61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin's price is disappointing!!! on: November 24, 2019, 11:34:44 PM
I think you should revise your portfolio right now. I'm pretty sure there are still a lot of good coins in the market and when the green market comes, we can dump the coins and become rich again. It's going to be boring if the market just goes green and does not give you a chance to invest, am i right? Just look for cheap coins or if ever there are expensive coins that go lower but has the capability to grow in the future, buy them.

A Crypto investor Michael Terpin lost roughly 1,5oo bitcoins on January 7, 2018, after falling victim to a SIM swap attack, The Wall Street Journal reported.

One crypto investor lost bitcoin worth as much as $24 million after falling victim to a new kind of hack known as SIM swapping, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Michael Terpin was hit by the attack on January 7, 2018, days after bitcoin reached its record high price. Thieves stole roughly 1,500 bitcoins by taking control of his phone number and using Google's "Forgot password?" feature to gain access to his email. With possession of the two personal accounts, the thieves hacked Terpin's crypto wallet, stole the digital assets and quickly sold them, according to WSJ.
Bitcoin traded between $16,969 and $15,790 per coin on January 7, 2018. The digital coin now trades at roughly $8,700.

That's a lot and I think if he has $24 million worth of bitcoin, he must invest on his security as well instead of just landing it online. Must be a lesson for all of us here that other than buying things we want, let's focus on what we need first like having hardware wallet like ledgers. I'm pretty sure he let his guard down when it comes to security of his funds.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run is coming! on: November 23, 2019, 03:19:04 PM
As of now, the market is not performing well and $7,000 is just too much for most of us. I think investors might look for something new or an altcoin that is cheap but has the capability to grow in the future. With this, I think it could also help the market a bit.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Bitcoin, Altcoin, New Projects Relationship on: November 23, 2019, 03:15:53 PM
Most of the speculators before and even now are saying that if Bitcoin goes up, then altcoins goes up as well and good projects perform well. How true are these speculations if there are different technologies or plans for each cryptocurrency? And the fact that bitcoin is not even the first cryptocurrency.
65  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much can bitcoin cost in Future. on: November 23, 2019, 02:32:54 PM
As long as the community pushes for the acceptance of cryptocurrency in the world, and the improvement of adoption, I think it is going to be a good thing for the price. And also, the technologies behind each cryptocurrency will also improve as well. We must continue to support it even though we are having ups and downs.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrency market continues to blood shed on: November 23, 2019, 04:27:09 AM
I'm not saying that it's fine but I think bitcoin is going to find its way back. I trust bitcoin and blockchain technology. Even though some of you guys are telling that China really hates cryptocurrency, the downfall is just going to happen for now or until December. We've been here before and we know something's coming up. If you're expecting that it's going to boom in the next years or months, you can wait for it to get lower and keep on investing.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has alt season started? on: November 23, 2019, 01:01:58 AM
To be honest, altcoin season is really hard to see these days. It's not like we are in 2017 or something. But that will still depend on your decision whether you want to risk or not. I think it is better to wait for the lower point and invest on coins like Ethereum and XRP, and other highly trusted coins since you know at some there is a good chance that the will bounce back.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Year 2020 expectations on: November 21, 2019, 10:53:48 PM
I think when it comes to projects, the standards are getting higher and the requirements are getting hassle to do. But I hope it has something to do with the development of the projects and not just for nothing. I also hope that the altcoin also pushes forward because they've been stagnant for too long.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which DEX do you believe will be the most used 2 years from now, and why? on: November 21, 2019, 10:34:14 PM
I think Binance DEX and IDEX are the most popular ones that people are using. But, Binance DEX is just way better and I don't think there is any competition for Binance. The Binance DEX was also able to pull a lot of customers because of how Binance performed over the last 2 years. You can always count on them.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that governments might one day ban Cryptos? on: November 21, 2019, 02:27:55 PM
I don't think that the governments might on day ban cryptocurrencies. Why? Because even them, can benefit from it economically. And also, the technology behind the good cryptocurrencies are something that we should look forward too. Just like the blockchain technology that can help us especially when it comes to security.

Any one of you who knows what bounty campaign is a must join?
Bounty project selection in my opinion should do the analysis yourself, so that later when meeting with a scam project there is no need to blame someone. because every person is different, honestly I prefer to follow bounty campaigns such as weekly or monthly payments / like the cryptotalk campaign that I follow right now, paying for each post. If you want to pay in the form of bitcoin every week or direct payment I recommend chipmixer, bitvest, roobet, cryptotalk and many more. currently available slots are only cryptotalk campaigns.

Or you can follow the GOLD stable coin bounty campaign, this is real and many people have discussed it.

Isn't it hard to get qualified at the Gold stable coin bounty campaign? Beause it doesn't mean that you applied there, you're gonna accept them right away.

It doesn't matter if you need advice from several users here, it's just that you need to reconsider or re-examine suggestions from anyone. after all, you've also been part of the Cannacor project, while the project is already running for 4 weeks and there's still 4 weeks left? but why do you want to switch to another project? if you want, you can join a project that I follow like EZ365.

since this project is only going to run for 4 weeks, I just want to keep on continuing to be productive in this website. Since there are a lot of times after I finish participating on a project, I've been doing nothing for 2 weeks which is a lot of time wasted for me.

Any one of you who knows what bounty campaign is a must join?

Depend's on what you like mate. There are campaigns here that can give you btc directly by wearing signature but this campaign has required such good post and frequently asking for merits earned. This is good since they will know that their participants will not post nonsense here.

You can also join altcoin bounties, but you need to pick a very legit one. I suggest you join E3T Its been listed on Dcoin and already traded. But I like youre signature, the firm is flagged as Legit ICO in the Telegram I followed for ICO announcement.

You can also join Roobet but the participants are full now for Full member. Just wait maybe they will open slot if some got removed by spamming or being inactive.

how do you know that an ICO is flagged as a legit ICO project in telegram? I've been here for 2 years but didn't know that. Can you give me tips?

76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China Looking to Spend $2 Billion on Blockchain by 2023 on: November 11, 2019, 08:48:10 PM
As one of the world's largest economy, it is not surprising that China is looking to spend this huge amount of money to one of the top technologies of this generation. Doesn't really mean they are into bitcoin but they want the technology behind bitcoin to provide better surveillance or services for their people.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: November 11, 2019, 09:23:24 AM
Welp, it's not a new thing as a bounty hunter. I've been bounty hunting for a long time now and most of the time it is really like that. And there are also times that if you got left out in the dumping process, the tokens get lower and lower until it's not profitable anymore, other projects just don't give you a chance to earn money like the token is totally low.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin lower its carbon footprint? on: November 11, 2019, 08:07:12 AM
I think we should focus on renewable energy instead of burning something in order to produce electricity. Instead of coal power plants or fossil fuel powerplants, use hydro, and windmill powerplant. But if the higher people are such greedy people, we can lessen it by lessening the mining of bitcoin.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in High School Syllabus on: November 10, 2019, 07:51:59 AM
I think it is indeed helpful that the government will enlighten the people about cryptocurrencies. That it is not only fiat the only existing currencies, but also there are also other ways on getting more money and this should also include how you can get these cryptos and how you can help yourself earn from them. But of course, this is not just all about money. The technology behind cryptocurrency is what we are also trying to develop.
