I am intrigued to know to your point of view of your casino name, "Monk.gg". This is the first time that I saw a casino incorporating "religious terms" to their actual business name, in your case, "Monk".

I see you have a very functional and well-designed website. For the games, I don't see any slots, sports-betting, nor live games... are you planning to add them in the future?
IMO you had such strong launch head-start compared to other casinos that introduced themselves here. Best of luck!

I strongly believe that there is a big chance that the offers received by the OP intend to use his account for money laundering.

From what I understood, the offer implies that the OP faces no risk of losing anything, as the funds to be used won't come from his own pocket. While this is indeed an intriguing proposition, it poses a serious threat to AML policy of the casino that should not be overlooked..
64  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot games are a waste of time and money (most of the time) on: November 24, 2023, 09:47:22 PM
<snip>

But unfortunately, I ended up losing the entire $55 dollar while I still had about $582 dollar in wager requirement, I am not confident enough to deposit and continue chasing, so I'm giving up.

I've never been lucky with slot games, never, and I am not pleased about it to be honest.
What about you?
Have you never been lucky with slot games?

Here's a question: How often do you play these games? If you've only played a few times, I don't think you should make such a statement. Also, during your attempts to complete the wagering requirements, what was the value of your bets per spin? This factor also matters.

Calling slots a complete waste of time just because you didn't win seems a bit contradictory, especially when you mentioned being happy. Isn't that reason enough not to label these games as a complete waste of time?

Some people enjoy playing slots, so I don't think they consider it a waste of time even if they lose most of the time. Anyway, we all have different views on how we perceive things.

Better luck next time!

If you found the right formula, then for sure, you will be able to have greater chance on winning the bets.
For sure this idea of consistent winning is not applicable on slots, but only to those skill-based games like poker and sports betting.
Gambling is indeed does not base entirely on luck, the players' skill, mindset, and discipline also does.
66  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: unnecessarily quoting by members of the forum. on: November 23, 2023, 10:14:26 PM
Some members struggle to understand the proper way to quote, often making the mistake of quoting the wrong person. The forum's quote button is designed to mention the specific member you've added to your quote.
<snip>
Pyramid quoting is lengthy and clutters the thread, making the topic a bit hard to follow due to poor readability caused by this bad etiquette. The proper way is to quote only the relevant portions of the posts to maintain the clarity and overall readability of the thread. I personally find these pyramid quotes annoying, and I'm quite sure most members here find them annoying too.
67  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Telegram Casinos good or bad? on: November 23, 2023, 05:43:18 PM
So, the latest trend when it comes to crypto gambling is the new wave of Telegram Casinos . I'm not talking about those early bots where you could play simple blackjack games in a Telegram group; I'm referring to these new crypto casinos like TG Casino, Mega Dice, and Lucky Block. They've created tailor-made mobile casinos for the Telegram audience, allowing players to log in through their Telegram accounts and start playing instantly without the need for KYC.

What do you guys think about this new trend? Is it good or bad?
It is a new trend, and I personally think that it is too early to judge whether it is good or not. But here's my take at the moment: I believe that it offers the same benefits and entertainment as online casinos. Just be careful, as Telegram is a haven for frauds. After all, from what I understand, these casinos are operated through Telegram bots, am I right? Surely, there will be bunch of attempts of these casinos scamming players.
68  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin Fee Observer Thread in USD(sat/vB) on: November 23, 2023, 01:01:05 PM
69  Economy / Gambling / Re: YoCa.sh Multichain Casino | No Deposits, Decentralized, No Kyc, Instant Payouts on: November 23, 2023, 08:02:55 AM

Welcome to the forum, how long have you been operating?
I really like the art style, did you do that on your own? I assume, yes.

In decentralized casinos, is it even possible to ask for KYC? I'm just curious since I do not see any relevance with the two if the casino is fully decentralized.
70  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Tataas Kaya Ang Awareness Ng MgaTao Sa Bitcoin Kung May Mga Billboard on: November 22, 2023, 10:21:08 PM
<snip>
Siguro nga may chance na makilala ng mga tao ang Bitcoin o kung ano mang nakapaloob sa cryptocurrencies. Pero sa tingin ko mas malaki ang impact kung sa telebisyo at radyo ito masisimulan.
-

71  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this a good advice? on: November 22, 2023, 05:40:59 PM
I keep seeing gamblers advising themselves that you are one step closer to winning the jackpot when you quit too early,  it's sad that they strongly believe this.
<snip>
It is a 'hope' that probably every gambler has believed in at some point in their gambling career. It is common not just among beginners but even among players who have been gambling for years. In my opinion, it is a good thing to rid oneself of such a mentality and start playing without the greatest hope of winning big after so many losses. After all, in gambling, we cannot be sure how the odds will turn out.

Is the site running smoothly on your end guys?
I am having issues navigating through the site. I already tried checking if it is the same case if I navigate on other casino websites, but it there, everything is fine.
There's a lot of continuous buffering.. I hope that it only because of my ISP.

Btw, I like that you have Chess in here, it is the first seeing the game on a casino, but it is currently unavailable right? Maybe you should put some indicator for that. Also putting dead links like the links on Google Playstore could annoy some of your clients, so maybe stop doing something like that.

Welcome to the forum, best of luck!
74  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Crowdfund for a Gambler Who Has Gambled Irresponsibly? on: November 21, 2023, 10:32:39 PM
<snip>
 And what would you say to those who go ahead to donate to these gamblers out of a sense of empathy?
Definitely not. And honestly this is the first time I read something about crowdfunding someone to gamble, especially someone irresponsible. I never heard anything about that before!
To anyone who are thinking of doing that, have a second thought and reflect if it is really worth doing. Remember thag you could use those money to fund other charities for our poor,  our environment, etc.

78  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stop the self entitlement claims on others gamblers winnings. on: November 03, 2023, 06:27:38 AM
<snip>
IMO, there's no law in gambling mandating that a gambler must share part of his winning with eith friends or fellow gamblers in the gambling house, for that, you owe no one an apology either or not you chose to give a penny whatsoever. Let stop the self entitlement claims towards fellows gamblers that won big amount of money.
-
IMO, this kind of behavior has unfortunately become quite common. However, the act of creating posts to "degrade" the winner based on the amount of money shared is really strange. A tip of $100+ is already a generous amount, especially when it's given to individuals who didn't even contribute to the gambling session.

Tipping should always be your choice and not something you're pushed to do. It's perfectly fine not to tip, and it's equally okay to provide any amount as a tip. Don't let these "entitled" individuals pressure you into doing something you don't want to do or more than what you are willing to do.

It's surprising that some people even publicize such actions. Disgusting, isn't it?
79  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake casino streamers! Why such streamers are very popular? on: November 02, 2023, 01:22:06 PM
<snip>
I mean, would you believe a casino article if the author fails to write the correct name of the slot?
Quote
Drake and Roshtein playing Wanted Dear or a Wild by Hacksaw Gaming
It should be "Dead". Could this be a typo? Maybe, but don't he have any time to review the article?

Streamers have contracts with the casino that they are advertising (or their sponsors). It varies, some offers a percentage of winnings, affiliate rewards, number of views, etc.

What was the intention of the article? Who wrote the article?
The site is ltccasino, and probably they are targeting Stake streamers, so that readers could play on this casino instead of Stake (which mentioned streamers are advertising).

This article does not have a 100% intention to inform, but to steal players from another casino.
80  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dangerous chasing losses on: October 26, 2023, 09:57:33 AM
I will never gamble again when I’m bored or chase loss small amount. With this exhilarating experience. I think I will stop gambling for a long time and reflec on what dumb thing I do today.
<snip>
That is truly terrible, and regrettable indeed. Have you encountered similar situations before, apart from this one?
You've been repulsive, it's one of the many things to avoid in gambling. Your strategy, particularly with those pauses between bets due to the need of depositing, is a very risky martingale approach.

Taking a break to reflect on what happened is a wise move. Best of luck.
