Most often yes, but sometimes I just join ICOs due to hype for a fast cashout after ICO.

Of course, but then again ETH was a altcoin (is maybe the corect term?) before. Crypto in general should be treated carefully. I took my gambling budget and put it into crypto, still not in with the house...

My guess is that arcblock or dadi turn out to be the best ICO of february this year, but we will see.

Why would this coin be better in any way than Singularitynet? Just looking at the team for this coin, with a CEO with a deegre in marketing makes me skeptical..
But the ICO could probably be succesful in the short term.

That I bought some cheap semi illegal stuff with bitcoin in 2011.... What if I just had seen the potential and saved them instead?...

Bought some ICO simply based on hype to sell it as soon as posible after token release. But the ICOs that i bought that i will hodl until yeah better or worse, I have mainly looked at the idea and the team beheind it. If the team and idea seems good, I usually google and read everything I can about the project. If nothing alarming came up by now and I'm still intrested I read through the whitepaper and after that I usually decide if i will invest or not.

Of course! But as more people get their eyes on crypto, more scams will come up for sure. Also seemi legit companys that see an opurtrunity to get some money into the bank without any intention of going through with the crypto project.
