I am actually expecting to be missing the obvious, but how the heck do I get an overview of all my trades/account history in a usable format (csv or the like)?

I did eventually get a contact through a friend so now i have to go through getting a patent for this strategy and itll be presented to a hedge fund manager once the patent is in place.Right now im currently writing the presentation detail the hows and whys of how this works so fingers crossed it comes good.
They feel it has scope in currency markets as the crypto market trading pair style is very similar to forex.
a patent on a trading strategy. made my day

Hi all. As of today hitbtc.com has closed it´s official thread here on bitcointalk.org. their last post here: Re: HitBTC.com - The most advanced cryptocurrency exchange Today at 04:06:10 PM #532 Dear All,
Since October 1, 2014, we have been upgrading our Support and Public Relations service to become a single point of contact.
Now we welcome you on our Forum and Blog. In the Blog, you will find all of the HitBTC’s news and will be able to leave your comments and share the information in the media. In addition, we have launched our own Forum for all the discussions and the live communication will be available afterwards.
We are looking forward to meeting you there!
Yours HitBTC
It is ofcourse understandable that concentrating all customer relations to one single point and also being in sole controll of that venue is much more convenient for hitbtc, but I believe this is a bad move. Why? Because talking in a "public" place you can not control gives a lot of weight of what you say there. Generally I believe hitbtc is doing a good job at running their exchange but there have been issues and questions raised over time which should be adressed in public (e.g.: trading volume questions, several technical hic-ups, organisational questions). Sure, these and similar discussions have been had with any other exchange too, but in my eyes every business doing bitcoin related things which require the aquisition and ongoing justification of user trust (aka deposits) should expect to be subject to discussion right here (and on reddit...). Being able to react to public user issues in one trusted place is a good thing. Trying to evade this publicity will not work, but just spark hysteria and wild theories as soon as the most miniscule problem is experienced by any one user and posted here because bitcoiners are as nervous as a flock of henns on cocaine. Any other views on this? In a way

I still can't get over this volume..
Where has it all come from?
There's no major news from what I can tell, it all seems to be from a speculation of a trend reversal.
I'm thinking maybe a lot of people believe we hit bottom, and are looking for entry. Or maybe all the major news over the past 6 months, not priced in yet. all my trading and price developement understanding comes only from bitcoin, but imho "News" start to be priced in just before they become "News". As soon as everybody knows (/thinks/believes/fears/hopes) something it is already in the price.

repeating my previous request for public comment on change in beneficary when depositing fiat.
(please use basic logic to work out that this can not be dealt with in a private email. So no need to ask me to email support. ok?)
new question: what happened to the trading pair of EUR/USD? I moved some of my EUR balance to USD but now can not trade it back to EUR. Is EUR/USD coming back and what about other trading pairs? Are some going to go too?
HerrAndreas.

request for public statement:
Hi hitbtc crew,
the withdrawal issues have been taken care of very swiftly. Thanks for that.
I would like to get a statement from you concerning the change of beneficary for fiat deposits.
thanks in advance,
HerrAndreas.

crap, sold and took my money off exchange at 330 before 270 dip....
i'm an idiot trader--now i'm sending fiat back for a loss.
anyone think this might be a bull trap so I don't feel so foolish...?
Nothing better than traders losing money. Don´t worry dyland, your loss was somebodyelses gain. it will always be a zero-sum game. and if you want any advice: never mount a rising horse.

previously (since yesterday) pending btc withdrawals have been canceled and returned to main account balance. Just tried a new withdrawal request which does show up in the blockchain. Will check the total amount, but looks positive at first glance. Guys, you have some public relations work ahead to explain what the hell happened last sunday and monday. greetings to Talinn, London and everywhere else (aka Panama ), HerrAndreas.

you might be around the for some time even if your account does not show that, but in the face of serious transfer hold-ups "keep cool" from a forum-nobody is the last thing anyone needs to hear. My most humble apology. I am deeply ashamed for my hybris. How could I, a minor creature in the forum, dare to have an opinion? And even express this! As punishment I'll post "I must not be cheeky" a hundred times. Then I will be a full member dont get all snivelly. it´s just not about you. The situation is serious and funds are out of control of users for an extended period of time. Meanwhile the "account" tab is not loading at all (at least for me). I see no adequate response from the hitbtc side. This looks nasty ladies and gentlemen. edit: btc withdrawals seem to work again. At least the ones made now. Yesterdays withdrawals still are marked as "pending". Let´s see how that evolves.

@HitBTC I must inform authorities if the money is not credited to my account by tomorrow 5pm. keep cool. hitbtc is a legit exchange, just having some technical problems with their update. HitBTC is constantly improving the platform to make it even more convenient for our customers. The software upgrade we are working on requires additional time as we had a minor failure at one of our datacenters and we need to make sure that everything works perfectly. All your funds are kept safe and secure and all withdrawals and deposits will be processed as soon as we complete the upgrading. keep cool? you might be around the for some time even if your account does not show that, but in the face of serious transfer hold-ups "keep cool" from a forum-nobody is the last thing anyone needs to hear. What is actually needed is a reaction which goes beyond marketing quotes. Just imagine phoning up your broker to place a position and all you get for an answer "we are updating our systems" for more than an entire trading day. This unexpected and unannounced "system upgrade" is costing me dearly in reaction speed and with that some money already. Previous performance of hitbtc was good and professional, but the current situation is not good at all and some clear statement about what is exactly going on and what exactly is being done to resolve the situation. As I know the people involved at hitbtc are experienced in setting up working exchange platforms for others and also know the real world of trading, so they must be aware what this means for the people who trust them with their money.

As the main account balances were showing again, I transferred some funds there and tried to withdraw them. The withdraw transfers showed up as successful, but are now stuck in the "pending" state. This is making me feel rather uneasy.
So I´d like to know what is going on.
Are you patching the servers for the bash bug or is there another problem?
HerrAndreas.

Can you process transfer requests sent to you by email in the meantime?
I sent you a support request, but got only an automatic reply. Since the situation is like that since minimum yesterday evening, this is starting to slow down my trading.
HerrAndreas.
Dear HerrAndreas, Unfortunately, the manual fund transfer is also not possible at the moment. Our Tech Department is doing their best to resolve this issue and is communicating with HitBTC customers via our Support Team. Please check your email - most probably the Support office has answered your request. Regards, The HitBTC Team the situation is severe. At the moment hitbtc.com is an island not connected to the outside at all. We have seen such situations before in the history of bitcoin exchanges and they do have a strong tendency not to end well.
