I don't think UPS will work in weekends, even in china.
They did say 24 hours though...

Looking forward to the New Year then Smiley

That reminds me, The Chinese new year holiday is at the end of January. That might slow the production prep/process down a bit.
I was in China once over that period - it's frigging nuts! People were setting off fireworks in the streets for a whole week!

Its been about 10hrs since i paid, and no word from them yet (night-time in china i believe) so im not worried, but would love to see an update soon!

+1
But it IS Saturday morning right now over here in the far east. The 24 hour mark from my payment is about 6pm tonight (will be about 10 hours after this post)

How soon do the products ship and by what method? I would be quite impressed if delivery occurs sometime next week.

Shipping within 24 hours of payment according to OP.
Next week should definitely be possible depending on the shipping method (especially close by here in Japan  Grin)

Ha - my payment address has 'sicK' in it.

wouldn't it be prudent to send postage info via PM exclusively?
I'm imagining some yoyo watching my payment address and then emailing their own postage details when they see the transaction lol.

Are 45nm chips planned to go live? I thought the idea was to jump straight to gen 3.

That was my understanding too.
Gen 3 to be a "mature product" in Feb. 2014, but I haven't heard news of anything to be released before then.

I've done 6 hours of browsing and made several posts now, but I'm still in newbie lockup.
It's frustrating because I want to bid on some hardware.

Is the whitelisting a manual process or is it supposed to be automatic?

Does the 4 hour browsing period start AFTER you make a post?
I've done plenty of browsing but I only realised I needed to post about an hour ago .....and so I'm still wasting away here in newbie prison  Undecided

By the time you find a buyer and negotiate - the value of 200 bitcoins could be drastically different in one direction or the other. Either way that would sour the deal for one of you. Your best bet would be to negotiate the price in fiat, and maybe agree to pay the bitcoin equivalent at settlement, based on 24 hours or so of weighed average data to arrive at a conversion rate.

I've never even been to Armenia and don't have that kind of coin - but good luck with your venture!  Wink

I've hit the 4 hour mark but only just realised I need to post as well.
Is one enough or do I need to spam more?

I do not recommend spamming, please post constructive posts in the Newbies forum.

Well obviously I don't WANT to spam... where I really want to post is in the hardware auctions/ASICminer forum.
Anyone happen to know if bitmain will ship to Japan?

My second post. Never bothered to post in this forum, but now I do because I want to add the BTC that is owed to me by Ukyo of Weexchange to the list at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=337523. Any newbies in the same boat?

luckily I got my BTC out a while ago - good luck with that though, Ihave a feeling it will be resolved eventually.
