So I have invested in this, looks very promising but I see few of you keep telling here about the ceo, very rich, fortune 500 etc
If that is the case why do the ICO?
The "Fortune 500" company can sponsor everything and just get to people mining it and other things, whats the need for an ICO, that too at this cheap price?
Because they need mass adoptation, and by that they need a lot of people. Word of mouth is very powerful and you can't really force that, but to let people join in and see how great of a project it is  |

I see screenshots of an iOS app on the Electroneum site but nowhere can I find a link to download this. Is this just a plan for the future or are there already real apps? Thanks
Apple won't release it before it hits an exchange, so 1st of November, the android is launched though Thank you for the quick reply! But why is that? Is this an official statement of Apple Inc? yeah your probably right. 1000x by x-mas I've invested a little into this ICO, but I can't see it going over 10x by x-mas. I see it as a long term investment as well. The more people it brings into the cryptomarket, the better for all of the market to be honest. Likewise to the negative people in this discussion; if you can't get behind the project in terms of how it works, at least spread some positive words about what it is trying to achieve hey, even if its scam, the more people you bring in, the better prices you can get out at  It doesn't looks like a scam to me but because of the big token supply there might be a huge dump on the first day after hitting exchange. There concept is definately a cool one i.e. mining in mobile, but I don't know how will they exactly do it as we all know hash rate generated by mobile devices are pretty low and unusable. Hi. They are allocating coins to the app-user when they run the mobile mining experience app, instead of adding blocks to the blockchain. You could call it "proof-of-running" if you'd like |

I see Electroneum as interesting project, but I dont understand exactly if this is realy mobile mining coin. What I understand from here about Electroneum mining: mining work only with PC and mobile users receive rewards for use Electroneum app wich runs games (not for mining). If this is not real, I want a clear explanation from devs. Thanks.
Mining the blockchain is for the desktop miner. The allocated Electroneum pool will reward users for running the app in the background, allocating coins when they run the Mobile mining experience. They are not adding blocks on the blockchain. You can play a game on your smartphone to slightly increase the coin allocation from running the app, which in turn educates you on blockchain-mining and enables you to turn on your computer, and actually mine the blockchain. If Electroneum team say this is first mobile mining coin and this is just a joke I have some seriouse doubts in their project. When they use mobile users to use app for marketing purpose and offer coins as rewards this is not mobile mining experience. It is a mining-experience, you experience how it feels to mine, but you don't do it per se. That is what it means. Nobody says this is the first mobile mining coin, and have never done at all; many have tried and failed. But this is the first that neglects the bad things about previous miners by doing things differently. And with this aimed at the non-initiated public, they don't want to setup complicated or damaging software on their phones just to mine. They made it easy. It is an experience, not a miner. |

oops...dev seems missing again....winter is coming,take care yourself guys Mate, go back and read the answers to your questions, it can't be that hard instead of just spewing negativity every time an answer has been given to you. The devs keep 20 million coins, NOT the unsold coins from the ICO. They go into a pool to increase the incentive for people doing the mobile mining experience, and so that the devs can keep the flow going for those people choosing to use that experience. So no, the devs are NOT greedy, and they have answered your questions. The hard cap of $40 million dollars was introduced after it was needed; it wasn't in place when they wrote the whitepaper, but was decided later on. Can you tell me the difference between a plan to $40 million+ vs. a plan to $40 million tops? The plan is still the same, and they can with $40 million tops do the exact same they can with $40 million+, instead of just setting a no limit boundary, they actually set one. I really beg you to actually read the answers people are giving you instead of just jumping to conclusions, spreading all sorts of unsubstiantiated claims. |

Hi dev, I encountered some issues on the mobile wallet that I've downloaded from Google Play! Can you please explain why the wallet is hanging there for a long time? I keep seeing flashing electroneum logos, thats all! Web wallet is working fine but not the app! https://imgur.com/a/RjnolThe App doesnt do a whole lot until the coin goes live Nov 1st. Any bugs people find should be reported so they can be checked out before Nov1st They should set a test BC so that the app still connect somewhere...
