Sure they can manage to collect money also without bounty hunters if they will pay to marketing agencies. The only thing they will need to pay up front and with fiat money, but not in tokens and not months after ICO has ended.

I do not agree with you. The problem with ICO began in September, because even very promising projects began to collect very few investments. I think the reason is primarily in the fear of investors because of the falling market. My own problem with some bounty is sometimes you will found out that some projects extend there weeks or sometimes the reduce the amount of money the said the will give out lying unnecessarily. That there main problem.
