61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 27, 2013, 10:51:50 AM
Now what I don't get is, I've invited and even dared people and hackers to attack and kill this coin and obviously so many hate me and this coin and it would be so easy that one guy with a good rig or max a couple good computers could probably crash this coin - so why hasn't it happened?

Probably because no one gives a damn for it.

If I had a mining rig, I would not want to stop it only to kill some scamcoin which is already absolutely worthless.

Another question which I'd love to know just like the one about 2 or 3 exact clones of a coin everyone says they hate and its not even fixed or working right.  I mean, why wouldn't these copy cats add something new or clone a much better clone?  It's the same money to launch so why this coin?  I've asked this question 20 times and not once answer.  It can't be that cryptic, someone has to understand this madness.[/b][/i]

Probably because they make clones for fun and no one will go as far as really invest their time and money into scamcoins.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 27, 2013, 10:12:46 AM
And you're such an idealist - you're here mining free money, ahahhahahaaa, is that the honest hard work you're referring to, you honest hard worker you?  Cause plugging in your computer and going to bed and waking up richer overnight for doing ZERO Work and then not even paying a single cent in taxes on that free easy money you did nothing to earn earn out of the thin air you claim to be so against, is exactly the opposite of the phony idealist you're portraying yourself to be.

No, my honest hard work includes creating useful product for people that need it and providing people with goods and unfortunately I don’t wake up richer overnight after my computer has solved another task for Folding@home. As for mining, I am doing it exclusively for fun, and so far a lot of time has still to pass before I recover the funds spent on mining equipment. No one makes free money on established cryptocurrencies nowadays, and I don’t want to participate in scamcoin mining because it is absolutely useless to others. I’d better mine Bitcoin for almost no profit so as to add hashpower and security to the network or let my computer fold proteins for free. So, I am not to be blamed for participating in scams, and I don’t work for any government.

And as for your speculation about gold in American history… Well, you missed an important point. U.S. Govt is not a world government and Bitcoin is not the U.S. currency. And to outlaw Bitcoin worldwide we really need nothing less than ZOG Smiley
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 27, 2013, 09:00:23 AM
And why don't you thank me instead of dogging me, if I'm right and you do as I say, board numerous alt coins you too can make millions of a legal govt and bank funded and backed scam. [/b][/i]

I am an idealist and I don’t believe in making millions out of thin air, and I lack respect towards those who do so. Honest people should earn their living by providing useful goods or services to others, and not by cheating on them. And dishonest people are doomed to fail.

And when you say bitcoin is a government scam, do you mean ZOG? Cheesy That would be the only plausible government to be behind bitcoin. Oh, I forgot, you don’t understand what decentralised means, I’m sorry. Never mind, I’m going back to writing my new masterpiece “Quantum Mechanics for Bears”.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 27, 2013, 07:50:48 AM
This coin didn't gain traction cause what I wanted to be done couldn't be done.

This coin didn't gain traction cause no one needs scamcoins any more. And your plan was to create a scamcoin which you admitted from the beginning, to pump and then dump in 3 years.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 27, 2013, 05:00:47 AM
Why is this stupid thread here? Shouldn't it be in Alternate Crapo-currencies?

It is in offtopic due to the posts like those just before yours.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 26, 2013, 09:40:14 AM
So let's stop with the lame I'm stupid comments.  No doubt, I am stupid, who isn't, but not at economics or finance stuff so at least call me stupid for the right reasons cause there's plenty if you just pay close attention, and I will not deny the truth.  Try me!

Thanks!

Dear Vlad!

You are not stupid, I was incorrect.

You are ignorant.

Even if the question is truly trivial and can be solved by going to Mt.Gox or any other exchange, you are still not ashamed to ask it. Being stupid is not a shame, but being ignorant is. All your genius and all your scores are worth nothing if you don’t use your brain.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 26, 2013, 04:35:00 AM
Spots.  How much is .0003 BTC in USD or how many spots can I buy with 1 BTC?

BTC0.0003 is about $0.03. OMG he’s even so stupid that he fails with arithmetic.

The first post says “for 30 months” which, given the difficulty increase, will bring the same results as perpetually, I believe.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 25, 2013, 06:53:51 AM
I've did more communication and publicity for my coin (NUGGETS) in the first 24 hours than Satoshi did his entire career for Bitcoin.

And still your coin is dead and will never reach the popularity of Bitcoin. Conclusion: either there is something wrong with your publicity, or publicity is not what makes cryptocurrencies popular in the first place.

And to say Bitcoin cannot be centralized is a joke.  I don't think you know how alt coins behave.  you can make them closed sourced  and you can make them centralized.  It's a computer program, you can make it dance.  Are you joking?

Weren’t you planning to start a new closed source coin? Go ahead, try and see how many supporters you get.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 24, 2013, 08:17:58 AM
Ok, so first you waste your family money, and after your wife becomes displeased, you call her animal and file a divorce. Good one!
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Namecoin-QT with integrated Name Registration (v3.64)New 27/06/13 on: July 24, 2013, 08:06:37 AM
Bug report:

I have updated DNS configuration for one of the registered names and inserted a .me domain into Translate name field. But on save a dot was appended to the name (it became "smth.me." although I wrote "smth.me"). I corrected it using “Custom configuration” tab but it still cost me 0.005 NMC, and thus I believe it’s a bug.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 23, 2013, 05:12:18 AM
If we had 5 years I kid you not I'd get a 4 year programming degree in the next 2 years but given this is gonna low up and die in 3-5 years I've got to do it the hard way.

One can learn what is cryptocurrency and how it operates in 5 days. There is no need for either 5 years of study or any special knowledge.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 23, 2013, 03:01:49 AM
Ahahhahahaaa.  Thanks  bro.  I think there was an insult in there somewhere but thanks anywhere.  Black bears are smarter than me in some things.  Like finding their way abound the woods.  Running. 40MPH, sleeping 3 months straight, etc so it want all an insult.

I did not mean that black bears are smarter than you, man. But I am pretty sure the desire of a black bear to learn new things is stronger than yours, no offence. And ignorance is exactly the lack of desire to learn, not inborn stupidity. As soon as you shut the entrance for new knowledge into your head, you are doomed to fail, regardless of how high your IQ would be.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 23, 2013, 02:00:28 AM
Is thread view not ONE (ONE) corellation it attribute if a popular coin?  That was all I said.

It’s you who is popular, not the coin. A good laugh is much more welcome than new scamcoins which there is no deficit of.

Why bother even trying to make him understand? It's like trying to argue quantum theory with a black bear

I think this metaphor actually underestimates cognitive ability of black bears.

Vlad, if you lock this thread and don't post in it for 1 full week, I'll give you 1500 Spots from my personal mining. That's right, 1500 Spots that will be worth something, just for you to literally walk away from the computer and hang out with your family. That's like 3% of the total Spots mined so far across the whole network

Don’t ruin the fun! Have some mercy! Please!
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 22, 2013, 11:33:15 AM

Perhaps that programmer took seriously what Vlad has said and really tried to code stuff what's in Vlad's mind...

...division by zero, type mismatch, undefined variables Wink

Thanks, that was a good one!!! LMAO
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Miner's Official Coin LAUNCH - NUGGETS (NUGs) on: July 22, 2013, 10:30:44 AM
I don't know why talented hackers and programmers lack imagination.  I'd burry litecoin if I had the money to pay a graduate level programmer or a top hacker that can code anything in my head.  I promise you, people would abandon LTC in droves.

Another wonderful post!

Go, Vlad, go! Kill Litecoin!

Didn’t you say you already had contacted a genius PhD programmer? Can’t he now help you keep your promises?

How does everyone feel with making shares 1.1BTC? Having all 1BTC shareholders send an additional .1BTC to get these Miners ordered?

I'm fine with $100 but there are a lot of people wanting to get this going- $90 seems to be a safe spot (at least as far as the last couple of weeks).

I vote in favour of BTC1.1 shares.
