Actually I suspect this person https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=146220

He uses some sort of metasploit with bunch of standard vulnerabilities to scan websites. If his software shows low level vulnerabilities (like weak ssl cypher or so),  he writes PM to owner with found not important security warnings.

He wrote me two times about my sites and asked to donate him btc.

I suspect if he finds critical security issue, he just silently exploit it.

IP of his scanner is  81.98.189.242

I also got scans from 5.39.68.159, 75.178.94.215, 76.89.243.15. Don't sure them belongs to this person.

I could write abuses and even put them into spamhouse, but I decided just filter them out.

It was a joke, obviously.
But butthurt Apple users (pleonasm) spotted.

*INSERT POSTERS AVATAR HERE*

@TF: What about the bleeping and desktop notifications?
63  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Inputs.io | Instant Payments, Offchain API, Secure Wallet, 82000 BTC transferred on: August 27, 2013, 03:50:33 PM
you must have the shittiest smartphone ever, since it can't copy/paste
But Steve Jobs said users didn't need it!

Steve Jobs is dead.

Also iOS has copy/paste since iOS 1 with jailbreak (and a quirky SDK fault with a shared sandbox directory some developer found out, so even without jailbreak it was possible but apps needed to put in the functionality themselves via some API) and since iOS 2 or 3 natively.

Forgot to mention this for quite some time but having the Inputs.io tab open in the background often results in only 1 or 2 bleeps to come in for incoming transactions. After that the connections gets dropped I think because new transactions don't trigger a sound nor a desktop notification.

Bump, I want to defeat more players Cheesy
66  Economy / Gambling / Re: Taking bets that casinobit is a ponzi on: August 27, 2013, 10:36:43 AM
(...) The odds of casinobit screwing his entire business over a very low amount of coins are low. He must be very dumb to do it and he most likely isn't. (...)
OK.

Just to let you guys know, I am not a scammer and not a lowlife, currency a deal is being worked out to repay all the investments, sorry for the delays.

I hereby claim: I will pay you, pedrog, 21 million bitcoins.

@anyone else: give pedrog the opportunity to bet that he will actually receive 21 million bitcoins from me. I said it so it must be true.

Don't be childish, please.

well technically vlees that claim you put could be concidered a form of contract so anything possible lol

I agree. To prevent autists from taking this seriously I did not specify a delivery date though. So technically I will promise a delivery date around the year 30000 (again, no calendar specified Smiley)
67  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ****Myfreecams tip menu... Say hello to BTC**** on: August 27, 2013, 09:39:24 AM
Inputs.io SOMETIMES bleeps and the same sometimes gives you a desktop notification via Google Chrome if you use that. (Inputs.io often loses the connection to the server or something and stops alerting you after one or two payments came in since you opened the page.)

Blockchain.info always bleeps when a transaction comes in.

I think a better bounty would be finding 50 girls who know what the fuck a Bitcoin is  Grin

Or find an actual girl on the internet. They don't exist!

Also original site is run by some guy in Israel, so the US design patents are not even applicable if he would try to register one.

So:
1. Casino idea can't be copyrighted.
2. The video stream is copyrighted, but acquiring a license is very easy.
3. Combine 1 + 2 and you have a new site, violating nothing at all.

So... basically it's an escort site.

Hehe, sounds like it in wider terms Cheesy

The only reason to change the seed every spin is to allow for instant check of the result without waiting 0-24h until the secret gets released. Or is PD still using clientseed - 24h server secret - one time roll secret?
73  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chaos Prediction Center - gambler's calculator on: August 26, 2013, 09:27:48 PM
Are the results calculated or simulated?

...

@TradeFortress
Is tmbp an alt account of CasinoBit?

And he should stop trying to derail this thread.

@tmbp: If you dislike bit777, feel free to create your own thread specially dedicated to that subject.
75  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is PrimeDice really (provably)fair? on: August 26, 2013, 03:01:19 PM
You still don't get it, the server seed can be pre-selected so that it always bets < a certain number. There recently a website that actually showed this technique in action.

Yes, that was me with http://v20.nl/primedice/

However, changing the client-seed is now dead-simple on PD so the point made with that is invalid now.
Also you can now also bet above x AND below x, so if you think PD only creates numbers below 50? Bet 100 times your usual the amount and suddenly bet on below 50. (aka you always bet 1 BTC on above 50, now bet 100 BTC on below)

If a site is biased, the site operator would go bankrupt within a week because eventually people will find out and know how to break the cheating algorithm.

Had het even in het Duitse subforum gezocht maar hier is de Engelse samenvatting.

Het gaat om fake CE zegels waardoor de EU als ze het zien het product vernietigt.

"It MAY happen that Butterflylabs gets “blacklisted” by the european custums and all packages that go in the EU gets seized!!!"

77  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: How to double your BTC in a week on: August 26, 2013, 08:23:25 AM
I am interested but i'm still a little unclear on how it works. Can you PM me the details? Minimum investment, etc. I could probably invest up to 10 BTC.

Don't invest, you probably lose your money.
78  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Gliph - Secure Messaging and Bitcoin Transfers on iOS, Android and the Web on: August 26, 2013, 08:22:46 AM
What makes this a secure messaging platform?

Every other SMS replacement claimed/claims to be secure and by now every major service turned out to often not even include encryption or a bad one making it not secure at all.

I don't usually play roulette, but your live roulette feature is pretty impressive and unique.
