Дорогие друзья,
Рады сообщить, что, как мы и обещали, выпускаем релиз Эскроу версия 1.0 к середине сентября 2018! Техническая разработка проекта подошла к концу. Финальные штрихи - мы добавили в эскроу вывод средств и пополнение счета в криптовалютах TUSD и USDT, привязанных к доллару. Система целиком готова к использованию.
С этого момента усилия it-специалистов будут направлены на разработку биржи. Остальная же команда займется привлечением и интеграций брокеров с эскроу Serenity.
Напомним, что на данный момент к системе подключен один брокер — компания Grand Capital. В планах к концу 2019 года подключить более 20 брокеров.
О новых функция эскроу:
1. Вывод средств при помощи эскроу
Мы получили много писем от участников нашего коммьюнити с просьбой упростить в эскроу вывод средств. Как и другие процессы, связанные с денежными транзакциями, вывод реализован по системе смарт-контракта. Перед тем, как отправить средства, брокер должен согласовать операцию, а трейдер — поступление средств на счет.
Процедура получилась простой и интуитивно понятной как для компании–отправителя, так и для получателей — достаточно выполнить несколько операций, чтобы деньги были переведены или зачислены на счет.
2. Пополнение счета в stable coins
Пополнение счета только в ETH вносило некоторые ограничения, связанные с использованием эскроу, однако теперь они устранены. Пополнять счет с помощью эскроу теперь можно TUSD и USDT — криптовалютами, чей курс подкреплен долларом. Стоимость одного TUSD и USDT составляет 1 доллар США. Система принимает обе криптовалюты, а выбор зависит только от пожеланий пользователя.

Serenity Escrow 1.0
Dear friends,
We are pleased to announce that, in full accordance with our roadmap, today we are releasing Serenity Escrow 1.0. The project’s technical development has wrapped up. We have added the final strokes: withdrawal and deposit in TUSD and USDT, cryptocurrencies tethered to USD. The system is fully operational and ready for use.
From now on our developers will focus their efforts on the exchange, while our marketing and business development teams will be attracting client and new brokers and integrating them with Serenity. We remind you that as of now one broker is connected to our system, Grand Capital. We plan to attract over 20 brokers by the end of 2019.
New Escrow features
1. Withdraw funds with Escrow
We have received a lot of feedback from the members of our community asking to simply funds withdrawal in the Escrow. Just like other processes that have to do with financial transactions, our withdrawal service is implemented using smart contracts. Before transferring the money, the broker has to confirm the operation, while the trader has to confirm the arrival of funds.
We made the procedure simple and intuitive for both the brokerage and the client. You only need to make a couple of clicks for the funds to be transferred to your account.
2. Deposit in stable coins
ETH-exclusive deposit system imposed certain limitations related to Escrow usage, but now they have been eliminated. Deposit with TUSD and USDT, cryptocurrencies anchored to the USD. Value of TUSD and USDT is 1 USD. The system accepts both cryptocurrencies and the choice is entirely yours.

Мы получили множество вопросов от представителей нашего коммьюнити, в чем заключается потребительская ценность токенов Serenity, в особенности, в контексте их связи с одноименной биржей.
Токены Serenity и другие продукты проекта
Прежде всего, мы хотели бы сказать, что токены используются как в эскроу, так и на бирже, а также будут использованы в последующих продуктах Serenity.
Мы уже принимаем токены в качестве оплаты за пользование эскроу. Минимальная стоимость токена составляет 0.0001 ETH, вскоре мы также будем принимать стейблкоины USDT/TUSD, то есть валюты, привязанные к доллару, по минимальной цене 0,10 USD. Если клиент приходит на биржу без токенов Serenity, мы покупаем их в обменниках на не менее чем 50% от суммы взноса.

Utility value of SRNT token
Hi everyone!
We got a lot of questions from our tokenholders regarding the utility value of SRNT token, especially in connection to Serenity exchange.
SRNT token in Serenity products
First of all, we want to make it clear that SRNT token is used both in Serenity Escrow and Serenity Exchange and will be used in all possible future Serenity products.
We are already accepting SRNT tokens as a possible way of paying fees for using Serenity Escrow. We accept them at the minimal price of 0.0001 ETH, and will soon start accepting them for USDT/TUSD (US dollar-tethered stablecoin) deposits at the minimal price of 0.10 USD. In case a client comes to Serenity Escrow without SRNT tokens, we will buy tokens at exchanges for at least 50% of the fees paid by the client.
All the SRNT tokens collected as part of Escrow fees will be immediately burned.
We are still finalizing the fee structure for Serenity Exchange, but we can already say that we will adopt the model used by Binance and some other exchanges: we will accept the listing fee and most other fees exclusively in SRNT tokens.
SRNT token in 3rd-party products
Besides using SRNT tokens in our own products, we’ve already signed contracts with two of our partners that they will accept up to 50% of the price of their products in SRNT tokens.
The first company, one of the founding members of Serenity, is UpTrader. For the last 10 years, UpTrader has been producing software for brokerage companies. The range of UpTrader products includes website development, online Trader’s Room software, CRM systems, cryptocurrency-related services and marketing support.
The other company is RAMM software provider. RAMM is a universal social trading platform, which allows copying trades from one account to another. The platform has an internal risk management system and the profit distribution system.

В этом посте мы расскажем о ходе разработки проектов Serenity в июле 2018 года и результатах, которые мы получили.
Serenity Escrow
Вывод средств
В первую очередь мы дорабатывали базовую версию платформы Escrow, в том числе занимались оптимизацией вывода средств. Для нас крайне важно, чтобы этот процесс был удобным и простым как для брокера, так и для клиента. Главная цель — сделать вывод средств через платформу быстрым и безопасным. Вместе с брокерами мы протестировали несколько идей в сфере пользовательского взаимодействия, чтобы определить, какая стратегия сделает процесс вывода наиболее простым и прозрачным. Каждый брокер использует свою уникальную систему подтверждения вывода, так что нам пришлось учитывать множество факторов, чтобы прийти к универсальному решению.
Мы планируем опубликовать обновленную технологию вывода средств в конце августа.
Торговые счета, номинированные в USD
После запуска бета-версии, мы получили множество пожеланий, и самые интересные приняли во внимание. Конечные пользователи и брокерские компании считают, что для роста популярности системы необходимо ввести торговые счета, номинированные в USD. На данный момент в Serenity торговые счета номинированы только в ETH.
Мы рассмотрели несколько путей для реализации этой идеи, но все они показались ненадежными из-за высокой волатильности ETH. В итоге, мы нашли следующий выход: с конца текущего месяца мы будет принимать токены TUSD (TrueUSD) и ERC20 USDT (Tether) для пополнения торговых счетов. Обе валюты являются стейблкойнами, т.е. криптовалютами, привязанными к доллару США. Стоимость одного TUSD или USDT всегда равняется одному USD. А поскольку они основаны на системе Ethereum, их можно полностью интегрировать в систему Escrow.
Выбор какой валютой пользоваться TUSD или USDT остается на ваше усмотрение. Tether (USDT) находится на рынке гораздо дольше, но недавно это валюта подверглась острой критике из-за отсутствия независимых аудитов. В свою очередь TrueUSD (TUSD) аудиты проводит.
Интеграция Verify My Trade
В-третьих, уже некоторое время мы работаем над интеграцией Verify My Trade. Это сервис, который анализирует цены нескольких сотен брокерских компаний и определяет, была ли исполнена сделка в соответствии со стандартами глобального рынка, или ее исполнение было неудовлетворительно.
Сейчас мы находимся в стадии подписания официального соглашения о сотрудничестве с VMT и в скором времени этот сервис станет доступен для пользователей платформы.
Биржа Serenity
Мы получаем много вопросов, связанных с отсутствием каких-либо обновлений по бирже. Вы их не видите пока, так как сейчас ведется разработка самого движка платформы, работа над интерфейсом - это следующий этап. Мы считаем, что разумный порядок разработки именно такой. В июле команда начала заниматься интеграцией ликвидности от несколько крупных поставщиков, на данный момент это Kraken, Binance и Okex. Это значит, что когда вы открываете позицию на бирже Serenity, она автоматически открывается на этих трех биржах. Другими словами, торгуя на бирже Serenity, вы будете торговать не только с нашими клиентами, но и с клиентами этих трех крупных бирж. Таким образом, Serenity является не просто биржей, но и брокером для криптоторговли.
За последнее время мы значительно продвинулись в разработке и, похоже, нам понадобится всего пара недель, чтобы завершить работу над этой частью биржи. Withdrawal experience
First of all, we’ve been working on the final touches to the base Escrow platform, including more streamlined withdrawal experience. It’s really important for us to make this process user-friendly to both the brokerage and the client. We want withdrawals from the platform to happen as smoothly as possible. We’ve been testing several UX ideas and worked with our partners from brokerage companies to determine the best strategy to ensure a quick and hassle-free withdrawal process. Every brokerage has a unique procedure for confirming withdrawals, and we had to account for all of them.
We plan to release the updated withdrawal experience at the end of August.
USD nominated trading accounts
Second, after launching the Beta system, we got feedback from both end-users and brokerage companies that if we want the system to succeed, we need to find a way to allow trading accounts nominated in USD to be used in the system (right now we allow only ETH-nominated accounts).
We considered several ways of achieving that, but all of them seemed problematic due to high level of ETH volatility. Finally, we got an idea: beginning end of this month, we will accept TUSD (TrueUSD) and ERC20 USDT (Tether) tokens as a way of topping-up trading accounts. Both of these are what is called stablecoins, that is cryptocurrencies fully backed by USD reserves, and the price of 1 TUSD or USDT is always equal to 1 USD. And since they’re based on Ethereum network, we can fully integrate them with our smart contract and Escrow system.
You can freely choose using either TUSD or USDT, depending on your preference. While Tether (USDT) has been on the market much longer, recently it became a source of controversy due to lack of formal audits, which TrueUSD (TUSD) has.
Verify My Trade integration
Third, we’ve been working on VMT integration. Verify My Trade is a service which analyses prices of several hundred brokerage companies and can determine whether a certain trade was executed consistently with the global market, or if the execution was unsatisfactory.
Right now we’re in process of signing a formal cooperation agreement with VMT and will be releasing this new service shortly.
Serenity Exchange
We got a lot of questions regarding the lack of visible updates on Serenity Exchange. The truth is, we focused on the exchange’s engine while laying aside the front-end.
Most of the July was spent on integrating external liquidity in the Exchange platform. What does that mean? It means that we will be fully integrated with several large exchanges (right now it’s Kraken, Binance, and Okex), and when you open a position at Serenity Exchange, it will be automatically matched to positions at these three exchanges. This means, that by trading at Serenity Exchange, you will be in fact trading not only with our own clients but with the clients of these three large exchanges. This means that Serenity Exchange is more than an exchange — it’s a cryptocurrency trading broker.
We’ve made a really great progress, and it seems we will need just a couple more weeks to finalize this part of the Exchange, and then we can move on to integrating ERC20 tokens, which should be pretty straightforward, considering that we already have full Ethereum integration complete.

Прежде всего, контракт знает, что, когда перевод подтвержден и на счету достаточно токенов SRNT, он должен немедленно сжечь их. Этот процесс происходит автоматически. Если на смарт–контракте недостаточно токенов, 1% от перевода поступает на кошелек Serenity, и мы сами покупаем и сжигаем токены.
Но основная часть контракта — это логика эскроу: контракт содержит Ethereum адреса трейдеров и их брокерских компаний. Данные адреса сохраняются в смарт–контракте во время его размещения, и не могут быть изменены впоследствии, даже нами. Смысл контракта в том, что средства могут быть выведены только на эти два адреса. Это значит, что, даже в теории, никто другой, в том числе Serenity, не может получить доступ к средствам на смарт–контракте, так как они ни при каких условиях не будут переведены куда-либо еще.
Откуда смарт–контракт знает, когда нужно переводить деньги? Он ждет две точно совпадающие команды на перевод. Данные команды могут исходить только от брокера, клиента или с кошелька Serenity. Команда проста: она указывает, какая сумма от того, что удерживается на смарт-контракте, должна поступать в брокерскую компанию и какая — клиенту. Когда мы видим, что контракт получил команду на вывод средств от одной из сторон, мы уведомляем об этом вторую сторону.
Например, если на счету 10 ETH, клиент может отправить команду на перевод 9 ETH самому себе и 1 ETH — брокеру. Однако перевод не будет осуществлен, пока такая же в точности команда не поступит от брокера или Serenity. Эта процедура гарантирует, что каждое решение о переводе одобрено по меньшей мере двумя из трех сторон: брокерской компанией, клиентом и Serenity.

Vasily Alexeev: How does Serenity smart contract work?
Recently we launched the Beta version of our Escrow system, which features the first edition of our Escrow smart-contract. You can view its source code on our GitHub.
In this post, I want to give an overview of how our smart-contract works.
First of all, the contract knows that when it accepts a transfer and has enough SRNT tokens, it should immediately burn them. This process happens absolutely automatically. In case there are not enough tokens on the contract, 1% of the transfer goes to Serenity’s wallet, and we buy and burn tokens ourselves.
But the main part of the smart-contract is the Escrow logic: the contract holds Ethereum addresses of the trader and their brokerage company. These addresses are saved in the smart-contract at the time of its deployment, and can’t be changed later, even by us. The main thing in the logic of the contract is that the funds can be transferred only to these two addresses. That means that even theoretically, no one else, not even Serenity, can get money from the contract, because it just can’t transfer it to anyone else.
How does the smart-contract know when it needs to transfer the money? It waits for two exactly matching transfer commands. These commands can be done only by brokerage, client or from Serenity’s wallet. Again, the wallet addresses can’t be changed after the contract’s deployment. The command is really simple: it specifies which amount from what is held on the smart-contract should go to the brokerage, and which to the client. When we see that the contract received a withdrawal command from one of the parties, we notify the second party about that.
For example, if there’s 10 ETH on the smart-contract, the client can issue a transfer command, requesting to transfer 9 ETH to themselves, and 1 ETH to the brokerage. But the transfer won’t be executed until exactly the same command arrives either from brokerage or Serenity. This procedure ensures that each transfer decision is approved by at least two of the three parties: brokerage, client, and Serenity.
This simple and straightforward structure of the contract ensures that it’s secure and can be easily audited.

We unveil the Serenity escrow beta
Dear friends,
Serenity has announced the launch of the beta version of escrow for financial markets.
This is the first system of this kind that is able to store investors’ funds on a smart contract and protect them from any fraudulent activity and risks.
Beta version of escrow contains a publicly available smart contract, which stores customer funds. The smart contract code can be found on GitHub. At first, customers will be able to make deposits only in Ethereum.
Serenity team has extensive experience and knowledge of the foreign exchange industry and owing to that we can anticipate that the system will become the authority that guarantees a reliable trader-broker relationship. Serenity developers were guided largely by the needs of Forex traders when creating the escrow.
According to the founder of the project Stanislav Vaneev: “Escrow, which is being created by the Serenity team, is a universal instrument that can be used for mutual settlements in any sphere of business, which expands the scope of the system and increases its appeal. Now the team is developing the proprietary Serenity exchange, the beta version of which is expected to be released this fall. The development of escrow and exchange takes place in full accordance with the roadmap which can be found on Serenity website.
Anyone can test our escrow system. In order to do this, you will need to open a Standard trading account with Grand Capital broker, which you can use to trade major currencies and single stocks CFDs and deposit at least $50. At the moment, deposits and withdrawals of funds are carried out only in Ethereum. You can open an account and deposit funds in Serenity Member’s Area.

this project is really a successfully project, but until this time i haven't seen this token on any exchange? when this token will be listed?
Dear admosfir, We are working on it! We are trying to get good exchanges for a good price, otherwise we would have to give up the project and waste all money on exchanges. |
