I wonder if why here in our country, no company is still making this feat. Maybe there's a reason why it's not happening yet because of the fact that bitcoin is volatile. For example, if you have a salary about 1,000$/month, the risk of having its value decrease is risky.

I agree! Paying salary in bitcoin can open the door to even more possibilities. This could lead to remote, virtual work because payments will be made easier. Online businesses will benefit as well. No more PayPal! hehe..

Great news to us crypto enthusiast. By this good news, i think that more and more people motivates to work and join in  cryptocurrency by its development. I hope that many companies to come to adapt cryptocurrency for using as paying methods. But you know that we're gonna be very optimistic if we say that every country would be crypto friendly, not all governments would think alike, not all governments think like Japan, and I hope that soon enough, some countries qould start to recognize this as it can be a big help in resolving their economic problems and probably even reduce poverty.

Which factories and howmany factories i wonder. I love Japan very much, they are clever and hard work people and when i hear something about the Japan it would usually be something right and stabil. Yeah, this is the disadvantage of using Bitcoin as paying salary, it's not simply money anymore, it turns into an investment with the huge risk that could become valueless.

It would be very hard for me if i got my salary paid in bitcoin because i still need fiat money to buy all my needs daily.
if i got btc for my salary, i would sell it to fiat so i can buy anything. Except there are already shop that selling everything.
