I'm very sure before bitcoin value turn to zero all alts turns to dust just like when Thanus snap his fingers and dusting happened.
"IF" that thing happens, but seems too impossible for now $3,000 is too far from zero and Im sure if bitcoin continues its price to go down there will be more people that will invest again so therefore in every price fall the price resistance gets stronger. |

Explanations like this is what most of this community needs to revive their trust to bitcoin again, what is the most important thing here is that "dont look on short term graph of crypto you are holding but look on the graph as whole.
Though we cant blame those people who buy on its peak price last december 2017, they really have a big loss right now but if they sell their bitcoin and didnt wait for a better timing they already accepted their loss and we cannot do anything about it.

because bitcoin is decentralized so it doesn't have any owner like a company behind it (similar to what altcoins have like Ripple Foundation, Ethereum foundation,...) to advertise it! bitcoin is its own advertisement when it comes to utilities, people see how it is used and then decide whether to use it or not instead of looking at some hyped up mostly fake ad and be fooled into buying bitcoin.
besides who is going to pay the fees? will you put money in advertising it since it is your own idea?
All the communtiy should donate to advertise the real btc not the hype scam one , i am sure alot of ppl here will donate to a good trustable ad campaign for advertising bitcoin only the true way Still depends on "WHO" will handle the funds for that, also I dont think that we can collect fund in this community that is enough to promote or advertise Bitcoin. But if Im one of the lucky people that is already here from the start and surely most of them already earn a lot of money from Bitcoin I will do this thing because I know that it is not for me but for the whole community. |

For me, both will stay and can survive in the future as you said that Bitcoin is the father of all crypto currency therefore most of the trust will earn by BTC like what we are seeing right now even its price falls down too much it can bounce back to a good price easily depending on the investors who really trust Bitcoin.
Actually if I can invest more on Bitcoin right now I will do it because it is a great opportunity for everyone to earn better income in the future.

Why you more optimist bitcoin will growing again to $20,000? look now how drop bitcoin price and touch under $4,000 and maybe will lower under $3,000. I think is not hope for bitcoin become stronger and higher price.
Because for me thats the trust that bitcoin needs from us, actually I dont see this as bad thing but I see this as a good opportunity to other people to invest more, imagine if you invested more instead of quiting and selling on its lowest price this year you can earn a bigger income when things go back to normal. |

There are so much bitcoin which has been lost in hard drives and flash drives, some under mining sites.

But we can see when there's have a negative news toward Bitcoin then price Bitcoin directly down, and vice versa.
So In my opinion a bad news or good news is very big impact to the price of Bitcoin.

Of course it is, that's the reason why most of us are still here because we believe that this technology will make a big change in the world in the future so if someone invest here for short term and cant take the fact of seeing the market fall down he is in the wrong place, Bitcoin and some other coin are for long term investment.

Of course most of the people will vote for "how to make money in Bitcoin" because it is the nature of people that they always want to earn on everything they work for. The thing I am most interested in Bitcoin is how to make money quickly and not have to work using energy, just sitting in front of my computer monitor to make money.

Steemit is like of a success in media, I think.
Steemit is one of the early adoptors because the founder believe in the power of crypto currency but Im not telling that FB, Twiiter etc. doesnt believe in it they are just waiting for the right time to introduce their own crypto currency they already build a huge community and they are just waiting for mass adoption on most of the people on social media. |
