61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC of bounty hunters on: January 22, 2018, 10:46:19 AM
Avoid, new precedent trying to be set, the more people the give in, then you'll have to give you info out for every single airdropped/bounty out there.
It's very dangerous for you to trust these non-reputable individuals with your information and for the future of cryptos as a whole, yet no one is discussing this.

You can blame Polymath for this, they don't want to work harder filter to filter puppets, so instead they want your ID.

Edit: There is probably nothing we can do to stop this, because the vast majority of people trying to do airdrops are very likely to hand over their info without a second thought. This has major repercussions, some of the worst repercussions we will see ever in crypto.

The best thing you can do if you're reading this, is to not give in to these new information whores, who are more than likely to flip your IDs on the darkweb for a profit.

I agree, it is not a good trend and I fear it will only become worse in the future. Pay attention by sending your ID documents to the ICOs!

This is actually scary. I am sure that there will be some scam projects who want to use the id or passports in harmful way. So please be careful and think twice before you send your id to any project.
62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: January 19, 2018, 05:42:22 PM
Bitcoin price keeps increasing. Price is x10 considering last year. Even 25k-50k-100k is predicted.

Are you adding more bitcoin by buying with cash? or you trade or invest in ICOs & altcoins in order to increase the amount you have?

or do you just hold what you have?

yes, I've been in this week buying some coins because altcoin pum prices are going down drastically so we can buy some altcoin and time the price of altcoin has gone up we are selling again, and that's where I get a lot of profit

I did the same. I bought more than I can afford by thinking that was the dip moment. If I'm right then my last week positions should bring me a lot of profit even before the half of the year finishes.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the decline continue? on: January 19, 2018, 05:39:49 PM
I feel this is a good opportunity. Do not know the next will decline? Wait again or start?
If you are an investor then this would be considered as the accumulation phase. Most places that are banning Bitcoin will change their minds.

I also believe that is in accumulation phase. Whales are accumulating their positions and adding more when the prices are better. Soon we should see very fast price increase. this is what happens after accumulation most of the time.

65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do I need to sell all alts? on: January 17, 2018, 11:02:40 AM
i think you need a break. just stay away from markets price charts and all things related to crypto. just live normal life with out crypto. come after two or three months. you don't feel regret.

That is a good piece of advice. If you are really getting worries to much for your portfolio, best is to leave your computer and phone some time and just try to calm down. because if you sell it now, you can really regret.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto is real? on: January 15, 2018, 01:50:30 PM
Sure he is real, or to be more precise, they are, some guys from CIA!

Second option looks more real but either one of them I don't really mind. He / she / or They created one of the most mysterious character of the 21st century. Only thing I care is if I'm making enough money every month.

68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: January 14, 2018, 04:10:58 PM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks

If you have a high paying job then don't quit, but if you do not have a job at all then start focusing on Bitcoin/Altcoin. Join a signature campaign while doing a trading so that you can still make more income. I have a job before but because I'm always sick, I resigned to my work and start focusing on Bitcoin.

Good advice. There is nothing wrong with some extra cash. It is actually advised to to the both. What most of the people do is they get their salary and they invest in crypto currencies to multiply it. I do the same.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: January 13, 2018, 05:19:16 PM
because women hate risk. most women don't wanna take a chance to get rich in this way, because they afraid to lose their money as well.

Good question actually. You might be right about the fact that they don't like to take risk. Because not just the crypto currencies, all the investment tools like stock exchange, forex, commodities same thing is valid, there are less women.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you choose to hold Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: January 13, 2018, 05:17:50 PM
I will always buy and hold Bitcoin over Ether. For now Bitcoin will still move up in price , the speculation is before the end of 2018 the price will hit atleast $25.000

I personally hole %70 of my bitcoin and ethereum portfolio as a long term investment portfolio. And the rest %30 of it, I'm using it as altcoin investment capital. Whenever I make profit I buy more btc and eth to put into my long term part.

72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If people stop buying bitcoin on: January 12, 2018, 03:03:16 PM
What will happen if people just stop buying bitcoin? Will bitcoin be as usable as now Or will it be a step towards the end?

How will the market value react to it, people wanting to sell bitcoin but there is no one to buy.

I dont think that situation will happen to bitcoin simce bitcoin is very strong community.
Anyway i think the value of bitcoin will be zero if nobody buy bitcoin.

Apparently you are right. The situation doesn't seem like people will be stopping soon but if that happens it can cause panic selling in the market as lack of demand will trigger the sharp price falls.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC to accept Bitcoin! on: January 12, 2018, 03:02:04 PM
Yes they have showed some signs and tweeted about it saying "bitcoin bucket" but this is not good as transaction fees are high and spending them on for chicken pieces is not a good option rather it will cost more and loss of stored btc.

It seems like speculation to me but anyway even if it would be real new I wouldn't like that. Blockhain is born as act against corrupted capitalist economical system. I really hope those big chains be away from cryptos.

76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to eliminate unemployment. on: January 10, 2018, 03:19:08 PM
It must be acknowledged that the presence of bitcoin can be a great solution to overcome unemployment and poverty, this is because there are many things we can do with the presence of bitcoin.

I agree it can help with the unemployment but eventually we should not forget that is an investment and it has its own risks as when you work for a company you can be fired any day and in investing you can lose all your money in a big crash.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO's are finally coming to an end! on: January 09, 2018, 05:29:29 PM
On the contrary, projects and the entire sphere only develops and this is the beginning of the path, see what amounts are collected projects

Totally right. I don't see any reason why ICOs should come to end. Especially seeing gigantic ICOs recently like Trade.io and Envion. They both gathered two digits million dollars. It is becoming more popular everyday.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: January 09, 2018, 05:28:17 PM
There is another factor involved in investing. It might not work out as you assume, so I wouldn't risk my house to invest in Bitcoin. I'd rather invest smaller amounts I can afford.

If anyone does this, that would be very amateur investment. You should never risk more than you can afford. If that house is not so much important for you then it is fine but if that will effect your life, then it is of course not a good idea.
79  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: January 07, 2018, 03:41:56 PM
I don't think it can be predicted or be predicted easily. Although you sense if the price will move through speculations and news, there are not 100% guaranteed that it would go as is.

Agreed. It is almost impossible to predict price. I know technical analysis from my stock exchange trading times very well but I have to say that does not work in the crypto currencies in the same way.
80  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sell bitcoins? on: January 06, 2018, 11:26:14 AM
Worldwide, especially in my place, must sell it for profit rather than always keep it!
The government always forbids the use and play bitcoin so that it can not grow fully potential in my place. Surely it remains an advantage if there is a transaction rotation for bitcoin in my country to live.

people are selling bitcoins because they already benefit when buying bitcoins at very cheap prices and currently selling bitcoins await the cheap price again to buy.

I believe there are many different reasons for selling. One of them is fear. Some people get scared that they might lose their investment money and they sell some of their coins. Some people sell because they need urgent money. Some people sell because they want to get some profit.
