The more I look at this the more ridiculous it is. The developers probably don't want the price to increase because it then makes their service more expensive....
I.e if I wanted to host say 10mb file on 'SiaCloud' for a month, it could cost me 10 Sia Coins. Which is what.. a few cents? If suddenly the price of the Sia Coin went up say 100x the price to host in the Sia Cloud would be ridiculously expensive... The price will end up staying static at a certain level.
There is literally no reason to buy this coin unless you want to use the file storage.
Worst case guys, the price does stay the same, at least you can store some old files and access them anywhere in the world... Oh wait doesn't dropbox do that for free?
~Lucas
I don't think the price is fixed to 10 Sia coins. That wouldn't make any sense, like you said. The target is to offer cheap storage and compete with other companies like Amazon. If the price of Sia-Coins would go up, the amount of coins to pay in a month would be just less. Well yes, the storage market has some big players in it. The difference to Dropbox is, that the data on Sia is actually safe, since the user holds all encryption keys. Especially for companies, that is an important point. As far as I know, Amazon S3 Storage does also not let you use own encryption keys. I think projects like Sia and Storj have potential, but of course it is a very difficult and crowded market. Fair post. Good points.

For me SIA is so cheap right now that it is really worth a punt, if actionable objectives can be delivered upon then we can certainly see price increases from where it is now.
You will get burned if you do. This coin will never go up to previous heights. I cannot stress enough that you will literally be burning your hard earned money if you invest in this. I´m sure that the price will jump over the moon and everyone will be more than happy, we all only needs to be more patient - with patience is we can earn a lot! Patience is the most important! Trust me this wont moon. I'm willing to bet you that in a year this coin will be be worth basically 0.00000000000000000000000000001 cents

The only thing that matters about him is the 1.2% bitcoins he holds in his wallet which could crash bit coin economy if released at once.
What's his BTC address?

BTC will reach 10k in the next 6-8 months, looking at 50k in 3 years (Goldman Sachs Research). 10 Years time I wouldn't be surprised if its 500k a pop.

I think ETH will stay the slver and BTC the gold

Says this.... First of all, don't ask people you don't know what to do with your own money. This the biggest mistake you will ever make. I am hoping you won't take anything anyone says here seriously.
Then goes on to talk about his coins.... My longterm coins(IOTA, Stratis,Ark EOS,0X)... Short-term-Bitcore - they are currently running an airdrop.

I was about to say what a great idea... Then I realized you're running an ICO and trying to get money.
Just get a team together and promote the blockchain, why make an ICO..... You're better becoming professional consultants and specializing in blockchain security, then sell your skills to companies.
There is literally no need to raise funds to do this with an ICO.

but if people dealing cryptos are stupid enough to put qwertz1234 as their password and not enable 2FA,
Shit... Changes password.

Do you have a website? You want REST API to provide services or do you want to consume services?
API to provide services. You literally have given zero information. What do you want the API to do? What is it interacting with?

Sorry to say, but I agree with the majority of other users on here, I don't think it will recover to it's highs. It just doesn't have the brand recognition.

ETN will make Bitcoin obsolete, BTC is outdated and not good enough to be used as real money
And that's the dumbest thing I've read this week My friend, BTC will be around much longer than any Altcoin.

I was going to reply with hold but then I noticed you have bought siacoin, you need to sell that shit asap. It will keep going down, its not going to recover, its basically offering a 'service' like dropbox, but costs money. The devs don't even want the value to increase.

I for one have invested in this ICO, I will state however that people should be cautious, look at what happened with the Kyber ICO, soooo much interest, but it didn't have the HUGEE gains everyone thought it would (Not initially anyway).
There's going to be a dump when this goes on the exchanges, I would suggest that you hold long term if you want a decent ROI. Realistically, when it going on the exchanges it will probably go on at 0.015. Hopefully by the new year if the mass adoption does happen we will be looking in upwards of 0.03 (3x rises). If it takes off like BTC did, it will take years to mature.

but there is only one irreplaceable BTC.
100% agree with you. What ever happens guys, just keep holding your BTCs, nothing is ever going to overtake it.

Bitcoin right now keeps on increasing its value, and many more cryptocurrencies are occurring. Do you think someday bitcoin will end or will be replace by other cryptocurrencies?
Is it too late to invest? Is there a chance that bitcoin will be down?
Personally I don't think it will end. There is only a finite amount of these things that can be made, the closer we get to that limit, the more lucrative owning a bitcoin will be. Is it too late to invest?
I ask myself daily if I've missed the mark, I own a very low amount of BTC, but im debating buying a couple when the price retraces. I think if you can get in sub 5k go for it. All of the above IMHO ~Lucas

Hopefully not too many people invested in there by buying EBTC beyond their airdrop. Would be really sad... ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Yup 100% Even worse is that there were sooo many people defending the coin saying it wasn't a scam. To all the people that chat shit... IF YOU INVEST IN THE COIN IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD PREACH ITS NOT A SCAM!!!! Other people will loose money.
