How to understand "Parallel blockchain smart contract"? What different beatween Ethereum, Neo and a lot of others blockchains with smartcontracts? Or is this a DAG project?
Every wallet has it's own blockchain. Any Dapp will have it's own blockchain. We have parallel blockchains all connected by a DAG system. The way Dapps are deployed on Helios will be very easy, the Dapp devs can also host their websites on the blockchain taking out the need of using servers. |

What would a truly decentralised internet mean to you?
Even the mighty Ethereum can't do it because of scalabilty problems. Correct.
Hmmm, but surely there must be a way to do it? what a massive breakthrough that would be right?? If only i could be involved with something like that at the beginning you might be thinking?
Let me just make your heart quicken, your brow might get a little sweaty. Could Helios Protocol be working on this? really? But surely a small, only just getting started project like Helios Protocol wouldn't be able to pull off something that even Ethereum can't do right?
WRONG! What would you need to make this happen? infinite scalability for a start, but does that even exist? yes it does. Parallel blockchains so you avoid clogging, does that exist? yes it does. crazily low fees and websites hosted on the blockchain instead of servers, surely not? Oh yes. Think the early days of microsoft, IBM, even bitcoin itself. Most people thought it wouldn't come to anything. But of course now they wish they bought shares back then don't they?M

hi, one of our project members seems to be having a problem with his bct account. It looks like he joined here in march, but has not posted yet. he says he is getting this message

You need to learn how to use Github, theres are commits every other day. smart contracts are imminent. which give us a real usecase. we are concentrating on the tech first before we market. no point marketing another coin with no use like most of them out there. i would suggest you go and take a look at our Github again And if you fire up an old wallet you'll find worthless erc20 tokens as we already launched mainnet. the swap ended on the 5th sept. you should have kept up with the news |

Except I'm missing something - and pardon the oversight, if so - when is the network going to support DAG? What I've seen so far is an ETH-like, so I'm curious how and when we'll be having the cross-communication with DAGs
We are Dag based now. Every wallet has it's own blockchain which are all connected to a Dag. So we are unique in that way. Taken from our website: Every wallet address has its own blockchain that contains only transactions to or from that particular wallet address. All blockchains are connected through a DAG formed by transactions. When a transaction takes place, it is only added to the blockchains of the sender and receiver. The blockchains of all other wallet addresses are entirely unaffected. This completely eliminates the bottleneck caused by requiring all transactions to be placed on a single blockchain and allows transactions between different users to occur concurrently. The transaction throughput also grows with the number of wallet addresses on the blockchain allowing it to scale indefinitely. The Helios platform will be capable of executing Solidity based smart contracts and dApps. This will allow the creation of efficient, fast, and secure decentralized solutions to vastly improve systems such as governance, financial technology, energy grids, supply chains, social networking, health care, fake news, climate change etc... Furthermore, the use of Solidity as the language will enable rapid adoption by the existing development community and seamless migration of existing dApps.
