61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stake allocation on: April 03, 2019, 11:59:42 PM
This system is quite fair. Those with higher ranks get more stakes but they have much more past activities on
the forum than a newbie. Their  posts are visible on more places and have higher advertising value. I have no time
to read all the posts in a thread  if there are too  many but I try to read all  the posts from higher ranked members.
I am not saying that those posts always have higher information value just explaining  how it works in my case.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would you do to recover your losses? on: April 03, 2019, 11:48:52 PM
I could never be in desperate need to recover loss as I always invest that much as not to be desperate
in any situation. But, if loss happens it is normal activity, sometimes we win sometimes lose.
It is important to be profitable in our overall trading activities.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple will Die on: April 02, 2019, 11:53:18 PM

Ripple is a top coin and won`t die as it is backed by many banks.  It is true that many other banks like JP Morgan
intending to run their own coin and there will be a big competition in that sector between them.
Competition is good and let the market decide.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can bounty hunting be considered a job?? on: April 02, 2019, 09:26:35 PM

Agree with your points as bounty payouts are not consistent. Especially during the bear market many bounty
payments were delayed, postponed or even cancelled. Bounty hunting is more like a part time job, being rewarded
for doing advertising staff. It depends on the country where you leave as maybe in some countries you can live
from bounty hunting. If you are not selling your rewarded coins immediately and waiting for the market to recover,
maybe your rewards will be more valuable.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning: This John McAfee-Pumped Cryptocurrency Has Major Red Flags on: April 01, 2019, 11:36:01 PM

The problem with John McAffee  that he made so many controversial statements that now we cannot
blindly trust him, we have to check first. But who you can trust in crypto,  just for yourself.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC IN THE BITCOINTALK FORUM: April Fool on: April 01, 2019, 11:12:40 PM

This is why we always  have  to read the details carefully and not only the title.
Have to admit it was a very good joke, made me laughing all day long.
It was a refreshing one ....

68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your destiny is in your hands on: March 31, 2019, 11:07:01 PM

Make research, analyze, make decisions. Learn on your mistakes and use the strength of the community as all the
answers are given, just need to discover the good ones.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins/icos to buy and hold on: March 31, 2019, 09:50:18 PM

Top coins like ETH or BTC could always be a good choice for long term investment. Other top coins also
could be considered like BNB, ADA etc. It is good idea and suggested to split your investment in 4-5 parts.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Exchange Bithumb Reportedly Hacked on: March 30, 2019, 11:10:06 PM

Bithumb is the largest cryptocurrency exchange in South Korea and it has been hacked for second time
for a huge number of EOS and XRP. It was hacked last year also when 30$ million worth crypto was  stolen.
This is why we should not hodl our coins on exchanges  as there is no week that some of them is not hacked.
DragonEx Exchange got hacked a few days ago as well.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is too complicated on: March 30, 2019, 10:37:51 PM

Cryptocurrency payments will be accessible for those who are excluded from the banking system at the moment. They are  easy to use,
convenient, fast and cheap payment solutions on a decentralized way, becoming more user friendly day by day.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worst ICO ever? on: March 29, 2019, 11:59:23 PM

The worst ICO is in fact the scam ICO. Participated in the Ether Delta ICO in 2017 and invested in EDT token and they
scammed their  investors by not doing the ICO and steel the raised funds. That was my worst ICO experience amongst many.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 first quarter market prediction on: March 28, 2019, 11:50:13 PM

First quarter is nearly over and we could see many good things happening. Some big companies joining the space
like JP Morgan ( JP coin ) , IBM ( Stellar ), Samsung Galaxy S10 in partnership with Enjin wallet etc.
Hopefully this trend remains  and the momentum and the market  recovery will continue in the second quarter as well.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP really better than ETH??? on: March 27, 2019, 10:54:33 PM

Both coins are very perspective and this flip-flop is normal between these two coins.
It depends which of them performing better at the moment. Long term I think ETH
will win this battle.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency unpredictability on: March 26, 2019, 11:58:37 PM
The crypto market is small and for that reason can be easily manipulated. It is very difficult to predict
what will happen as the market does not react like we would expect.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm buying alts now on: March 26, 2019, 11:48:19 PM

It could turn out a good strategy to invest in perspective altcoins while they are on the bottom. It is supposed
they will generate higher profit as top coins. We can already face while the market is stagnating some of the
alts are pumping and driving the market up.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe the crypto market will never take off! on: March 25, 2019, 11:56:56 PM

Crypto is here to stay but the way for mass adoption will be long and painful. Many of us remember
how difficult was internet adoption and today everybody is using it. Rome was not built in a day either.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Locking Bounty Rewards To Avoid Dumping on: March 25, 2019, 11:48:04 PM

Locking bounty rewards is useless as bounty rewards are around 1-2% and they cannot influence the price
long term. Many projects blame hunters` dumping for the crash of the price of the coin. This way they want
to escape from  their own responsibility.

80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your general sentiment on soft-caps for ICO's? on: March 24, 2019, 11:50:40 PM
Soft cap is essential for the project development. Without funds the development won`t be smooth.
I could see several airdrop  projects struggling without funds and asking the community for donations.
It is another question how realistic the soft cap targets are. They are often over sized from what
would be necessary.
