61  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why choose LONG-TERM TRADING? on: June 26, 2018, 01:33:44 PM
Trading is indeed difficult to do.

Long term trading may take weeks, months or even a year or so. You may call it as "long-term holding" or simply "holding".

Long-term trading is good for those who:

    • want to invest
    • has a job that requires at least 8 hours a day
    • want to earn extra income
    • non professional traders or beginners

But of course you will have to consider these things before investing:

    • invest money that does not limit your ability to meet other financial needs
    • should be willing to lose some
    • higher investment, more risky and higher potential of loses and/or rewards

These are the benefits of long-term trading according Anne Chapman (2015):

    • You are not required to find new opportunities every time. Just hold on the coins you believe has a potential. Do not bother yourself with other cryptocurrency focus on your work and family.
    • You have more time to plan and study the charts for analysis of trend
    • You only need to employ simple techniques.

First, identify major areas of support/resistance (does a trend have room to develop?

Second, look for chart/candlestick patterns (do they reinforce a trend continuation?)

Finally, look for a logical and high probability point of entry and manage the trade

    • You will experience less stress since you do not have to monitor the charts, price, trend etc. every time.
    • You only have to work less. Check your coin in a month or weekly basis, etc

    Thank you.

The strategy that you should do is fit to your skills. It is better if you will choose the trading strategy base on what you can do for you to become more productive person. I know that you can trade more efficiently by using the strategy that fit to your skills.
62  Economy / Speculation / Re: Better Late than Never? on: June 26, 2018, 12:28:36 PM
Huh I couldn't wait any longer and jumping into cryptocurrency pretty late. I understand I have invested at the high end as of late, but with the rapid growth over the last several weeks I would be a fool not to jump in.

What are the predictions of the bubble before it bursts and drops back down?

Also, I imagine it should become my goal, as an investor, to actually use the bitcoin for what it was created to do. Peer to Peer purchasing in a free market, not relying on the banks or 3rd party taking their cut. Where can I begin actually using bitcoin to purchase normal household items?
We will lose many opportunities if we will not make investment with cryptocurrency. Most of the people in my community are now interested to buy bitcoins because they are now aware on how profitable is the bitcoin and the advantages that they can get.
63  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why do we complain when the market is down? on: June 26, 2018, 11:45:01 AM
Ever since bitcoin price started dropping, most of the threads i see here are : is bitcoin dying?, will bitcoin go green again?, should i hold or sell? etc. I laugh when i see such threads. Every business has a window of opportunity when the market is ripe to enter. This is the time to invest more in bitcoin. Every good investor see every dip as an opportunity to buy more bitcoin and hold. The weak ones see dips and they start to shiver; selling all their bitcoins, even including their altcoins. Please community members, the way we are handling this drop in bitcoin will scare new members from even investing in the coin which will cause a further decrease in the price and the unexpected might happen. Let's have a healthy discussion about our coin even in hard times, and it will attract more people to invest and eventually pump the price again. Friends what do you also think?
The reason why many people are complaining when the market is down because the value of their investment is also going down. They do not have strong hands to hold their coins in a long time.
    64  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovering ? on: June 25, 2018, 03:32:55 PM
Do you think bitcoin is going to reach june rates soon ?
I am sure that the price of the bitcoin will recover soon, the bitcoin is still gaining resistance and support. I know that in the following weeks we can see that the price of the bitcoin will recover. I believe that bitcoin can easily overcome this problem.
65  Economy / Economics / Re: DO NOT SELL! JUST HODL - You've not loss any money if you haven't sold. on: June 25, 2018, 03:01:21 PM
Bitcoin dipped to 7500$ and i think now it is danger zone could go to 3000$-4000$ again.
Good chance for newcomers, sorry for those who bought bitcoin at 18,000$ an 11,000$ Cheesy

What do you think? How low bitcoin can go?

    Just hodl it
If you are a real bitcoiner then you should aware to the benefits that we can get from holding. We should have strong balls to hold our bitcoin in a long time for us to earn more benefits and advantages.
    66  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expected predictions on: June 25, 2018, 04:32:09 AM
I will wait for that time to arrive, because I believe the bitcoin price by the end of 2018 will soar.
I will keep the spirit to collect coins for my future.
although this month, bitcoin prices are worse than December of 2017, but I still believe it.
Can not be denied, the growth of Bitcoin value in 2017 is arguably fantastic. However, this criticism of cryptocurrency is analogous to a 'bubble' (because it continues to fly high but can 'erupt' anytime)

The year 2017 seems to be the period of proof for Bitcoin as the most calculated cryptocurrency. One climax occurs when the digital currency recorded a record high with the value (USD 19,796) on December 17 last.
Experts also predict that with these achievements, Bitcoin has the potential to record a much higher value next year.
"Bitcoin can reach (USD 60,000) by December 2018," said Mike Dumont, Senior Editor of Bitcoin.com

The bear market is still occuring, there are now many investors who experiencing loss because of the huge dump that still occuring. I know that the price of the bitcoin will recover and it can reach up to $50,000 per each.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token bounty must hold or sell? on: June 25, 2018, 02:32:29 AM
Many bounty campaign give token..often token bounty has not been paid .. you already exist in the market .. after the price paid it down drastically ... if we hold the token .. later will be able to rise or even added down the price of token bounty
I holding all of the bounty tokens that I earned because I can ensure that my altcoins will become more valuable in the near future. I will miss many trains if I will now sell all of my bounty tokens.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: June 25, 2018, 01:41:17 AM
So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?
You do not have enough confidence, you will lose ypur money if you continuing to panic. It is better if you will just hold your coins even the cryptocurrency market is still down.
69  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Much Should You Invest in Bitcoin? on: June 22, 2018, 02:48:40 PM
I often get asked privately if Bitcoin is worth an investment. My answer is a whopping yes….invest your time.
The price fluctuation of Bitcoin is certainly fascinating, but how cryptocurrencies (and blockchain, more on that soon) will affect you, your job, your business, and humans collectively is far more lucrative.
The financial (and in turn, geopolitical) institutions are about to go through what the media (music, books, TV, newspapers, cinema) industry went through since the rise of social media during the past decade.
Your investment in time learning about blockchain uses will far outweigh the investing of your $ € ¥ £ etc..

Do not just invest the money that you have, budget your money properly for you to save more money. You should be aware that bitcoin investment is not easy investment. There are many people who losses their money because their knowledge is not enough.
70  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you think its the right time to sell Bitcoin ? on: June 22, 2018, 02:23:50 PM
Do you think it will be the best time to sell as there are two kind of speculations one says the value of bitcoin will reach $20,000 by 2018 and there are also speculations that the bitcoin might go through a dump in upcoming days but i know we cannot believe into random predictions by random users due to the volatility of bitcoin but i need some suggestions whether to hold on to bitcoin or sell it out and invest some of it into altcoins and then wait for the price drop to reinvest into bitcoin which i am not sure will happen or not.
I can say that the cryptocurrency market can still consider as bear market. It is obvious that this time is not yet the right time to sell our bitcoins because the price of the bitcoin is still cheap. We can grow more our investment if we will sell our bitcoins in the near future.
71  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need advice for bitcoin wallet.. on: June 21, 2018, 04:43:38 AM

72  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: June 19, 2018, 02:18:50 PM
There is a big difference between the investment of bitcoin and real estate. They are both risky but you will not face same risk if you will make investment both bitcoin and real estate. The risk that you will face on making investment with bitcoin is its volatility while the risk that you will face on making investment in real estate is the unpredictable housing markets.
73  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the bitcoin be outdated by another currency? on: June 19, 2018, 06:35:32 AM
My answer to the principle is: NO

Bitcoin is money, the value of money is built on confidence, tradition and security, attributes that Bitcoin offers easily. The analogy between Bitcoin and social networks is completely incorrect, people think that Bitcoin is an myspace that will be replaced by facebook. It turns out that Bitcoin is money and not a social network, so this comparison is completely wrong.

Most of mankind's wealth resides in vaults for hundreds of years, so the circulating medium is derisory close to it. Why are we going to need fast, no-fee coins if we can use paper money and banks? Bitcoin's purpose is to be a safe asset, scarce and superior to gold. What is behind Bitcoin is the fact that no politician can steal you through taxes or inflation, there is nothing safer than Blockchain and Bitcoin. So far no technologically superior currency has emerged to Bitcoin to the point of provoking an abyss between technologies and will hardly emerge.

    BUY BITCOIN TODAY AND ALWAYS.
It is impossible that other cryptocurrencies will surpass the bitcoin. Bitcoin is the no. 1 in all terms like capitalization and popularity. It is really better if we will focus on making investment with bitcoins.
74  Economy / Economics / Re: its not about how much you invested, its when you should invest? on: June 19, 2018, 06:02:51 AM
kinda strange when investing in a volitile  market. you can spend 10,000 $ into the market in january and come out less. than what a person invested in april with 10,000 $.
The bear market is now over, I can say that the bull market will now occur in these following days. If you will analyze the chart of the bitcoin, you will find out that the support and resistance of the bitcoin is now strong.
75  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: minimum amount to start trading? on: June 18, 2018, 12:53:48 PM
What was the amount with which you started trading
I mean your very basic investment and was that your extra money or required money?
Just invest the money that you can afford to lose, you should now the risky of trading cryptocurrency. You should have knowledge in order for you to grow your investment and avoid experiencing losses.
    76  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your current strategy? on: June 18, 2018, 12:27:40 PM
The cryptocurrency market is currently down and the main strategy that is really suitable for me is the HODL strategy. I have a lot of patience and it is the reason why I can hold all of my bitcoins and altcoins in a long time.
77  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade or HODL? on: June 18, 2018, 05:56:26 AM
Hi guys, I have a couple of alts in my wallet right now and I want to gain profit.

I want to earn a profit while waiting for a better market value. Should I enter trading(where I don't have an idea on how to and where to start) or should I stick on HODLing my coins?

Looking at the market movement, is it a good time to start trading?

Is it risky or not an ideal move if I start to study trading using some of my holdings/alts?

I am eager to learn how to do trading(short-term or day-trading).

    Any thoughts? TIA
It depends on the altcoins that you holding. There are coins that are good for long term investment like Ethereun, Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, EOS and Litecoin. There are also altcoins that are good for short term investment like XVG, Monero and Dash.
    78  Economy / Speculation / Re: Selling bitcoin is a stupid decision ? on: June 18, 2018, 04:40:25 AM
I do no longer see some thing incorrect in promoting bitcoin,we are unfastened to decide whilst to preserve our investments
We maintain the important thing for our success though we are all saying that we need to hodl our coins however there are investor pick to have short time period investments.they're the humans who've tons less endurance, within the occasion that they promote inside the sense that it's miles truly desired for emergency purposes and now not approximately Fuds or fee votality that is very large.we all favored right right here to earnings and if someone choose to promote their cash then they are the simplest accountable of their actions and as tgey take danger on making an funding they probable understand the approach even as to profits.  Grin Grin Grin Grin
It is true that you will lose your opportunity to become successful investors if you will sell all of your bitcoins. It is really better if we will do long term investment with bitcoins.
79  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: June 16, 2018, 12:17:27 PM
You can do that strategy and I can say that it is good idea! It is good to trade your altcoins to bitcoin because you can ensure that the bitcoin can overcome different challenges because of its potential in the cryptocurrency market.
80  Economy / Economics / Re: I almost lost my rock solid regular job because of crypto on: June 16, 2018, 10:01:41 AM
There is no wrong on making investment with bitcoin while you have a formal job. It is true that it is hard to manage and it is the reason why we should manage our time well. We can be productive person by having proper schedule about what we are doing.
