i am so so much afraid with this btc price,i wont care how much it increases..but the thing i care is what if 1btc value reaches $100....then many big companys will be destroyed or will stop accepting it as payment....many btc shop will face losses

Gambling is tax-free in the UK.
A few years ago the UK government got rid of taxes for betting in real life bookies because they couldn't compete with tax-free online gambling sites based in Gibraltar and Jersey. IIRC.
Also,I just lost £20 on the Grand National on Saturday and i didn't pay tax.

   I read an article about cutting down sock-puppet account's and was wondering if this idea would work for this forum CIYAM?

 Another non-transactional application of Bitcoin is being developed by Joe Cascio, a semi-retired software engineer living in Connecticut. Cascio calls his innovation "collateralized identity," which he initially developed to address the problem of sockpuppetry on online forums. Because creating new accounts on online services is often free and easy, one individual can conjure up many different identities and use them to harass, spam, or otherwise annoy other users. Suspending sockpuppet accounts does little to address the problem because a malicious user will simply create new ones in their place.

Online forums have tried to defeat sockpuppetry by requiring account holders to use their real identities or by allowing pseudonymous usernames but charging a membership fee to deter one person from creating more than one account. But Cascio has developed a system allowing users to log into websites pseudonymously using Bitcoin addresses. What this means is that a website owner can restrict who can create an account based on the user's current Bitcoin balance, or even her balance history.

For example, a site might require that new users must have at least 30 days of a continuous balance of the Bitcoin equivalent of $100 associated with the address he is using for his ID. That $100 is not a membership fee you have to pay, only an average balance one has to carry for each account. That makes multiple accounts a very expensive proposition for malicious users, while remaining inexpensive for average users. Only because Bitcoin's ledger is public can the site verify that a user does indeed meet its collateral requirements.

"The fact that you can observe the history of a Bitcoin address is important because it means that you can't play Three Card Monte with IDs," says Cascio. Otherwise, a malicious user might simply move money around to different Bitcoin addresses before creating new accounts.

While Cascio only intended to address the sockpuppet issue, he has since discovered that his invention essentially leverages Bitcoin to create pseudonymous identities tied to something akin to publicly verifiable "credit histories"--something that has potential implications far beyond blocking Internet jerks.

Welllll ... let's see ... an average of 1 month per major theft/hack over the course of the last 5 years ... not a single major exchange has lasted through the history of bitcoin which means basically every single person involved in bitcoin has been seriously outright robbed at some point ... aaaand add to that the fact that a great majority of the bitcoin supply was effectively mined in secret at a zero value which basically renders the entire thing a pump and dump ponzi scheme ... aaaand add to that the fact that the major runup from 100ish to 1200 was done with a *billion* fake non-existent dollars perpetrated by mtgox aka the greatest single monetary theft ever perpetrated in the history of mankind beyond even the likes of madoff and enron ... the real question is ... why does positive news exist at all ? ? ?

Satoshi was walking in Bitcoinland one day when he spotted 12 Bitcoiners fishing.
As he was watching,1 of the Bitcoiners said "Let's make sure were all here,it would be a terrible shame if 1 of us has drowned!There was 12 of us left to go fishing so i'll count to make sure were all still here."So he points at them and starts counting " 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11? Oh no,1 of us has drowned,OH, NO!".
 Then another of the Bitcoiners starts counting"1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11!  Oh no 1 of us has drowned right enough"
 Soon all the Bitcoiners have counted the same way and ALL come to 11.
                                They were making a terrible noise wailing and whining.
  All the while Satoshi is watching and shaking his head in disgust at the stupidity of the Bitcoiners.Every 1 of them had forgotten to count themselves.
     So Satoshi walks down to them and asks "what's the problem Bitcoiners?Why are you making such a noise with your awful whining?"
    Oh sir they say" 12 of us went fishing,but we all count 11 of us now,1 of us must be drowned. So were wailing and whining as loud as we can,could you help us please?"
    So Satoshi say's "I'll help you.Walk past me 1 at a time."
    As Each Bitcoiner walked by Satoshi he slapped each 1 in the face."1" slap,"2" slap,"3" slap......He slapped and numbered all 12 of them.
    When he slapped the 12th Bitcoiner they all started cheering and thanking Satoshi furiously for saving 1 of them from drowning.
    "will you come to our homes and let us thank you for saving us" said the Bitcoiners.
                                           "No" said Satoshi.
 "i'm leaving Bitcoinland and i won't be back till i find 12 people in the world that are stupider than you"

  I do like the idea of a Bank set up by BTC friendly people though.
 Somewhere for BTC companies/exchanges to open FIAT accounts without fear of the account being shut down for trivial reasons is needed.
 I'm not suggesting a place to store BTC and i don't think the OP was either
