Cost per hash AMD RX 480 are better than Nvidia for ZCash. With a memory strap bios mod I get ~315 H/s from my RX 480's at ~125 W each.

That was exactly what I wanted to know.
(of course ahmedjamal1998 is right. but I know how "solo mining" is meant in this case)
And ahmedjamal1998 , 2% of the eth share for a few additional dcr is too expensive. That does not pay off.
I am using Claymore in eth only mode at the moment.
Now I will switch to Genoil.
Has anyone a link to Genoils latest miner?

The only coin I know that you can mine with HDD is BURST.
But I canīt tell you more about the how to.

why you dont like the MSI Z270-A Pro? i have this and is perfect
6 gpu is working with no problems? yes but you need to activate something in the bios to make the motherboard check for more than 3 gpu, after that you can run even 8 gpu on that motherboard, i still like the asrock more because it come with more power, but the asus one as the M2 which is very good for removing some cables I think you are wrong here. 6 GPUs should not be a problem without messing with the bios. If you donīt have enough PCIe slots use USB-PCIe risers. |

As a short trader, i don't like this coin. This coin looks like a bradypus. Movements are too slow. It is very very boring to follow. I don't say this coin has no potential for the profit. I know it has the potential but i don't have enough patience to wait for its movements.
I donīt agree fully! Itīs movement is fast but it donīt reach huge amounts. Doge lives between 0.00000074 and 0.00000078 - that changes 3 times a day. A nice coin for traders  |

in january I bought 10000 xrp for 0.00000691,  sold 2 days later for 0.00000719, bought back 14 days later for 0.00000819, sold in panic for 0.00000501  in may I bought 1000 for 0.00020800 , still holding  Damn |

First thing: trash the Windows 10 ! You should use Windows 7 for better performance.
Second: get the Crimson 15.12 driver for your card - not the latest drivers!
Your board donīt matter at all ...
XFX cards are known for their overheating problems.
Find a Gigabyte , Power Color or Sapphir Card (a used one from eBay).

It definitely still pays off... I make an addition $400-500 on my 5 than when I just solo mine ETH. Trust me that it should pay off significantly.

Price of altcoins going up. What do you think which is the best to mine with GPU-s?
I mine XMR (monero) with 4 AMD HD7950 GPUs. Donīt make a lot, but 4.50$ a day are better than nothing. |
