Morning' All - greenhorn here...
I have an issue I cant seem to resolve despite YT videos and guides I have found.
I participated in the BitDice ICO using my MetaMask address. I want to move them to the exchange to invest in something else but for the life of me, I cannot figure it out. I read that I will use MyEtherWallet but now I am second guessing the process. Anyone have experience with this process?
The issue is, I log into MyEtherWallet, which connects to MetaMask but I am unable to see my CSNO tokens in MEW. I was under the impression that I send the CSNO to MEW, then MEW to Exchange. But MEW doesnt see the CSNO tokens in my Meta account...only my ETH balance. If anyone has any knowledge on this process, I would greatly appreciate it and throw you some coin. Thanks!

I feel like God Node is a bit irreverent...just my .02. What about Divine Node or Providence Node?

i have at least 4 wallets though.. if most miners do as well thats around 1800 users. Seems accurate. We are growing and that is great. Once sanctuaries are live, marketing can ramp up. I have some pretty techy contacts in Christian orgs like Lifechurch in OK
great work Dev, 616 and Togo... all those involved.

Anyone get their balance to show in MetaMask? I can see my airdrop balance in Ethplorer but it wont show in Meta. Thanks!

<snip> One condition I discovered that would be useful for the design of the retirement account is a contingent transaction based upon another contingent transaction.
So for example, User A wants to buy User B's 401k balance, but, does not want to spend asset A until the escrow for Asset B is broadcast into the memory pool. So what we can do is add a new transaction type called ContingentUpon, and in the scripting language, honor the amount, send address of escrow, signature, coin color, senders address, signature and coin color.
And basically what would happen is (lets go through a failed transaction and a successful one):
FAILED TRANSACTION (IE CONTINGENT WORKED): User A advertises that he wants to buy 1000 rBBP for 1000 BBP. User B advertises that he wants to sell 1000 rBBP for 1000 BBP. (These are through the new RPC trading commands in the console).
User A's client realizes that B wants to trade, so User A creates an advanced contingent transaction (A requires B to create a contingent transaction otherwise As transaction will be canceled), while A's contingent tx is broadcast and accept in everyones memory pool.
User B deliberately fails to send User A the rBBP owed (lets say, because he had a corrupt wallet.dat file, with no actual rBBP in his wallet, while fooling the client) so therefore he cant really afford to send the 1000 rBBP back to user A, so A is going to want his money back (IE does not want the trade to go through). At this point, the tx is not in a block yet.
The complex tx sent by A *would be canceled* and never mined by a miner - because the mandatory memory pool rule (for contingent transactions) would not allow a miner to mine the complex tx.
SUCCESSFUL CONTINGENT TRANSACTION:
User B creates a complex contingent transaction and broadcasts it while transaction A is still in the memory pool. Since B satisfies A's condition, both A & B will be mined by a miner, successfully crossing the transaction and completing the sale safely.
In this way a contingent transaction allows both a & b to transact safely, and adds value to the Bitcoin transaction set.
This transaction method also appears to be much more efficient than one with two sets of collateral, lag time, confirmations, and a market maker. Technically, it can be done with two participants only if we used the more advanced Contingent tx type.
You might want to look at 0x (ZRX) for ideas - they have implemented an API to allow decentralised exchanges in this manner. Fantastic idea, great project and team. I believe things to move this direction inevitably

I also mine $VRM - yes, @slovakia - dont you find it strange that you are literally the only person wrapped around the axle about this? The problem is between the KB and the chair. Mine under current conditions or do not, but please stop posting about your woes, they add too much noise to an otherwise very productive project.

How are the outgoing letters processed again? As in the time between each outgoing queue is processed? Thanks -
Keep writing those letters all! After yesterdays Vegas tragedy, I feel ever more pressed to tell people about the Light.

Out of curiosity while I compile.. I had a question. Is the command below assigning the password = pwd to BBP root just so it can write in and out without issue?
BP_ROOT=$(pwd)
No, BP_ROOT is not the root account, its the BiblePay Root Directory argument, and pwd is not the password, but the 'current working compile directory'. Its needed to make BerkleyDb4.8 work in linux. The reason we cant go to 5.1+ is we are staying with Bitcoin compatibility for the wallet format. Wow.. i was way off! LOL. thank you for the explanation. Well along those lines, im still tech. challenged. I have installed the linux miner on 4 computers. Using the instructions on Reddit, line for line.. 2 of them worked and 2 of them give me this error when trying to launch the GUI m4tsby@LinuxLiteOpterons:~/biblepay$ cd src m4tsby@LinuxLiteOpterons:~/biblepay/src$ cd qt m4tsby@LinuxLiteOpterons:~/biblepay/src/qt$ ./biblepay-qt bash: ./biblepay-qt: No such file or directory How that can be with all distros being basically the same, all deb based? These instructions were followed - Note: GUI will be built automatically only if you meet the requirements for qt library, i.e. make sure you ran this line before compiling:
sudo apt-get install libqt5gui5 libqt5core5a libqt5dbus5 qttools5-dev qttools5-dev-tools libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compilerHi m4tsby, You probably haven't had met the requirements for building GUI. Run the apt-get line again: sudo apt-get install libqt5gui5 libqt5core5a libqt5dbus5 qttools5-dev qttools5-dev-tools libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compilerAnd make sure that you have no errors in the output. You probably will have some - when you resolve them and have successfully installed these libraries just rebuild the biblepay. If you have additional problems, we should probably move this discussion to reddit (linux install thread) in order not to clutter this forum here. I am also having the same issues as listed above, have tried to rebuild to no avail. I am also having an issue with pool mining, All was running fine, no changes made yet now it says "poolmining:false"?? Are you shure that the List of needed Packages is complete? I can build the biblepayd but not the qt binary in the Actual Version. All mentioned Packages are installed on the System. The Build of the qt Version 1.0.3.7 has been possible on the same System. I think that some packages are missing from the Install guide and whatever is missing comes natively installed with larger distros. The guide instructions installed fine with Mint, Ubuntu 14, Xubuntu, but will not compile the GUI on Linux Lite, or Lubuntu. This is my thought at least but I agree Ill take this offline to the Reddit post as to not add noise to the thread. Slack channel will be nice for support as well. Thanks All

Do not keep coins on any exchange. HitBtc is a scam exchange. They are not registered in any country. There is no information's of owners. It is a time bomb ticking. I do understand many for you laughs at me but you will be sorry for no real reason you could easily avoid.
If you need SNC, deposit BTC and buy and withdraw SNC to your MEW. If you want to sell SNC deposit SNC and sell and withdraw BTC. Do not keep anything in HitBTC!!!
Can you transfer SNC to MetaMask? If so, once its in Meta, how do you get it back to an exchange? I cant figure out how to get from Meta back to an exchange... yes, im new to this space.

Agree with 616 - also thanks to 616, inblue, and togo.. all 3 guys have put in concerted effort to help, build, and test. Lets keep focus that its not the return on the coin that matters so much but the number of orphans we are helping!

When i mined Verium, we had a google spreadsheet for documenting your hash / cpu/ ram / os, etc.. Was helpful to see where you could be with your hardware if a similar rig was outperforming you. I will try to throw something together.

I am embarrassed to ask the same questions but sorry... I still cant get the linux install to work. granted im a noob but I can follow directions and it will not compile. Current error:
./autogen.sh Can't exec "aclocal": No such file or directory at /usr/share/autoconf/Autom4te/FileUtils.pm line 326. autoreconf: failed to run aclocal: No such file or directory
I am trying to do my due dilligence and search this and all I can come up with is to install automake.. which Im guessing is the command sudo apt-get install make which I have installed .. any ideas?

@Bible_pay
Regarding the inability to save the letters to the kiddos...could it be my account? I am unable to save letters and I have tried at least 4 different kids. I save them, log out / in, and paste and still cannot save. I have tried Chromium, Fox, and Opera.
Thank you- m4tsby is acct.
Let me try to reproduce as you, one minute. I was able to write a letter as you and save it (I deleted it of course) - ive only tested Chrome and IE. I see you were able to save other pages, such as your default withdraw address. Those use the exact same type of save method. Interesting that Save a letter wont work. When you click Save on the letter it should immediately take you to the orphan outgoing letter weblist. When you click save what error do you get? Can you try going into Chrome, click f12 (developer console), paste the letter and see if you find any Web alert javascript errors? Also you can try to disable any plugins (suchas yahoo toolbar, chat, etc). You can also try to go to Account | Account Settings, change your withdraw address to something like Test, click save, and tell us if that sheds any different light on the problem? Thanks. Thank you - I will try Chrome when I am home from work. In the interim, I did try with Opera and grabbed the result. https://imgur.com/gallery/3KWtZ
