5981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is sharing number conformations required is a crime? on: November 18, 2019, 03:10:28 PM
I had contacted they through chat and that tab is closed. But, I can start a chat now and can ask them for the same and even now they will give such rude and arrogant replies. They kept giving such predetermined replies for hours. I do not have any expectation from them. I think they

Just this could already bring out the idea of what kind of exchange they are and the customer service they provide. Plus, the fact that they originally refused to give out the number of transactions required, I'd immediately move on to another exchange rather than continue and try using them. It's pretty much unknown whether they used that to hide their mistakes or just a pure scam, but you should still share and file a proper report for others to see.
5982  Other / Off-topic / Re: If Other coin likely ETH Will Take over on: November 18, 2019, 11:00:19 AM
Uhh why would it even change lmao. This site aint some kind of bandwagon kind of site that literally goes to whichever place is the best to stay. A community has been built already about BTC and would stay as such for the next few years. Besides, the site already has a part where altcoins are discussed and should already be quite fine as it is right now.
5983  Economy / Economics / Re: World debt and currency reset on: November 18, 2019, 05:40:28 AM
No, no they can't just bloody wipe the debts of the world, write it off like it's a bloody joke. They must properly address such events otherwise history would only repeat itself. I'm pretty sure OP posted this because of the recent announcement of the global debt by the end of the year , which amounts to $255 trillion, which is honestly not a small amount.

I just wish the government could provide a proper solution, instead of deceiving the masses, making them accumulate more debt to pay the global debt. Them not addressing the problem early on really gives out the message that they don't give a thought about anything that could happen to the world economy.

5984  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Dangerous disadvantage of web wallet. on: November 17, 2019, 02:38:18 PM
It just requires customer support attention, but the OP of the other post should still be able to get his funds back. That's a huge amount, and he still has in his hands the relevant information that proves that THAT transaction did indeed happen and that the BTC originally came from HIS account. Well, it was kind of an accident with partly OP's fault, since it was the transfer of terms that he refused upon. We also can't really blame the system of coinbase for this event, not really their fault. It is rather advisable though, that if you hold that big of an amount of BTC, get a hardware wallet instead. It's rather dangerous to hold 32BTC with web wallet imho.
5985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRX / BTC Long term hold plan on: November 17, 2019, 12:45:24 PM

Yes, I also saw the news that Justin Sun had discussed his partnership with Samsung, and I think this is good news this winter. Tron and Samsung will collaborate, which is why TRX can go to the moon or reach its ATH.

News source: https://u.today/justin-sun-on-tron-samsung-partnership-end-of-crypto-winter-next-bitcoin-ath-exclusive-interview-1

I honestly think buying TRX based on that recent partnership should only be considered for short - term investing. HODLing it for the long term based on that single partnership wouldn't really push it that high, nor would it be able to retain it's position at the top if such a thing ever happened. Besides, with BTC's halving just around the corner, other coins would have one heck of a time trying to usurp BTC from being the number one source of news, what with its possibility of reaching another ATH in 2020. Comparing that to TRX possible ATH, it really pales in comparison.
5986  Other / Meta / Re: Help my account got hacked I need help recovering it. on: November 17, 2019, 06:27:39 AM
Hi Fifa, how do i know it is safe to post my stolen account name here. are you trying to help?
Uhh why would it not be? Besides, you posting it in meta and letting other mods catch note of it could bring your support ticket forward quickly. You still need proof that it was your account (this matter could be directly said to the support themselves to conceal private info) so that they could verify that the account was really yours beforehand. Without it, i doubt the support would follow your issue.
5987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 6 on: November 17, 2019, 03:39:26 AM
Why not right? It is a free chance for a jackpot. It's like you asked me if I would grab a dropped coupon that says you get one free lottery ticket. Besides, if you have nothing better to do, might as well do as such. If you got it then yay, if you lost it then ehh, is fine. You may have lost your time waiting for it but tbh, I don't expect to spend my day in a productive manner anyway.
5988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why are you gambling? on: November 16, 2019, 02:31:48 PM
Enjoying and for fun. I mostly spend around 50$ maximum but it can reach sometimes up to 70$ depending on how much I'm enjoying playing. I mostly play Offline casino, most of the time with my friends. Though there were instances where we went to gambling casinos and played together. I don't often go alone to casinos, so yup. Some may say that doing gambling as a way of stress relief may be a bit weird? or even crazy but it's actually quite nice. Seeing myself seething from rage just from cards and then comparing it to what my problems are, the problems seem like the cards now. Insignificant. So it's really fun and enjoyable.
5989  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto Adoption Expanding Everywhere on: November 16, 2019, 12:50:24 PM
It is indeed rather great news for BTC. More adoption means its name spreads more means a lot more potential investors could come and enter the market which means.. one step closer to its goal of replacing fiat. Although that is still quite far in the future since the market is really really volatile at the moment and it still has to tackle a lot of issues, one of which is the acceptance of the masses of its existence or at least, knowledge of its existence.
But still this adoption is very low as compare to whole world business and marketplaces but sooner or later the adaption of bitcoin will spread everywhere.
It's not really surprising. BTC has lived for only 10 years, relatively small compared to how long the world has run its business. As for adoption, sure I'm pro with it, but it like what I said, it seriously has a lot of problems to tackle before being properly spread. We wouldn't want it to become somehow similar like a firework, where it has a momentary blinding shine but ends up in the dust by the end, right?
5990  Economy / Economics / Re: Can demand from an isolated market like Argentina drive up the BTC/USD price? on: November 16, 2019, 11:57:34 AM
That was a pretty interesting event. To pick a scenario, assuming that what the events OP said could be the cause, i'd pick scenario 1  which results in an upward pressure. Simple reason is because it has already happened. People of Argentina have already held BTC when they bought it and saw it's possible effects on their cash, so if a second time may occur, even if it is in their local exchanges, it should still be able to affect the market positively.
Although because it's coming from their local markets, the increase may be lower than what was experienced the last time.
5991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: mBit casino offers "no deposit" spins that require a deposit on: November 16, 2019, 09:34:35 AM
That title made me click this post lmao. Sadly, such scams and projects are already quite abundant and many use them to entice people. It's similar to how sites ask for your credit card information when they offer a 1 month free subscription.
Plus, i believe that they believe that players would start to be enticed after entering their site, so to them, lying about an offer just to make someone open up and learn about their site is fine.
5992  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin cannot be banned on: November 16, 2019, 04:54:41 AM
BTC has already entered the market and much supply has already been spread out to various people, so I'd suppose it's possibility of being banned is already at a minimal. Addressing the issues of volatility, it is volatile because supply is still being increased by miners, and in the past years, it has increased by a lot. Once more halvings pass, BTC release would be pushed into a minimal amount, which should make its volatility disappear, or at the very least, reduce it to minimal effects.

Plus, with how the demand of BTC is now, with it growing based on supply and demand, I doubt BTC would die off anytime.
5993  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Explain me like i'm 5: Market Liquidity on: November 15, 2019, 04:03:10 PM
Making a simple comparison, it is like how you can grab a Jenga block without disrupting the balance of literally everything else. Market liquidity in the definition is how you can or someone else, purchase or sell an asset without causing a disrupt or change in the asset's price. You can also take it as somehow similar to demand and supply where, if supply was quite limited but then all of a sudden, the supply suddenly skyrocketed, this could potentially ruin the market economy since supply has caught up to the demand in a quick pace.

One example I remembered was the glitch in TF2 (Team fortress 2) where crates give off the rarest type of virtual item in-game. This lead to skins that usually cost 6000$ to suddenly drop down to 10$ or something similar.
5994  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The NO-BS guide to earn free cryptocurrency on: November 15, 2019, 03:15:02 PM
Its indeed misleading yet the word "free" doesnt reflect out on whats written on the article- only airdrop is valid one and the rest?
They do require specific amount for you to start up or to involve on.So basically its still a form of investment which isnt applicable for
all specially mining which we know its really an expensive one which majority cant able to afford on.Bounties? and airdrops? These are
almost good as dead nowadays.
Well, considering how to earn crypto normally, The process given by the OP could closely be called a type of "free". Besides, we all know there isn't really a 100% free way to earn crypto nowadays, and most likely, those said "free" methods are methods that are either a scam or require you to do something or invest something. In Airdrops/Bounties, you invest time to earn money. In Lending platforms and mining, you invest money, and maybe time as well sometimes. Either way, its either time or money you give out to earn money. It's just the efficiency that's the difference.
5995  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Super Effective Way to Help You Follow the Trend of Bitcoin on: November 15, 2019, 01:46:47 PM
Well yes. The recent trends of ups and downs of BTC are mainly caused by the upcoming halving this 2020 (Most likely reason). The recent drop from 9k to 8.5k was in a sense, normal, with how the market moves, but if it drops to 7k, I'd start guessing that people are panicking about something by then. It's really hard to get a sense of it now since it was a gradual loss and not a sudden dump.

Basic tips on the vid though, if you were the one who made it. Put your photo down at the bottom left/right or top left. Kinda weird it's in the middle, plus the random appearance of you telling us to like the vid like bro, seriously. Stop it.

Every asset is a 'trending' asset, not just Bitcoin. What makes Bitcoin kinda different is the repetitive nature of the cycles it goes through. No cycle is exactly the same as Bitcoin grows larger after each cycle, but the cycles do rhyme quite nicely in terms of general behavior.
The cycle doesn't repeat, but it somehow shows a similar amount of growth with each cycle available. It shows dump and pumps at times, but it still within the rhythm. The bubble of 2016 was kind of destroyed the rhythm, which is why it dumped down quite a bit after that, but I guess the market held on with it and managed to raise it to what it is today.
5996  Economy / Economics / Re: Paypal Drops Pornhub Support, Pornhub Is Now Exploring Cryptocurrency Options on: November 15, 2019, 01:15:26 PM

Is it interesting how in this world where feminism and raging against "the patriarchy" is often encouraged. None of that rage is ever directed at payment processors like paypal who engage in what might be described as sexist and oppressive practices against women? Female rage is typically directed at stereotypical "nice guys". Never at those who are doing the actual oppressing.

Oof. Very good point right there. Well, people are seriously biased against the sex industry and are considered to be dirty in their eyes, which is really kind of sad. Most likely made by their morals and the like where they are unconsciously judging others by their own standards, which is in a sense, a mistake.

Which coin would fit pornhub's business model the best?
Most of the top coins could fit the bill don't you think? Well, as long as it's pretty reputable, I suppose any coin would do. That or they could try creating their own coin, something like a Phcoin or something. Naturally, It's best if they adopt BTC since it is the top coin, but other top alt coins could work as well.
5997  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Halving Price Prediction $55,000 - $130,000 on: November 15, 2019, 06:41:26 AM
Well, most of us are probably expecting a similar progression or turn of events just as the past halvings, or at the very least, something similar. Observations could be seen that halvings occur, price goes up and down then suddenly pumps at an insane price. Its honestly quite hard to believe its possible for it to occur a 3rd time, but we all hope as such though.

Assuming that BTC popped off in the past halvings because of the supply being cut off in half, and then another half, we can assume that this halving is the midway, and the rest of the halvings after this year wouldn't impact BTC like what the last halvings did.

If we can say that the last 2 were pumps in price , the 3rd could be a pump or retain, while the rest after the third should be negligible rises or just price retain.
5998  Economy / Economics / Re: Fed Ups Its Wall Street Bailout to $690 Billion a Week as Media Snoozes on: November 14, 2019, 05:20:37 PM
Why would you drop crypto to run off to stocks, when in the past, you dropped stocks to run to crypto? You'd be killing yourself at that point if you will ever do that. I'm not all entirely sure about how to read this announcement of Fed, but I'm more entitled to believing that they need to somehow let the people's attention back onto the stocks somehow while addressing problems they've had in the past. I'm not entirely sure of the situation of stocks, but that's how I see this recent announcement.
5999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sports predictions on: November 14, 2019, 01:38:31 PM
Gambling sites would go bankrupt if they reversed the odds. In a sense, gambling sites also gamble, but they are also a banker. A team has low odds because the site believes they would win, and a team has high odds because the site believes they would lose. There's no such strategy or technique in winning. It's called gambling for a reason, where any type of skill is thrown away in the garbage can and you just pretty much let luck win upon you.
6000  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Telegram ID and how you can use it to fight scams on: November 14, 2019, 10:06:39 AM
Tinatago yung User ID eh yun lang yung pwedeng choice natin para maverify if legit or not.

Wag mong ibigay yung mnemonic phrases mo, account details mo(Yung private information if ever), or yung username and password mo. Kahit kausapin ka pa ng nagkukungwari na admin diyan, as long as di mo ibibigay yung gantong details, di ka masscam diba?
