The fact that developers on the Fragments platform can create their own apps and receive rewards for them definitely does seem very significant and make Fragments stand out from the field. Initially the focus on the mobile interface/platform did not seem like a big deal but if it can attract casual workers like you hope then this could very well be game changing, and in turn incentivize more developers to since the platform will have a much wider market. Will the MVP include the first use case as mentioned in the whitepaper?

The project is very ambitious but the whitepaper needs to be more comprehensive and more details need to be given (eg exactly how the protocols will work) on how you aim to accomplish your goals.

How will Cubex work as an investment platform and how does it intend to accomplish its aim to 'allow users to easily gain profits by trading high value coins on the biggest exchange markets'? Superblocks, stealth addresses and multi-tier masternodes make this coin stand out a little from the rest. It might benefit however from having a more interesting name.

This seems like a very interesting project that has been in development for quite a while. However it has a very long and somewhat complicated token sale structure, a little similar to EOS. After the first 5 day tranche there will still be almost a year(!) to buy the into the second tranche, so it might be a good idea to wait and see how the project develops over the coming months before thinking of investing.

If there are no commission fees how does the exchange plan on making profit? This does not appear to be covered in the whitepaper.
