61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tactics When Market is Falling on: January 23, 2018, 08:46:14 PM
The best is to keep calm. I remember seeing that Bitcoin was once at $32, and then dropped to $2 or something. Imagine buying at $32 at that time. Any one now would kill to have bought at $32.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WILL LITECOIN RAISES TO 1000$ THIS DEC on: January 23, 2018, 07:40:02 AM
If we see another crypto media blitz definitely, because it's one of the 3 main coins on Coinbase. But with what's been happening lately, I don't think we will be seeing that.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Getting around KYC for ICOs on: January 23, 2018, 07:24:20 AM
It's an unknown middleman. I wouldn't just trust a random person who says he's from another country just like that. I mean I see that people have to worry about ICO's being a scam, and now adding another layer.

Then if legit, what if something happens to that person? What if they pass away?
64  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin To Drop As Low As $1000 This Year on: January 23, 2018, 05:03:19 AM
Personally I wouldn't be surprised. I just saw a video of guy with half a million subscribers who got into Bitcoin two months ago, because it was all over the news. I imagine that there are tens of thousands of people who are panicking right now, because they bought it while it was on its way up. People who took out loans and stuff. People who only know Coinbase, and don't even read up on Cryptos. And I imagine this could be bad for Bitcoin's price right now.

Really do feel bad for these people.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $12000 to invest in long term. Which coin? :D on: January 23, 2018, 01:44:06 AM
I see that this is from December 15, I wonder how the OP did, considering the market then and now.
66  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Guns - Why do we need them? on: January 23, 2018, 12:30:47 AM
You can't undo guns at this stage, they will be there. And the best way to protect your home if someone breaks in, is to shoot them.
67  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Biggest Problem of your Country ?? on: January 22, 2018, 10:34:02 PM
Polarization. People obsessed with politics while having the internet. The obsession and hold on their lives.
68  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why People Are Not Honest. on: January 22, 2018, 02:15:08 AM
It could be because they want something, feel entitled towards it, so any consideration towards how it might affect others doesn't even begin to process in their heads. I've noticed this in a lot of people. And it's actually different than people who will scam you for a power trip.
69  Economy / Economics / Re: Best tip on saving money on: January 21, 2018, 11:36:43 PM
Give your money to someone you can trust, that way you won't use it, and they will only give it to you when you truly need it and not to eat pizza.
70  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happen to banks? on: January 21, 2018, 11:10:38 PM
I think bank make more by lending. And the laws are such that they can lend 6 times more than they have. So if they have 6 trillion, they can lend out 36 trillion.
71  Other / Politics & Society / Re: End of the World on: January 21, 2018, 09:37:06 PM
Many people say that we are the last generation of human race. Some say that the end of the world is near. What do you think, how will the world end?
It is clear to me that the world will end at Doomsdays. Doomsday is a time when everything in this world is destroyed, I believe with the doomsday. No one knows when the doom will happen, I do not know if we are the last generation in the human race. What is clear, every second we continue to get closer to doomsday.

And I guess someone told you that right?
72  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Money 💰💰💰 on: January 21, 2018, 09:24:43 PM
I've seen that type of scenario plenty of times. Usually with one parent leaving though. And it's often time something that is necessary for the family is poor.

It happens a lot of with immigrants too, such as Mexicans for example.
73  Other / Politics & Society / Re: how to break teenage video game addiction on: January 21, 2018, 07:37:27 PM
Get rid of any gaming console present.... block their access online to most frequently visited gaming sites. Replace all this with them reading books more.

And also communication is key.... I still believe when u make them see the reasons for ur actions some will understand and adhere to the new instructions given

I think another good idea would be to get rid of their online console, get them a non online older one. A Game Cube, PS2, etc. The games are cheaper, and if it's all they have they will enjoy it just as much.
74  Other / Politics & Society / Re: how to break teenage video game addiction on: January 21, 2018, 06:46:56 PM
Are all those online community games? Block the connection to those servers at a router level.
75  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Would you eat a human? on: January 21, 2018, 06:19:54 AM
If I was stranded after a plane crash with other people, I'll just die. The only thing that might make me consider is the idea that if I died, the survivors would eat me. Then maybe I'll eat as little as possible.
76  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I Go To College ??? on: January 21, 2018, 06:09:15 AM
If I were in your position, unless I would take a year off unless a school like Harvard was calling me. Perhaps get some experience working.
77  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the common cause of poverty? on: January 21, 2018, 05:41:32 AM
Really, probably over population. The top live off the poor. But if there were less people living off the land, there would be in a sense less poverty. Simpler life, but happier.
78  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Population on: January 21, 2018, 04:25:38 AM
Probably genetic modification, to create humans that will be more careful about reproducing.
79  Other / Politics & Society / Re: purpose of life on: January 21, 2018, 03:48:00 AM
There is no purpose, because life is so raw. Imagine a Zebra getting ripped to shreds by hyenas. What's the point of such pain?
80  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think bitcoin redistributes wealth or just makes the wealthy richer? on: January 19, 2018, 03:43:42 PM
I think it definitely made those early adopters richer. Maybe later on rich people who could afford to buy Bitcoin at a higher price came along and it's made them richer. And the even richer with the power to manipulate, it will make them richer.

So all good ideas can get ruined.
