Yeah, especially since us dollar gambling sites are almost nonexistant

Great trade! Thanks! Fair deal.

So, Mr. Casinobit has 100 BTC and told us that the people who bet on his site are the people in highest priority set to be paid. Why not just pay them now?

|

Why aren't we able to get a definite answer!??
|
|
|
So, when are we going to be paid

Excellent thanks for taking the picture. I would love to buy it from you - would you do 6.8 since the price has risen a bit?
I don't really have a preference for escrow, was hoping you did. How about btcrow.com?
I actually just sold it. So, sorry it's no longer available.

I would be interested in buying this if I had more information. This is the non retina display version? Can I get pictures of the actual computer and not just the box? At the very least a picture with a note with your screen name to know you made it.
What escrow would you use?
What escrow did you have in mind? Non-Retina display. Correct

Let's just say 7BTC free ship escrow accepted

Just wanted to update you guys, aksplace seems to have stopped responding along with his casino, it appears that they have changed their mind.
Luckily the casino is still being sold, I personally have about 100BTC that I am going to invest into the new bankroll to speed up the process of repaying all the investors.
I have just looked at the new casino and it looks great, should be live very soon and significantly less sluggish than ours.
Can you just pay the bettors now? I'm sure that the total is less than 100 BTC.

Well, the nearest seven days has come and gone. We're on almost fourteen days.

Looks like we are going to default on all investments where (originally invested)-(withdrawn)<0 that are still within the system.
Another Bitcoin casino is going to get all the players and repay their debt.
What is left of Casinobit is being sold to new owners (which is essentially the domain name), they will repay the remaining investors.
A list of debt will be processed and put publicly.
Which Casino?

I am not an investor, but I don't understand your statement regarding defaults. Do you mean (originally invested)-(withdrawn)>0 (i.e. all outstanding investments)? I think the most equitable way to do it would be to try to repay investors with (invested)-(withdrawn) and ignore any profits, since they were never right. Or at least pass that list on to the new owners--I think that may be what you are trying to say. Of course, some investers who withdrew more than their original investment (because of profits) made out really well at the expense of other investors. To clarify, there have been investors that already withdrew, 2, 3, 5 times the original amount invested by them yet still hold debt, their debt is discarded and will not be repaid. The new owners will use the same domain but will completely wipe all the records of accounts, all the website and all the content and start all over again. Sorry for the bumpy ride guys. I will also make sure the new owners will not start collecting investments until the debt is repaid. Will the bettors be paid?

What are you rambling about? You mean that somebody will bet 10,000BTC against your ridiculous 1BTC bankroll?
You keep spitting BS regarding how you will gonna end up paying. Cut the shit and confess. If you really fucked up unwittingly, man up and tell us what didn't work for "the best casino of 2013" to became a Ponzi scheme. Explain us where is the problem, how did you solve it, and what's your plan in order to refund scammed people.
Oh... You can't say shit because you fixed nothing. New investors cannot withdraw neither.
Please rephrase without swearing and I will address your points. Have a hug so you won't be so angry all the time! We are working on repaying the investors. BETTORS?

Well, the waiting game keeps on going on

Nope, waiting on the papers from my financial consultant. All the daily death threats aren't helping guys, we are addressing the issue and moving forward as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience & understanding! Good, I still have faith in you

You have a major problem when there is enough evidence that the site is either
A. Not paying or B. Out-right scamming you

Just trying to get a simple 7.5 BTC from me. (I am unsure of the exact amount, but at the time I figured I would cashout when he added more to his wallet, so I wasn't paying attention to the exact amount.) Well, your plan didn't work. I have enough evidence that he drained my BitVegas account himself. I'm done with him and his work. You should also be. Since April, the start of deposits, I have made up for greater than 10% of EVERY deposit ever made from every player. I am asking for a mere 7.5 BTC that he ciphered from my account. In reality, I don't even want my BTC if he wants it that bad.
You, as the public need to know what he is doing behind closed doors.
