61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Profit-switching][0%fee] multipool.us:Always mine the most profitable coin on: August 10, 2013, 11:27:37 AM
site down

The website (DNS) is down, because that is where your wallet auto payments scripts etc will be linked to, but the pool is still running as of now. Now the getwork is probably down because it uses http:// but I am using stratum+tcp://

I just hope I get all of my shares. Hey, it probably has decreased the amount of workers quite a bit so I will be able to build up plenty of N shares and get paid a nice chunk when it is back up. I am sure I will get credit for all of my shares as the stratum pool script is obviously separate from the website itself. Plus I will know when I do log back on.

If the stratum multipool port stops then I will stop then and move somewhere else for then. As the pool admin I would expect them to stop all scripts and disconnect from all connections if the mining shares were not going to count.

Sounds like a great idea!!! I am always glad to see crypto's THAT ARE DIFFERENT... NOT JUST A NEW NAME ON THE SAME CLIENT!!! Especially when there is long term potential!!! I just built the CGB source and launched it, so here's to CryptogenicBullion (CGB) Grin  !!!
I will probably be adding this crypto also, into my current project, *TOP SECRET*, which will help many websites, accept crypto payments, automatically (AFTER X amount of CONFIRMS) without having to worry about losing out when there is a spike in a certain crypto price!

New, fresh, and as the myth of the great bird, Phenix, it will rise again from the ashes of defeat... while other currencies crumble, the Phenix will be rising from the ashes!!!

Hey Ukto,

I just discovered that I've lost my 3 asicminer shares. Someone (not me) has transferred them to the vi6ecps account on the 19th.

Please reply to my support ticket! It's been 24 hours already.

Do us newbies have to post in the pre-school here, to prove we know how to properly chat about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency??? It does seem a bit unfair, as some may know quite a bit, be developers and just recently joined such as myself. I joined a while back but I do not post much, as I rarely have too many questions. But, anyway, what is it that we need to do to speak in restricted forums??? Is it by the amount of posts or time. Any help appreciated because I have a post (wallet address) for the ripple giveaway discussion, and want to know a bit more too. Thanks.

I already submitted a list, but I was wondering why you didn't use captchas which would make money for the site? Below is one which I have been using. It uses puzzle pieces, drag and drop. Check it out if you are interested.
