One name has been floating around to be the next boxer that the winner will fight as mandatory - Jack Catterall. So I will assume that it will be Taylor vs Jack Catterall next. However, Josh has many options now, he can remain the undisputed champion, or drop or vacant some belts. Then super fight with Crawford since both are under the top rank banner. Then we have Davis or Teofimo Lopez looming move to 140 lbs as well after the George Kambosos fight. Lopez vs Taylor is also gonna be explosive and can easily be made by Top Rank, all in house money for Bob Arum.
And with that said, I will lock this thread and see you around for the next Josh Taylor find and I do hope that you tail my pick in the beginning of the thread.

What has fed has something to do with bitcoin though? With or without the US stimulus package, bear market will arrived and we can't really stop it from happening in bitcoin market. The economics of bitcoin is bullish/bearish, boom/bust, a cycle that happens (so far) every four years.
Bearish cycle though might arrived early than expected, Others blame Elon Musk or the China FUD, but we will survived. It's more likely that we have seen the floor price, so it's really up to us to decide whether we want to but in at ~$30k'ish or not. Feds though will not be of any help, still us traders/speculators who determine the price action of bitcoin.

Here is the kick-off presser:
![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fimg.youtube.com%2Fvi%2Fy3ZyBO32xV0%2F0.jpg&t=663&c=MWdaIN_UtUGZzQ) And in this image you will see Barrios height advantage: (more image here)@FinneysTrueVision - True, Davis has a lot of options in 135 lbs, but everyone is busy fighting other fighters. Perhaps his team wanted him to stay busy this year and doesn't want to wait. Davis has a history of not making weight, so now at 140 lbs, he will be comfortable or at least doesn't have to cut weight.

https://www.premierboxingchampions.com/davis-vs-barriosGervonta "Tank" Davis decided to go and move to 140 lbs division and is going to challenge undefeated WBA regular champion Mario “El Azteca” Barrios. We all know that Davis is one of the 4 kings of the 135 lbs but it seems that he will leave that division and try to get his hands for a third belt in 140 lbs. The big question is if he can bring his power in this weight classes and it will be interesting that we have Taylor and Ramirez fighting for unification this weekend. Josh Taylor is the WBA 140 lbs super champion. So we might see the winner of Taylor vs Ramirez fighting Davis too in the future. It will be another big fight for Davis, but I think he can win against Barrios via knockout as I believed that he can carry his power and he will be comfortable as there's not much of a weight drain to meet the weight. Betting odds are not out yet.

So still not yet over for Deontay Wilder as the arbitration judge rule in favor of him. They are now ordered to take a 3rd fight and Tyson Fury will have to honour the contractual clause.
So I guess the Fury vs Joshua fight will have to wait. Why should they delay the Fury and Joshua fight, did the judge ordered the fight to take place in a specific time period, i do not think so but the judge can order the trilogy and we have not heard any representation from the Fury side to talk about the situation. If the situation is challenged by Fury and if he does not want to fight him again these court orders does not mean anything as he is not a US citizen and he will not fight in the US if he does not want to. So i think the situation can only be resolved amicably rather than forcing him to fight with the help of a court order and the Fury Joshua fight might take place on August 14th in Saudi Arabia. It's because they have to follow the the rematch clause, otherwise it will be a breach on contract of Fury's side. That's why I said it's messed up everything for Fury right now. For sure they can settle this with Wilder, and pay him a step aside money if that is possible so that the Fury vs Joshua can go as plan. So let's see what will be Fury and his management are going to do next.

So I guess the Fury vs Joshua fight will have to wait. Lineal and WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury will have to honor a contractual clause which calls for a third fight with Deontay Wilder, arbitration judge Daniel Weinstein ruled on Monday. https://www.boxingscene.com/tyson-fury-vs-deontay-wilder-arbitration-judge-orders-third-fight--157712So let's see how this goes, it's a cluster f**k right now, we have been hype of the Fury vs Joshua reunification, but I guess it won't happen this year.

Celtics vs Wizards is slightly tougher to call since Jaylen Brown is out for at least 3 months which means he's not participating in the playoffs. Would have favored the Celtics otherwise.
I'm going against the popular opinion here, I like Wizards chances against Boston. This season it was really close game between the two. Head to head Boston won, 2-1, but if you look at the their last game, it was close, Celtics won by just 1 point. And the last time Wizards won, they lead by 13 points. And since Celtics is without Brown, and with Russell Westbrook and Bradley Beal, having a good chemistry, I would say it's going to be close again, but Wizards will get it done.

Thank you Devans and Yahoo and wishing you all the best. And to those participants who I have the chance to talk in PM, good luck to you. Hope everyone will find another long running campaign in this community. I think I'm been the longest participant, started on week 3, accepted Dec, 18, 2017 up to the last day. So its been close to 4.5 years for me, (how time flies), but as the saying goes, "all good things must come to an end ", so here we are. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Ok after the Nery vs Figueroa fight, we will have another explosive match next week. Josh Taylor is still the favourite as per betting odds, Figueroa upsets Nery last night, could we see some upset here again? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tonCEVUBEZ4 - Jose Ramirez vs Josh Taylor - 4 Belts, 1 Undisputed Champion | OFFICIAL TRAILER https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pk1KqVKdEQQ - Blood, Sweat and Tears: Ramirez vs Taylor Part 1 | FULL EPISODE

It was not a masterful performance but Figueroa managed to pull off the upset. I thought Nery was winning the fight but then he ran out of gas and was taken out with body punches.
I don't know what the ceiling is for Figueroa. He has really good cardio but he takes too many punches and a more technical fighter would be able to outbox him. Eventually he is going to run into somebody that will knock him out cold or will shut him out in the scorecards.
Is he tough or Nery just lack the power to put to sleep Figueroa? I agree, if he runs into a technical fighter that can move around more and box then he will have a problem. But for now, let us just congratulate him on this win. Another loss for me but no regret as the fight lives to its expectation and a fight like this just saves the sports from those circuses that some clowns are doing. I got the correct rounds and did see how the fight will turn out, but it was Nery who got knock out with the body shot and not Figueroa. I agree though, I didn't see the power in Nery's punch, he just touches Brandon with volume as you can see onto Brandon face. And again, as I have said, Figueroa doesn't have a good defense, likes to fight inside although he is the taller guy. And this might give him a problem if he fights a technical boxer.
