.
5950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or ETH in 2018 on: August 09, 2018, 04:29:44 AM
Bitcoin or Ethereum, Which of these coins will rule in 2018?

I would prefer both but if we'll base it in the history of cryptocurrency, I think trusting bitcoin would be an advantage. As for me, bitcoin would still remain on top though we all know that ethereum has a big potential as well, nothing could still beat bitcoin.
5951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good Altcoin for longterm investment on: August 08, 2018, 08:53:57 PM

When it comes to a long term investment, I wouldn't look to any other coin except bitcoin and ethereum because it has proven us a lot and could rise beyond all out expectations. It can even provide us the profit that we all want through patiently waiting that's why most people trust both bitcoin and ethereum.
5952  Economy / Economics / Re: Beside Cryptocurrenices where would you invest? on: August 08, 2018, 08:13:30 PM
A lot of people now days jumping and investing in the cryptocurrency industry.
If you are not investing in crypto, where do you else invest?
Property ? normal crowdfunding? give your input

If there would be no crypto I would love to invest in my own company. I am planning to put up a small business through my savings and earnings and if will be given a chance, I would want to invest in it and make everything to make it grow just to maximize my earnings as well.
5953  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do if you lose $2,000 in trading? on: August 08, 2018, 07:24:21 PM
If you lose $2,000 worth of cryptocurrency, then there is a problem to you. Check first yourself if you have capability in trading because if you will continue what will you do, it may lead to total bankruptcy. Unless, you are a millionaire.
Trading is a risky way of earning, you may gain or lose money. If you will enter the world of trading, be wisely and knows every side wether dump or pump of the coins you hold.
If you're taking major losses constantly, then yes, it is definitely time re-evaluate your trading habits.

However, a 2,000 loss often isn't that big of a deal. For example, I think most traders lost over 2k during the recent correction, but most of us still believe the prices will increase eventually.

If you lose $2000 then that is quite alarming and you have to find out where you lose some knowledge. We all know that losses is still a part of our trading life but if we're always lossing too much then that means that we need to gain more knowledge to get rid of uncertain circumstances.
5954  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Books or youtube to learn how to trade on: August 08, 2018, 06:54:44 PM
Hello guys,

I am french and i wanna try to learn trading in English language (to get skills in english and trading ahah)
Do you have a recommandation for a good book ?

I wanna try to find a good youtuber to, who is explain how to detect signal. In crypto or in nasdaq.

And maybe if its exist, a website with exercise?

Thanks guys

There are lots of ways to learn about trading and we must just be observant and willing to learn about it. Both youtube and books could help us if only we'll show interest about trading. We could also learn even through forums here. By reading and doing some research, we could learn and gain more knowledge.
5955  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one do you prefer?Increase your Bitcoin or ِDollar? on: August 08, 2018, 06:28:36 PM
In Trading, there are two categories of people, those who want to increase their bitcoin volume, and those who want to increase their dollar volume. Which one do you prefer? Why?

I would prefer to increase my bitcoin because my profit depends on it. The votality of bitcoin sometimes has a perfect gain if we'll focus on waiting and if we'll have more patience. The value of dollar is only changing in a minimized movement of value so there's nothing to fear about it's changes.
5956  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how much usd need for trade ?? on: August 08, 2018, 05:58:57 PM
Hey i am new here and want to be expert on trading so how can start and how much money for this?please give me some site or link where find trading tips and get more knowledge about it

The first thing to do is to learn more about crypto trading first. No matter how big our capital is if we're now well informed and taught about what crypto is, we couldn'y earn anything and we might just gain losses which is unprofitable for us to bear.
5957  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will you trade Bitcoin to buy Altcoins? on: August 02, 2018, 12:32:15 PM
I was looking at the possibility of investing in several Altcoins as part of my trading by selling off Bitcoins. I do feel that with proper planning and execution, the profits that could be reaped through these Altcoins by day trading in a week would be far superior to that of Bitcoin.

It is true I am talking in terms of a short term gain. BTC is certainly a long term investment but what about the short term gains? As an example, even if I invest in 1000 coins of IOTA or 10000 coins of NEM, I am assured of greater volatility in the market for these coins compared to that of BTC. If NEM makes a high on a particular day even by 0.05$ USD, I would make 0.05x10000 = 500$ USD in a day if I sell all my coins at that price.

Of course, trading does involve many other practical factors which make things not as simply as I write here. But being a pro I can simplify the complexity and say that it is certainly possible to make it so.

But will this not be a way to make decent income every day? When you invest in cryptocurrency, it is a need for one to continually observe the market trends. When one is able to understand the intricacies of the market then it is better that he takes up (day) trading.

After all it is important we make money on a regular basis apart from the long term investment isn’t it so?

It is a good way of earning but I would still prefer to save more bitcoin. There are good coins that is worth trading now but I want to earn and save more bitcoin because I still believe that it has the best capability to earn better. I would love to have more of it and hodl until the bull market comes.
5958  Economy / Economics / Re: Now I believe cryptocurrency may change the financial condition on: August 02, 2018, 08:44:32 AM
Eight months ago, my financial situation was not good at all,
I work that way, My income was about 45 to 50 dollars in the month,
I was disappointed with my income
Than a friend of mine suggested me to work with cryptocurrency. But I had no idea about cryptocurrency. Gradually, I learned to understand a lot about cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency gave me success in life, Now my income is 800 to 1500 dollars per month. Now I am very happy and now I believe cryptocurrency may change the financial condition

What an inspiring testimony and you are lucky and blessed to experience such change. I have also the same experience about a year ago. I was having a hard time with my previous job because aside from being too tired about it, my salary is also insufficient for me to sustain all our daily necessities until bitcoin came and things got better.
5959  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get rid of emotions when trading on: August 02, 2018, 06:17:40 AM
Emotions is being right there always, we cannot skip it or disregard but we are humans and more powerful on this. You don't need to turn your intentions into other matters because it will not going to solve your problem with emotions when you are in trading instead adjust it slowly as you can.

I agree with you. We should be the one to control our emotions to get rid of uncertain wrong decision making. It is important that we'll know how to handle our mind set towards the goals that we would want to reach. We must learn how to get rid of too much emotions in trading through it is normal. Our ability to make right decisions depends on how we control the things around us.
5960  Economy / Economics / Re: Increasing number of celebrities endorsing cryptocurrency on: August 02, 2018, 05:52:59 AM
Former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker Michael Owen is launching a cryptocurrency in his own name, joining other famous sportsmen including Manny Pacquiao in a new venture to connect with fans.

The retired England star announced Wednesday his investment in the Singapore-based Global Crypto Offering Exchange (GCOX) as he unveiled the “Owen Coin”.

Could this be a booster to cryptocurrency because these celebrities have big influence world wide and could invariably canvass more support for cryptocurrency.

Well, it is just another sign that cryptocurrency is being known in every corners of the world and it is an advantage as it reach even famous people because it could attract more investors around the world. Through it, we would be able to endorse cryptocurrency around the globe.
