I think there is a website where you can monitor your masternode. But out explorer doesn't have masternode list functionality. Need to look into updating our explorer tbh.
Why are you copying and pasting my replies from Telegram to here?

So is no one going to talk about the fact that this is also a block reward halving event? So bullish on this coin i dont think this would do anything to the block reward. just a switch from POW to POS. No, he is correct. Block reward went from 2XLR to 1XLR.

Hi all, we are still having some issues on the chain with reward system. There will be another mandatory update coming out later today to fix this issue. Apologies about inconveniences caused.

F*ck. Another update? You promise to fix wihout to need update wallets. Who will pay the missing masternode payout?
You should be glad that the Dev team spent 48 sleepless hours on making sure the blockchain is working again instead of worrying about your missed out payments.

Is it possible those who have forked away have "successfully" forked away and are on the chain with the new and appropriate rules and so the rest of us who are stuck need to join their chain using their nodes/addnodes?
No it's not. Wait until the official fix is released from the team please.

All help would be appreciated

You are using an extremely old version of the wallet. It is out-dated and doesn't work anymore. Download and use new wallet from: http://solariscoin.com/

Hello haitham_elaraby:
Please work with me on this forum until both of us can obtain the private keys for each of our solaris addresses. If we ask the right questions hopefully we will get the instructions that will give us the private keys for true ownership of our valuable coins.
Glad to see you were helped and got everything straightened out with your issue.
G.P.
You do realise that the wallet.dat file contains all the private keys for all address in your wallet? There is no need to back-each priv key up, just back-up this file. But, in your other comment you said:
I did exactly as instructed above and left a space between the command dumpprivkey and the Solaris address.
But after following instructions and pressing "Enter" these words appeared on the Solaris console: "Error: Please enter the wallet passphrase with walletpassphrase first. (code -13)"
So I went to the console and tried it again using a different password but entered the password first followed by a space and then the command dumpprivkey but then I got these words: "Method not found (code -32601)"
You must unlock the wallet through the Settings first, then open the debug console and follow the commands to dump priv key.

Hi guys >> please help me ... I can not open my XLR wallet, everytime i try to open it i get this message: "Failed reading from database. pcoinsTip best block is not correct. The block database is in an inconsistent state and may cause issues in the future. To force start use -forcestart" as shown in this link: https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/33915125/33154603-4d4002aa-cf9e-11e7-9691-25ef5b3770ff.PNGand then this message: "Solaris-qt.exe has stopped working" ... close program. How can i fix this problem? By the way; I get the same problem after installing the new version of XLR wallet v.2.5.0.0 Anyone here knows how to fix this problem? 1. Stop/shutdown your wallet client if it is running. 2. Go to %appdata%/solaris/ and back up the wallet.dat file. 3. Delete the 'blocks', 'chainstate', 'sporks' and 'zerocoin' folders from your data directory. 4. Download the bootstrap from https://solaris.coinstatistics.online/bootstrap.zip 5. Extract the downloaded zip file, you will see it contains a bootstrap.dat file. 6. Place the extracted bootstrap.dat file in your data directory. 7. Start your wallet client.

Hi all, I'm new on Solaris and i have a few questions: - How many devs on the project ? - Volume are very low for the moment don't you think it's a problem ? - Why on your exchange screen shot we can't see a XLR/BTC pair ? Thanks and good luck ! - There are 4 core Solaris team members
- No, it is out of our control anyway
- Those are just mock-up screenshots

You touched on the main reason why I am not dumping my mined XLR, the txbit.io exchange can propel XLR. I wonder if txbit.io will be a standard exchange like you mentioned or a XLR-centric exchange?
I think this txbit.io exchange should have different trading pairs, something like Binance. It will give traders more choices with their orders (both bids and asks) and help XLR daily trading volume as well, which in turn might help Solaris price for long-term. Yes, txbit.io will have different trading pairs. Starting with major ones like BTC, ETH and of course XLR. Then more will get added as time goes on.

What did you implied by saying "burned"? Those coins initially created for swapped but I swapped till the end of the swapping period will be burned, won't they? I guess why those coins will be used for marketing campaigns as results of votes some months ago (I don't remember exactly, but something like that), right?
I am not implying anything. I mean that 88k coins will be burned, destroyed, be unspendable. They will not be used for any other purpose but to disappear from the total coin supply. There are a few ways or methods for them to be burned or destroyed but I will wait until the devs and/or the community come up with an agreeable way to do so, and most likely after April, as one of the methods is to mint to zerocoin, mine or stake them out of existence. I'm not sure which one. I can answer this correctly. In Proof of Stake phase, starting in April, all transaction fees are not distributed to the miners, but instead destroyed by the network. (Completely removed from total supply) We will be able to include the 88k XLR as a transaction fee and completely remove them from circulation.

This is pretty freaking incredible! $XLR is going to be beast in 2018. Once staking kicks in will that also get a bonus from the txbit.io exchange?
Correct. You will be able to keep XLR on the exchange while staking it and receiving exchange trading fees at the same time.

Hi, needing some help with my desktop wallet (Windows 64 bit)
I can't get the wallet to open - due to "MinGW Runtime Assertion" box that pops up. It says "Assertion failed!..."
I also just realized that I probably need to update the wallet. (I've got 2.2.0.0). Would this be the reason for the Assertion failed?
I downloaded the latest version.
Now what? I haven't even opened the file because I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.
I'd be grateful for some help from any of you experts out there. Thank you!
Yes, you must update to 2.4.0.0. If you still her the Runtime error, do this: 1. Stop/shutdown your wallet client if it is running. 2. Go to %appdata%/solaris/ (Open your file explorer and type that into the path field) 3. Delete all files and folders EXCEPT wallet.dat (Back-up this file somewhere safe as well), solaris.conf and masternode.conf (I REPEAT, DO NOT DELETE wallet.dat, solaris.conf and masternode.conf) 4. Start your wallet client and let it sync, your balance will be visible when you are synced. Thank you very much. I downloaded the update zip file. I didn't want to open the file until I know exactly how to perform the update. What should I do exactly? I know -- dumb question -- but I don't want to lose my coins! Thank you Just unzip it and use it. That's it.
