BTC0.15 has been sent to n00ber, the winner of the paid raffle, and once einacio replies with his/her address, I will send BTC0.21 to them, I am very sorry about this I hope that the community will forgive me for this

I'll announce the winner at 5pm EST on Saturday, May 31st.
Hopefully it doesnt sounds too cynical but what year will be at May 31st exactly Saturday? Oops... I was gonna do it on Friday but then before posting I changed my mind and I guess I only changed the day. Sorry about that, all fixed now, it will be held on Saturday, June 1st

1NXvj96oRZHzxuu5yRgf7DtFhSqFu18YzN May I have the ticket please.
I'm sorry, the free ticket was only to the first to respond, otherwise it costs BTC0.005. Did you send a transaction and not have it confirm yet? If so, what was your transaction ID? I do have you entered into the free raffle, though

Great, that brings the total prize up to BTC0.12 (received 0.015 total) with 4 tickets sold. Thanks for trusting me not to run away EDIT: It was actually up to 0.095, I was accidentally multiplying the starting bid by 1.5 as well,
Not a problem. I just hope u understand why people would choose not to enter. Due to the high amount of scams posted on the boards. Yes, I understand

In for 2 tickets.

Great, that brings the total prize up to BTC0.12 (received 0.025 total) with 6 tickets sold. EDIT: Oops, I did my math wrong before, now its at BTC0.095 with 6 tickets sold

I'm in for 3 tickets, in the spirit of good faith. I do this against my better judgement. If you run off the the 2 bucks I'll chalk it up to a lesson learned. Thanks for the raffle.

Great, thanks for trusting me not to run away

Sure, you're entered in my spreadsheet. This brings the prize to 0.0575 with one ticket 'sold'

Since there hasn't been a single response, I'll give one free ticket to the next person to respond

---Ticket price: BTC0.005---Current prize: BTC0.11---Tickets sold: 8---Hello, Since my free raffle ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=219632.0) has started to gain some traction, I have decided to redo my 150% payout raffle, hopefully some people will actually enter this time. I would like to gain trust before trading with other users for obvious reasons, so I am holding a Bitcoin raffle where I will pay out 50% more than the total amount from bidders, plus a 0.05 btc starting prize. I simply ask that the winner leave a good review on the trust thing below my username. For example, if 10 people buy a raffle ticket (0.005 btc), I will send 0.075 to the winner. I am, however, going to limit my contribution to 0.2 btc plus the 0.05 to start. If I sell less than 5 tickets, I will send every entrant twice what they sent. To enter, send at least 0.005 btc to 124YPLs72BiMgHkBqkL3G3Ag3TCWvWmgss (an easywallet just for this raffle) and post your address so that I can prove that the winnings went out to an actual person in the thread and I know who to congratulate. If you send more, you will be buying multiple raffle tickets. The drawing will be held at 5pm EST (9:00 UTC) on Saturday, June 1st. I will assign each ticket a number and then use a random number generator to find out who is the winner I will try to update this thread with the current prize amount and the number of tickets sold and to answer any questions. Thanks

I'm sorry to the old guy who is railing on me for being new. BUT I AM NEW.
I was new once. I have no problem with new people. Again, I'm "railing on" you because you are trying to "buy trust." That's not how it works. Well there's $13 I'll never see again... Sorry your raffle didn't go that well, I would have entered had I been at my computer before it ended. You used a pretty interesting method of determining the winner

ugh im to lazy to find my address :/
Just decided to make it so you don't need the address unless you win, you're entered
|
|
|
what are you getting out of it?
It's to build trust, so I can trade in the marketplace section and the many google-doc exchanges

My last post ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=218165.msg2292896#msg2292896) to build trust seems to have sort of back-fired, with being called a scammer without evidence, so this time I'm having a free raffle instead of my last one which had 0.0005 BTC tickets and above-100% payout. To enter, just post your address below and I will use a random number generator to find out who is the winner. I'll announce the winner at 5pm EST on Saturday, June 1st. If aren't too cynical and you want to donate to increase the pot, you can use the address 13UPQMouHPJbpAc7GURjfzyaChJj5ZeSP1 (I'll try to match all reasonably-sized donations, not that I think I'll get any) EDIT: I think I'll change it a bit, if you don't want to post your address, just reply and say you want to enter, then I'll announce the winner and get the address from him/her afterwards EDIT 2: I've reopened my paid raffle at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=219729EDIT 3: The raffle it closed (a bit late). Congrats to enacio, please post your address Thanks

That seems to me a much more obvious scam, I'm only contributing 0.20 BTC at most, not claiming to double what anyone sends me (unless the total amount of tickets sold is under 5, 0.02 BTC or about 2 dollars fifty) This would be a pretty elaborate scam for $2.50
|
|
|
another one of those scammy post
why?
that username
that total post count
also
riaro/personABCD register at the same day
Its hard to build reputation when nobody trusts you enough to let you prove that you're trustworthy Its sort of a never ending circle I don't know riaro but you probably don't believe me, can you think of a way for me to prove it?

Send 0.005 btc to 13UPQMouHPJbpAc7GURjfzyaChJj5ZeSP1 (or more for multiple tickets) and then post your address in this thread and I can confirm on the blockchain
