You could try taking a look at a couple of arctic cooling gpu coolers, they may work on the chip try looking at the mono plus and the Accelero l2. If not look at their cpu coolers they make work better for this Smiley
69  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 7 gpus on a single motherboard is posible? on: December 02, 2013, 09:55:52 PM
Are you going to mine bitcoin with this? I would hope you are going to mine litecoins.
70  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: jalopeno shows 100°C and dont work on: December 02, 2013, 09:54:26 PM
Is the heatsink actually pressed down onto the chip? Also you may want to check the fan is spinning, if it isnt maybe you should check it is still plugged in to the PCB. If nothing is working to fix it, just contact butterfly labs. All their miners have a lifetime warranty doesnt matter whether you bought it new or not Smiley
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should have put money in Litecoin instead.... WTF is this s***!! on: November 27, 2013, 12:01:02 AM

72  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Avalon Mini - Issue on: November 25, 2013, 05:22:37 PM
I cant access my avalon minis configuration page anymore. I go onto internet explorer and type in my avalons ip '192.168.1.100' and it shows me this https://i.imgur.com/qE2vcnC.png then says the page couldnt load. This is when my miner is connected the internet via wifi and connected to my pc via ethernet, what am I doing wrong. Also it is mining fine but I need to access the configuration.
p.s. I also got a new router today. I have tried connecting my pc to my router via wifi and my pc to my miner via ethernet and it doesnt work whether im connected to my new or old router. Help please :/
Also, It wont connect via ethernet to my new router like it did with my old router.

76  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Cheapest Miners? on: November 18, 2013, 04:31:40 PM
I would suggest mining at cex.io its pretty cheap and you start mining within minutes and considering how fast the price is increasing right now its well worth it Cheesy
77  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Are buying 3x USB Bitcoin Block Erupter ASIC Miner 330MH/s worth it? on: November 17, 2013, 11:25:23 PM
Thanks a alot guys!
It is cheaper to buy gh at cex.io than it is per usb. I had 3 usb block erupters before, silly mistake. Atleast you asked first, saved yourself a loss Smiley

80  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Jalapeno. Worth? on: November 17, 2013, 11:16:50 PM
Yeah, I had a jalapeno, but honestly its not worth it even if its firmware upgraded to 8gh. I would sell it to some unsuspecting person ebay some are hitting around £500 atm. But yeah as the other guy said, put your money into cex.io, I did worked out quite nicely Smiley
