It does. He also states that you have to contact him for the bonds to be purchased back at .1 bitcoins in the thread. You sold the bonds to others at a lower price, hence it is illogical to presume anyone except him would hold to the promise that the bonds would be purchased at .1 bitcoins. Did he refuse to repurchase the bonds at the .1 btc? |

I messaged both of them with conflicting stories and BTC Guy immediately called me out on it. It was a test and he failed. I was watching profile active times and confirmed that the only way BTC Guy could have possibly known the information he provided me was if he had access to newdude's PMs via email alerts from the forum. He has been caught. This is just a warning. Deal with him at your own risk.
Post the PM's then  Till I SEE proof of this, I'm not buying a word you say. If he is sloppy, IP logs will prove you correct. I've talked with both newdude and BTC Guy in PM's and never got the impression that they could have been the same person. Their attitude and language don't match up. Personally, I think you're NewDude, but thats just my gut feeling. I have no way to know for sure. +1 minus the newdude part. At flip: You are being vague, and btc guy's reply solidifies his argument. For what I see now, you are trying to get him send the coins first, which is frowned upon with no rep. |

When i first started selling here i got the third degree too. Almost all new sellers do. People around here are very suspicious. And for good reason. Dont take it personal. Just do good business and eventually people will start to trust you and appreciate your service.
You wouldn't believe the amount of carders/scammers we saw here last year. I could say safely that almost 1/3 of sellers turned out to be a kind of scam last year. |

Hey guys I just transfered over about 140 btc;s its been confirmed 10 times, been over a hour and the coins still haven't shown up on strongcoin.com..
I am starting to get worried that I just lost over 600$.....
how long should this normally take? when I have sent coins from exchangers to my desktopwallet its never taken more than 6 confirmations which is like normally a hour or so..

Just take the private key of the address you've sent it to, and load it inside your desktop's wallet/ or use blockchain.info's wallet and send the contents to your desktop's address/ import it into mtgox directly. 3 ways in total. Your bitcoins aren't lost, don't be afraid. (Unless you sent them to the wrong address.) |

The guy has taken thousands of BTC of investors money, there were recent attempts to break into his account, he is the largest asset issuer on GLBSE. Is it so unreasonable to ask for proof of ID? No. It's also not reasonable to threaten to close all the assets (after fairly quickly freezing them) when Goat's already said he's not liable for you creating terms of service out of thin air, then denying service for not complying with those made-up terms. You'd effectively ensure his assets "default." Already, prices of his assets have been plummeting over this, which personally affects me. This is a silly argument and the stakes are too high. What's more ridiculous is that Goat's already provided gov't ID to investors (honestly, I'm surprised nobody's just submitted them to Nefario behind Goat's back, yet). Neither Goat's nor Nefario's arguments are reasonable given the stakes, and the whole thing's meaningless. Both Nefario and Goat are set in their ways, and the lines have been drawn. Nobody's going to change -- you've both dug in. Either GLBSE or Goat-related assets will lose credibility, and most likely, both will, quite significantly. In either case, they both negatively affect each other, which negatively affects me -- this's gone on long enough. Goat: Please just upload your gov't ID. IIRC, you do not need to provide anything beyond that. You've provided it to others without this drama. Granted, they didn't freeze your accounts anywhere and create a lot of FUD through that action, but it's detrimental to allow it to continue. I swear to the King of All Fuck I will stop investing in your projects if you don't submit ID to Nefario within a timely manner. Nefario: Please don't allow these situations to happen in the future.
