This is not really a matter to be treated in a public forum, but they dont have any support, probably because they never make mistakes.

You don't get the point.
Coinpot is a 1 man show, because it is simply CHEAPER to have a fully automated system than hire personal to check individual accounts.
They just can't answer support emails, because there is no "they", there is a single "he" (or she) and there just isn't enough time in a day for a single person to even read the mails sent to support by 1000s of users, let alone answer them.

Obviously a fully automated system will have flaws, like sometimes cheaters getting paid and other times loyal users getting banned.
If you're one of the loyal users who got banned for flawed reasons, that surely is bad for you and if you then don't use the site anymore it surely cuts into the revenue of the site as well, but in the overall system it's still cheaper.
Coinpot doesn't care for a fair service, they care exclusively for the net revenue they make out of this and if some users are treated unfairly because an automated system has flaws, that's of no concern to the owner as long as his revenue is bigger than it would be with fair treatment of all users.

In short: Welcome to capitalism.
Throwing some users under the bus while letting others get away with cheating, because that maximizes the sites profit, is otherwise known as efficiency.

Every now and then there's a happy moment in this and since I'm happy about it, I'm gonna share it.
I just received 0.2LTC or 20M Litoshi in my wallet.

Here we go, new update - new bug.
With the new (I suppose it shall look fancy) update that adds more graphics to opening chests, not only did the amount of items one finds get cut, but also there has been a bug introduced, or better reinforced.
Before this update it could occasionally happen that when opening a chest at the same time the auto energy refill kicked in, it would add the 10 energy while one is clicking through the items in the chest, but it would subtract the 10 energy again when the chest opening was complete, but most times it worked fine.
After this update this appears to be permanent, meaning every single time you are opening a chest while 10 minutes become full, the 10 energy refill gets lost at the end of the chest opening.
I believe that's because the auto page refresh at the end of a chest opening doesn't recognize the auto refill.
(Of course one can work around it by not opening chests shortly before the energy refill kicks in.)

Here's an update @jamboom could have told us long ago or at least after the question came up.
To find more glass, upgrade your drone storage to level 14, because from then on you will find big glass bottles that give a lot of glass, so much glass that then plastic becomes the rarest item.

Wonder what level (if any) is required to find more plastic.

I'm curious to know how did you find out about that? Whether you've accidentally just discover it, or you've find it documented somewhere?

I suddenly found big glass bottles that I had never found before.
Then I compared with my neighbor (who is also member at CMG), he was a bit behind me with the upgrades and we paid attention from what upgrade on he found those big bottles as well.

I'm not even sure what those upgrades are worth for, has anyone figured that out yet?
I mean "drone storage" cannot mean how much a mission pays, or can it?

I got glas by recycling the following materials: .....

The point is NOT that there are items that can be recycled to glass, the point is there are FAR LESS items that give glass than there are items that give metal.
68  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] CRYPTO MINING GAME, Earn Satoshi, Doge and Litoshi by playing to mine on: August 04, 2020, 07:37:00 PM
I have to agree, recycling rewards are significantly slanted towards Metal, with Plastic being the most common of the two remaining. Right now I have ~6K Metal, 500 Plastic and 0 Glass and can't do anything with that.

I've just for the fun of it recycled everything I got, the result looks like this:

@jamboom, how about an offer in your store that offers trading metal for glass?

So, what is "there" considered a fair ratio BTC/LTC?

I'm frequently trading btc for ltc and I can tell you from experience the borderline where you find buyers/seller is about +10%, meaning you offer a deal where you offer 10% more btc than the current value to get ltc.

For those who marked my offer for cards as a scam only human understanding. They are totally free to dislike it, but how it can be a scam only God knows. I don't have a clue on how much they can be worth.

Cards are currently worth the amount of stars on the card times 0.4 sat and it doesn't make any difference whether you offer small or large amounts, above this price you won't find buyers.
What I do is simple, I just count how many cards I'm putting on sale, multiply each card by the amount of stars it has and then in the end I multiply the result * 0.4.

question - what does no extra crate means and the crate is in color red when i check my mission results tab but when i check My crates tab  it says there available crates 14/14

That's just a possible, but not secure bonus, read below the red chest and if you see "no extra crate" it just means you didn't get an extra crate this time.
71  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] CRYPTO MINING GAME, Earn Satoshi, Doge and Litoshi by playing to mine on: July 26, 2020, 04:28:06 PM
Not sure what it's worth for, but here's an update to my previous bug report about energy.

Not only does one once in a while get energy back, one also frequently loses energy.

As reported above, when spending energy in launching missions and afterwards going to open a crate or so, once in a while one gets the energy back, because the server didn't sync in between.
This one apparently depends on server load, rarely happens at night, but frequently during daytime when many users are active.

New for this bug report is how you lose energy and there are several ways.

- Generally you shouldn't switch from any page to any other page (like from map to mining or so) shortly after the auto energy refill every 10 minutes, because quite frequently it will "forget" the 10 energy it just refilled and you lose it again and not even a manual page refresh will solve that. In effect you're kinda forced not to do anything on the site for about 30 seconds after every auto energy refill.
- If you're on the crates page opening crates while the auto energy refill kicks in, if you open the next crate within 10 or 20 seconds after the refill, it will "forget" about the energy refill and you lose those 10 energy again.
- Launching missions within 10 or 20 seconds after the auto energy refill becomes costly, because the auto refill almost always gets reversed upon next mission launch, meaning launching a level 20 mission will cost 30 energy.
- If you are close to full energy, like being level 20 and having 195 out of a max of 200 energy and you do a shortlink to refill energy, usually it will add full 10 energy, meaning you have 205 afterwards, but the auto refill every 10 minutes limits the refill to 200 and this limit remains in place for the next manual refill, so if you have 185 energy, the auto refill fills it to 195 and then you do a shortlink for manual refill within 10 or 20 seconds after the auto refill, the manual refill will also be limited to the max of 200 (this one can be fixed by a manual page refresh in between).

Last but not least you can never be sure whether the energy you get displayed is correct, frequently I see 25 energy or so, click a level 20 mission and get "error, not enough energy" (where I'm guessing that's because a reversed auto refill wasn't updated in the display), other times I know from the time that the auto refill should have kicked in, but it doesn't show the energy added, meaning it will show the 10 energy I had before the auto refill, will let me launch a level 20 mission anyway and then display energy -10 until the next page refresh.

Over all I'd say it halfway balances out, what you gain from this bug is roughly same much as you lose through this bug, but it's really pretty annoying.

I did notice that an attempt was made to fix this, because now when launching missions sometimes it will say "player data updated" after every single mission launch, a gigantic drain on server resources, but that doesn't fix the problem, because all the updates in the world cannot fix an out of sync problem for outsourced processing power in times where the server lags behind the user, especially not if the user's computer is way faster than the server, just the opposite, this attempt to fix things makes things worse, because all these additional updates make the server even slower.
72  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] CRYPTO MINING GAME, Earn Satoshi, Doge and Litoshi by playing to mine on: July 24, 2020, 01:48:13 PM
Not at all. That was my balance I think before the introduction of the game. I left the site ages ago and only recently it came to my mind that there I have a small balance. What should I do to get this wonderful tokens?

Ok, that explains it.
Easiest way to get some trade tokens is doing the daily tasks.
Top left of the page next to your avatar click "Quests".
Scroll through and see which ones are easy, i.e. "Buy 100 Gift tickets" requires only 200 Crystals (if you buy the cheapest).
That will give you a bronze and a silver chest you can open (just takes a few more Crystals and a few hours to wait), where you then need a little luck, because many but not all chests contain a few trade tokens.
Alternatively you can go to the world, move through the map and look for tokens, as FatFork explained above.
Last but not least, once you have at least ONE trade token, you can go to the market and look for offers that sell trade tokens, just don't get scammed, trade tokens shouldn't cost more than 1 sat per token.

Is there a way to get out of this game by getting the little I have "earned"? 20k sat, 120 Doge and 1.8 million LTC. They aren't at all big amounts, but they should belong to me. Instead, because of the crazy limits, they will stay in the site owner's pocket forever.

Yes there is.
You can use the market to exchange all the different cryptos for just one, i.e. all the btc and all the ltc for doge.
You might lose a bit of value there because the market is user to user and you will have to offer a good deal to find a buyer, but with that you should be above the withdrawal limit of doge and then you can withdraw that.
Furthermore you can even sell crystals, cards and more in the market, to get some more out of it.

I know, but now I need some "token" also for the market and I don't have a clue how to get it. Good Lord...

Are you trying to fool us?
Do you REALLY want to tell us, you made 20k sat, 120 Doge and 1.8 million LTC without ever finding any trade tokens?
Even if you have actively tried to avoid getting any trade tokens you should still have at least 100 or so.

EDIT: not forget level 21 missions Thomasio, just not yet done.

I believe this quote is now almost half a year old (just to make sure you can't tell me I wouldn't be patient).
We have seen various updates, including a whole new version of the site software, several new cards implemented (where at least one of them has up to this day no value whatsoever), but level 21 missions are nowhere in sight.
There was time for tiny little gimmicks, such as creating frames around buttons, there was time for creating a whole bunch of graphics for the recycle items, but apparently implementing a new level BEFORE the first users reach it and thereby keeping some value in cards that "increase chances of success in higher level missions" is at the very bottom of the priority list, only maybe giving a value to the Bitcoin card might be even lower on the list.

Meanwhile I'm 62% into level 22 and I'm beginning to wonder, since level 21 missions are by now delayed by over a year, whether or not level 22 missions might be implemented before 2030, while by now with respect to cards that "increase chances of success in higher level missions" we would require level 23 missions already.
76  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] CRYPTO MINING GAME, Earn Satoshi, Doge and Litoshi by playing to mine on: July 16, 2020, 02:18:11 AM
A good way to get items quickly is to send drones 2-3 squares away from you to empty slots that surround you. Once you do that move in any direction by about 5 squares and then do the same thing again.

Recycling glasses, watches and lightbulbs are good items to recycle for glass if you have a lot of them. Magnifiers and test tubes don’t seem to be too difficult to find and they tend to give you quite a lot of glass, especially Magnifiers. So whenever you find Magnifiers or at least a few test tubes and you need glass then go recycle them, but I do agree with you though. There needs to be more a lot more glass and probably a few more plastic items to find. Too many metal items, but more is better than less.

You have missed my point AND you haven't understood how it works.

First of all it doesn't make ANY difference how far away from your position you send a drone to an empty field, in fact you can send 23 (that's my current max) drones simultaneously to THE SAME field, just 1 away from your position, it will complete 23 missions within 1 minute and it will find the EXACT same stuff you find if you send your drones to all different fields.
You don't even have to select the field every time, you select the field once and then you click "send a drone" 23 times in a row, takes less than 20 seconds (if your computer is fast enough to update the display that fast).
Even if you misclick and launch the same "real" mission twice in a row, the first of the two drones will pick the item from the field and the 2nd drone arriving just half a second later will see this as an empty field where it finds things to recycle, only in this case the empty field costs you just as much energy as the item.

But then my main point was that you ALWAYS find so much more metal than anything else, that you end up with a huge supply of metal and no way to use it, because you're missing the glass to upgrade the drones.
77  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] CRYPTO MINING GAME, Earn Satoshi, Doge and Litoshi by playing to mine on: July 15, 2020, 05:57:41 PM
Does this make sense to anyone?

Over 1,000 metal in stock, 100s of items that can be converted into even more metal, a little bit of plastic and hardly any glass to be found anywhere, while drone upgrades require more or less the same amount of glass and plastic as metal.

@jamboom
Since one can now withdraw CGT, why don't you add CGT to the market as well, so the users who do not have any ETH and therefore cannot trade any ERC20 tokens can get something out of their CGT as well?
79  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet on: July 10, 2020, 04:22:15 AM
So this sort of thing happens at least once a month? How long does it usually take for it to be online again? I’d hate it if it took that long it would reset my loyalty bonus to ZERO for ‘missing a day’.

It's not at least a month, not even regular, more like an average, I've seen it running for 2 months or longer, this time it was (not exactly sure) only a week or two.
Sometimes he (I still believe it's a one man show) fixes it in an hour, sometimes takes him two days.
Usually when this happens and independent how long it takes, he puts in something that protects your loyalty until you come back.
I've had the luck last year, going a week on vacation where I had no internet, where I can only guess the server must have crashed some time during that week, because when I came back I found my loyalty intact.
80  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet on: July 10, 2020, 03:31:16 AM

I'm not sure there even was an attack, that's why I put it in quotes. I think it's just a convenient excuse to cover up their own incompetence.

Gotcha. Most of us couldn't agree more but we're solely at the mercy of whoever's running this whole thing. Anyone could curse the owner(s) for bringing the sites down at the worst time of the day but don't expect any reply from them. The only one-way communication is via the news section but that's that.

It's a badly coded server end, that's all.
The server apparently accumulates junk data over time and as that junk fills the memory of the server, after a few days it starts lagging, then doesn't count multiplier rolls correct anymore and finally the entire thing crashes.
I have no idea why the coder never bothered finding that memory leak, but apparently he prefers to let the site crash once a month or so, then clean up the server and restart it for another month or so.
