Я уверенна, что Republia не скам, и это уже хорошо..., потому что на нынешнем рынке ICO одни сомнения.
Действительно, задержек быть не должно, так как кабинет разработан уже и является частью МВП. Мы с моим партенером разрабатывали три проекта на блокчейне (ULT решили не делать ИСО потому что оно не нужно было там) И пообщавшись на митапах, и проанализировав всю ситуацию как раз недавно по поводу СКАМ ICO общались с ведущем в одном из интервью, у меня сложилось четкое мнение почему происходит скам: 1. Потому что фаундры так задумали изначально 2. Проект сталкивается с проблемами в реальном секторе и у фаундеров не остается другого выбора как окупить свои инвестиции Почему происходит №1? Потому что нет должного регулирования, если будет должное регулирование, а не размытое то не будет скам исо, потому что посадят. Почему происходит №2? Потому что на ИСО до сих пор сохранился хайп, который делают за счет рекламы (мы кстати пошли чуть другим способом по поводу маркетинга в проекте Republia), инвестора , так как рынок довольно молодой, зачастую не могут отличить СКАМ ИСО от нормального ИСО. В рекламе проект обещает быть популярным, а когда выходит на рынок (можно взять много примеров с Токенами на Эфире связанные с каршерингом) они сталкиваются с конкурентами в реальном секторе, которые сильнее их и не могут противостоять конкурентам. Поэтому токен пампят (очень много сейчас организации предлагают такие услуги, не успеваем от них отбиваться) через месяц фаундеры понимают что если не выведут свои токены на верхушке - прогорят их вложения в проект и скамятся. достаточно растянутые сроки проведения исо, аж до декабря, наверное сразу взяли с запасом что бы не продлевать.
С одной стороны правильно, хард кап не маленький, а ближе к концу года все еще есть шанс что рынок пойдет в верх, что возможно поспособствует взятию капы

Плюс тут вы правы, должно помочь нам собрать хардкэп поднятие рынка. сколько раз замечаю все трейдеры и команды проводящие исо надеяться на то что осенью зимой будет рост рынка, у кого то инсайд инфа  или это просто предположение? даже некоторые проекты специально переносили сроки проведения исо на осень, что бы собрать хард кап На данный момент, лично я опираюсь на мнение моих товарищей, серьезных аналитиков крипторынка, так на данный момент нет времени держать руку на пульсе в виду занятости в разработке Republia По хардкепу, я считаю что хорошее ICO соберет хардкэп даже на падающем рынке, хотя можно и немного подстраховаться  А Вы как считаете, когда рынок пойдет вверх? есть на нашем опыте несколько проектов кто даже в текущей ситуации собирали хорошие суммы, а кто то и капу, но некоторые из этих проектов оказались скамными, собрать капу еще не показатель того что проект будет работать Для нашей ситуации, одним из первых в разработке у нас стоит RepubliaBank, это то что мы разрабатывали когда делали Майнекс. In my opinion, you have set a good plan for every phase of the token sale. You planned the softcap and hardcap in a reasonable number. Согласен,хорошее ИСО может собрать и на падающем ,вот только слишком много разочарований для инвесторов было в "хороших"проектах ,и сложно определить когда начнёт рынок идти в вверх ,хотя все хотят осень. I am really interested with this project I am sure this is really good just by reading this thread. However, I had a hard term registering in the site. I was waiting for a confirmation link that can arrive in my email address but nothing came and so I tried logging in using the details I used in the registration and nothing happened.
