61  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: September 14, 2017, 03:55:26 AM
Classic money were created to be used in offline world.

Bitcoin was born in online world. It is natively designed to be used in the Internet. That is the source of it's power - it is convenient and people will use it anyway despite any restrictions.

Actually bitcoin has lot of restriction regarding to governments insights since they doesn't adopt it yet and some of the big countries banned it nor doesn't take it seriously, But despite of that restriction Bitcoin goes hard and little by little the adoption and the price of it getting stronger and this will be the biggest asset of bitcoins to remain on top and to gather more prices and users in future.
countries can ban anything they want. Internet requires some way to do payments more adopted to the virtual space where the Internet exist. This requirement is a native force that will always drill holes in any bans.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ark surpass the ethereum ?? on: September 13, 2017, 05:16:07 AM
it is impossible. don't think ethereum just coin. ethereum is perfect project and those ICOs make value to ethereum. how can surpass ark?
I definitely agree. Ark is pretty tough, but the idea is not that wide and universal as Ethereum.

One can build Ark on top of Ethereum, but can someone build Ethereum on top of Ark?

67  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: September 01, 2017, 08:37:47 PM
today are increasing day by day and because of that,  many people are still hoping that they will become a millionaire from this.  Bitcoin has more power today because it seems that it controls many people in a certain thing.
Do you think, that Bitcoin today is like kind of Jesus for people, saying "Believe in me, and you'll become a millionaire"?
68  Economy / Economics / Re: Tokens Vs. Equity on: August 31, 2017, 01:43:48 AM
you are right. I'm saying that with regulations some ways to legally bind rights to tokens will appear, attracting even more people to crypto-funding new businesses.

Well it's not that ICOs couldn't give their tokenholders more rights, it's just that many don't choose to.

Apart from that, you're right. While not all crypto-enthusiasts are fans of regulation, there's probably a significant amount of people from the mainstream markets that would be willing to invest in ICOs if they had a stronger legal foundation. Assuming there are ICOs that would be willing to succumb to a regulatory framework Wink
nobody needs to be fan of regulations. cryptocurrency are able to be transferred in a single click and this possibility remains despite any regulations.

but.

today I cant legally make US citizens my investors just because lack of regulation.

I mean, I want to have an ability to make my tokenholders to become my investors giving them rights if I want to do so. Currently I have technical possibility to do that, but not legal.

70  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 29, 2017, 08:43:06 PM

74  Economy / Economics / Re: Tokens Vs. Equity on: August 28, 2017, 05:39:42 PM
token buybacks works as dividends, but shareholders have some rights that tokenholders do not

75  Economy / Economics / Re: Tokens Vs. Equity on: August 28, 2017, 04:47:02 PM
equity tokens will be popular form of ICO just after government regulators will allow that =) sorry
good news - it will be more hype as it will allow any coffee shop go public world wide instantly - and this is the true decentralization. That will be a good chance for small business and individual entrepreneurs. It will attract more money to crypto and will make it more popular.
