I'm trying to connect to the wallet with m7m cpu miner I have created noblecoinpos.conf with following content listen=1 daemon=1 server=1 rpcuser= rpcpassword= rpcport=55883 rpcthreads=8 rpcallowip=192.168.*.*
but i get connection refused, json rpc call failed
somebody any idea what i'm doing wrong ?
please change port number to 55881. Changed the port but still not working, I've opened the port in the firewall Want to share your command line? Works for me, just switched from wallet mining to the bat file minerd.exe -u xxxx -p xxxxx -o 192.168.1.222:55881 thats all

Swap went great, kudos to all people who put there time in it. Been mining with 4 cores but had no luck yet. I'll keep my wallet open as long as possible. Very excited with all the new development for this coin. Once again, a big thank you to the nobl team
Is it possible to mine with multi-cpu miner ?

Is there still interest in this? Utahjohn and.... :-D I could dedicate some time to finish the opensource kernel v2 if it's worth.
Oh, i'm totally interested Thanks for your great work btw

staking works nice with this coin. Is there a rich list ? Dunno you had a pool, I'll mine some more

Miners do seem to be living the good life right now. They get 100% of all the coins, while everyone else gets nothing. It would be nice if everyone who helped in any little way could get some coins.
I'm not sure how that would be possible.
Miners do not get the coins for free, they invest in electricity and mining hardware, When buying you'll probable get them cheaper than mining especially in places where electricity is expensive

We could always ask ghostlander who is the developer of neoscrypt to switch us to a orbitcoin clone It would get us of scrypt and back into POS in no time Ghostlander took Orbitcoin as a testcase for a scrypt pow/pos to neoscrypt pos/pow, More info in this thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=586674.0block hashing is BLAKE2s PoW hashing is NeoScrypt PoS hashing is SHA-256d POS is way better for the enviroment than POW, you should use that electricity to actually grow plants instead of mining with an energy wasting algorithm

Just a quick update.
My 290x died yesterday (this card lasted only about a month) so, I'm afraid that the work on the new kernel is going to be delayed until I get a new one from the RMA process.
Also, nonce-pool sent me code that improves the interaction of the KHC Wallet with their stratum pools so, I'm thinking about releasing Wallet 0.4.1 just to include his code change.
My 280X and 270 die every 4-5 days. Eh ? I have those and until now none have died The fans on the cooler are another story, i have a steady stream of replacement coolers coming in from aliexpress/china Maybe has something to do with --gpu-fan 100 LOL When i replace fans i use the opportunity to mount better thermal pads and use arctic paste to remount the cooler, vrm's are often badly covered by the thermal pads This algo gets my cards really hot

I'm getting around 240 - 247 per 280x clocked 1000/1050 vddc 1100 still problems with keeping the heat on my cards down, secondary card hits 90+ in a couple of minutes

I have setup a p2pool for this coin running on a win 8.1 platform. I had to combine the p2pool code from linked67@github and the darkcoin-subsidy-python module from the darkcoin p2pool to make something working.
p2pool address berbip.mine.nu:28741
when using sgminer add --no-extranonce to your config file.
Since this is a test there are zero pool fees. I'll be running the pool for the next 24hrs before deciding to put it permanently online or use it for internal mining.

Is it possible to run a cannabiscoin p2pool on windows ? Are there any instructions available.

145 kh/s with 280x set correct shaders lower your memory as much as you can and lower your voltage, lowers power and heat, no impact on performance currently running 1020/720mem 1100 vddc

Great, thank you for your effort. This will make p2pool development easier.

Stratum port is officially open on 3390.
I'm getting one accepted every 9 minutes or so on that port

Block# 216404. It syncs and confirms transactions when new blocks are mined. Swap is ok (we just get unconfirmed coins as there's currently no mining)
Well now the darn wallet won't even connect. Will someone please pm me nodes? Your wallet should sync now, as I'm mining a bit lol! (at least your limbo'd coins should confirm) You may stop mining, all is well, thank you Coinswap done.
