61  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin surpassed $300 USD. on: March 07, 2016, 03:36:26 AM
I really don't know what future holds for us, but as for now its above 400 and that is the good sign for us, lets hope that it will continue to rise even in future as we have high expectations from bitcoins.
62  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: March 06, 2016, 01:05:32 PM
I wish I could live on bitcoin period. I would love to buy or build my own house with bitcoin and travel with it. I would love to be a bitcoin buff, using bitcoin for everything but I am a long way off that. Smiley
bitcoin is currently not able or not support to do as it. seems. you must convert it first to fiat. to build a house or other activity,
bitcoin still not used mate

That's wrong, on america or europe, some people/merchants/company already accept bitcoin as payment method.
So, it's possible to use bitcoin for daily usage. You also can buy villa or travel and pay with bitcoin.

That's good to hear but not the same case in other countries, as we don't find any shop that accepts bitcoin, so thinking of buying a villa or car is something really difficult to believe and it would take really a very long time.
63  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: March 06, 2016, 01:02:32 PM
I will choose bank as I think still banks are much safer then bitcoin wallet, no doubt bank have control on my money but If my bank account gets hacked or I loose money, bank will surely help in recovering my money, and if I loose my bitcoins from bitcoin wallet, I loose everything.
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: March 06, 2016, 01:00:16 PM
People are still used to using physical money (fiat) than digital money.

There's still a lot of people that having a hard time using computer,if they cant use a computer, how will they use bitcoin?

With fiat, you could just give the money and boom, transaction done.
hey mate, you can using your smartphone to using bitcoin and transact. very easy as using in a computer. digital era will to begin. prepare yourself mate!

Some people is stopping bitcoin of using it, because they just afraid to lose there money and they don't know how to use it.
That is why the new generation is better for them to use bitcoin and lack of business adoption is also the reason for it.

Yeah, the main issue is lack of awareness and knowledge among the people and that is the reason they prefer to stay away from bitcoins, as they have a fear of loosing their money in long term.
65  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: March 06, 2016, 12:58:46 PM
Indeed, this is really the year of the bitcoin,we started this year with a bang...bitcoin's price survive the two events that gets into its way last January and recovered again, developments are still on its way in the coming months I think..

It can be the year of bitcoin. For sure this year is special.  Since the price already get a boost end of december.
Now we are all waiting what the block halving will do with the price. Will it influence the price at all or not.

Yeah, I think we can expect some good news in this year, as halving is also near by so 2016 will bring some good and surprising news related to its value and we are very positive about that.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do people around you think about Bitcoin ? on: March 06, 2016, 12:54:48 PM
People around me think that it is a waste of time and money, and bitcoin holds no great future ahead, they find it illegal as Government as not made any official announcement about it.
67  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: March 06, 2016, 12:53:00 PM
Worst mistake was to gamble with it.
yeah almost everyone mistake is gamble. it proves that gambling only harms. and the only people who really fortunate to be won

Yeah, majority of us have gambled their bitcoins when we were new into bitcoin world, as we wanted to make quick money, and gambling with bitcoins is very easy, so we all tried our luck on it, but majority of us have lost.
68  Other / Off-topic / Re: What else besides Bitcoin r u doing to make money online? on: March 06, 2016, 12:51:18 PM
as far as online money earning i am only earning through bitcoin. i wish other methods was good earning but they are all dust, at least the things that i have done so far which i gave up as soon as i started with bitcoin.

Yeah I think other sites will only make you false promises to make money online, majority of them are fraud and ponzi which asks for investments at initial stage, so its better to stay away from them and concentrate only on earning bitcoins.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: March 06, 2016, 12:49:10 PM
Probably the long and exhausting confirmation time, I really sometimes need to wait for hours to get confirmations when there is a spam attack on the network... The volatility is part of the system so don't find it that annoying.

I guess deleyment in confirmation is not a big issue.  I think the biggest problem is that a lot of people still don't want to use it instead of the money we have now, i hope this will change in the future as people will realize that bitcoins are much better than fiat

That's true and every time confirmations are not delayed, I have experienced that issue very few times, but I am ok with it, as you cannot start hating bitcoin for only that reason, as bitcoin is providing us some great benefits.
70  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: March 06, 2016, 12:47:34 PM
I think its hard to convince a woman to use bitcoin as it is still not that mainstream...
It still has less store to buy things that women needed but if that girl is updated with the latest online and have some business that bitcoin can accommodate then i think its easy to convince them...

I think if we can find many stores that accepts bitcoins, then women would be aware that they can pay in bitcoins too and I think that will motivate them to learn and start  earning bitcoins.
71  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make 17 BTC out of 7 BTC ? on: March 02, 2016, 10:07:39 PM
I would simply try my luck on gambling, as I think that is the best way to earn some quick bitcoins, I know gambling is risky, but If I am holding 7 btc in my wallet, I would take a chance for sure.

Seriously? Gambling is a last resort for me. If I can do without gambling, that would be great. I would rather do altcoin or forex trading with this money, or loan it out on poloniex with no risk. Although the returns are pretty low compared to what you can get from gambling, at least you have a lesser chance of bustin' it all. Undecided

Yeah gambling is the worst thing to go for, as you would loose everything, if you have good knowledge of trading then you can go for it, or simply hold for next few months that would be safe and most profitable.
72  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: March 02, 2016, 10:05:40 PM
Its is indeed smart to not sell any coin. And that is quite good. the value now is not that high to sell it so that is good.
I think its better if you wait a little longer than you can sell it with profit and that is very goo.

Yes, patience pays, just hold your coins for next couple of months until the halving occurs, its not the best time to sell now, as the price is not the best one, but if you wait little longer, you can sell it for best price.

Halving issue again. The price today is far away from halving effect so we can still make some profits and if halving comes more additional profits. I will not wait such as halving months to make profit. I can wait there while making profits in today's price movement.

Yes, if the present price of bitcoin is higher then what you bought in the past, I think you should sell your coins without waiting for the future, as you can again buy it when the price falls down.

If you just hold your bitcoin and keep it idle, it will loose all its value in long run, as we want that the price of bitcoin should be higher in future, and that is only possible if you spend your bitcoins.
73  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: March 02, 2016, 10:03:51 PM
In 10 years, btc price raise more %, we have 3 halvings!

But the major thing to consider is whether bitcoin will survive for next 10 years? Don't you think there would many new and innovative digital currencies by then which can easily replace bitcoins.
74  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: March 02, 2016, 10:01:42 PM
If you buy now and hold it till halving that can be good idea, as the price would be higher at the time of halving so even if you sell your bitcoin then you can get good profits only in 4 months.
75  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: March 02, 2016, 09:59:56 PM
Bitcoin will be the future currency and it will get on mainstream when we find more users adopting bitcoins, and that is surely possible in future as the users of bitcoin have increased in recent times.
76  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: March 02, 2016, 09:58:04 PM
Investing in the bitcoin is very good, only a little amount is already enough if you ask me due to the point the bitcoin will got to a high amount.
I think investing with the money you have in the bitcoin can be good because bitcoin can collapse but the next few years this will not happen.
Generally speaking, I agree with you, if someone spend in bitcoin is good but not spend all of what he has!

I think that's correct, always have few coins on safer side, as we don't know where bitcoin will reach in future, so its better to have few coins in cold storage and don't touch it unless the price reaches to your satisfaction level.
77  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: March 02, 2016, 09:56:10 PM
If the value reaches to millions then I believe 10 btc is enough for me to live a good life after retirement, as I don't have a lavish lifestyle, so I think 10 btc would take best care of me.
78  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: March 02, 2016, 09:54:38 PM
Its not smart now to spend your Bitcoin. The value is now quite low so it is not smart to do that. Otherwise you wont get much money for it.
You also can see that the price is rising slowly now and that is very good. Maybe you can have some profit later in the future.
There is always a question for me that what is the normal price and when the price is low and which what criteria do people say price is high or low.

Correct, no one can predict that what is the lowest price or what is the higher price of bitcoin, as it keeps on moving up and down on daily basis, there is no such right time to buy or sell I guess.
79  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: March 02, 2016, 09:52:55 PM
Its better to save money ofcourse. But you can also invest. Without invest you cant get the money and that is not good.
Both is very good. And saving money is the best thing. So you will have always money for later or something
Inflation can eat your money if you do not investing at least you must save it using something like bitcoin or gold or.. that is some type of investing.

Yeah saving will not help you in long run, as you need to also calculate the inflation rate of future, so its better to invest a part of money into bitcoins or may be stocks.
80  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: March 02, 2016, 09:51:32 PM
I spend a lot, I spend when I need fiat currency, so I convert my bitcoins to my local currency, as if I am in need of money I will not look at the price of bitcoin, I would simply sell it.
