61  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: STAKE IS SCAM ($12,000) on: March 14, 2024, 10:32:14 AM
@KosherMania

Can you please PM me your Stake username?

Thank you for stepping in and lending a hand. If I may jump in so that your contact at Stake can get this info right away, in case OP goes away for a few days, I believe his Stake username is roblator according to his complaint on AG.

Thanks, forwarded - my Stake people are at the other end of the world, so I guess I will only hear back in a day or so.

Guess what... Punt, the "Biggest Crypto Casino", is now a sweepstakes casino... without telling anyone, of course - they simply closed shop, I don`t know if it`s the same people, or if they sold the domain, whatever. (I guess it`s run by the same people).

Punt.com isn`t the biggest crypto casino anymore though... now they are the #1 Social Casino! Cheesy

This space is crazy...

First month of prediction competition is over after 4 rounds played and we can see first five places that won rewards.
I expected easy 3:0 win for Inter today, but I was seconds away from winning first place yesterday in Napoli vs Juventus match.
My prediction was 1:1 draw and it was this result until 88th minute when stupid penalty for Napoli happened, Oshimen missed it, but Raspadori managed to score for 2:1 final score.
Congratulations csmiami for winning first place this time.

Congrats to csmiami, GosuMaePh, BlagiUzas, nbx1 & Gladiator.  Smiley

Please send your bitcoin addresses via telegram or via PM on Bitcointalk.

I am super busy these days but I will get the next round going asap and of course, notify you GOSUS.
67  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Kineko.com Withdrawal in status pending 3 month on: February 28, 2024, 10:57:28 AM
Probably try taking the issue to their License provider, maybe that could force them to quickly resolve your delayed withdrawal problem. The casino is also listed on btcgosu.com. Talk to efialtis and see if he can help you encourage them to solve the problem.
This is the thread - ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ THE ULTIMATE BITCOIN CASINO GUIDE ⭐ CRYPTO AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR 🏆

its actually sites like BTCGOSU  that introduce some bad casinos or scam casinos
if you looks at the homepage of BTCGOSU its obvious they  show on top whowever pays them more commission
also they have this website kineko too  . just look to the Ratings  they gave Fortunejack
and we all know almost everybody have problems with that casino and difficult to cashout from it

they should be ashamed.

This is funny, for what it is worth, I like to thing that I am running the most honest and objective crypto casino guide in the world.

Thank you guys.  The last withdrawal was done in a couple hours. Problem solved.

First of all, I am happy that this was solved. I have just returned from a few days off and only saw your PM a minute ago.

Not sure if anyone cares but I just received an email from Rocketpot asking for verification documents - looks like they are now forcing everyone to go through KYC, otherwise account(s) will remain closed/locked.

@Jackbit That`s a strange "behavior" - why would you tell a player he is restricted from betting on your site when you don`t have the respective county listed as restricted in your terms? Also, back when we requested information about restricted countries/geos, Russia was not included in the list that you gave us.

@brAcckii I am sorry about it but the best we can do is take a look at terms + request lists of restricted countries/geos from operators

I don't want to be rude but since you have some reliable contacts, can you please ask them, why did they leave this forum? They were very active till 2020 and I am sure this forum played a role in their success, I simply don't understand why they left this forum while almost every competitor is still here.
I have to say it is unfortunate to see them inactive, started from when they stopped the signature campaign few years back.
Actually they can hire someone to handle and manage their ANN thread, they have some staffs as support so I think one of them can be asked to manage this thread.
I believe it is not that hard to do it, showing activities by bumping the thread with some news such as promotion or updates regularly will be better than nothing.
Of course many people wondering about their inactivity, but I believe they are not leaving this forum completely.
OP was online yesterday, means that they are still monitoring their ANN thread but rare to post something here.

Funny that you are asking just now - why you might be wondering? Because I met them in person just a couple of days ago in London (iGB/ICE conference) and I have only good words to share about them - we have had a great discussion about the industry in general and talked about many things. We didn`t really talk much about Bitcointalk though.

By the way, Bitsler were not only present at the conference, they even had their own booth (for the 1st time ever), which is amazing!

Us, here on Bitcointalk, we tend to "overrate" the value of this forum for gambling advertisement but I will have to agree of course that bumping your thread every once in a while would make sense.

Many new casinos were added in recent weeks/months - not all of them are great!  Wink

https://www.btcgosu.com/review/dailyspins-casino/ - Metaspins sister casino, trust them for sure

Like a twin sister. Smiley At first glance, only the colors are different. I like Metaspins, I play there sometimes, one of the few places where there are no restrictions on slots for me, I can play them all. They also have nice bonuses occasionally and often give some free spins.

The first deposit bonus with x40 rollover and 200 spins looks like a pure classic. With a bit lower rollover I wouldn't think twice about trying them, but like this, I will have to think about it.

Yeah and another difference (they said) is that Dailyspins accepts FIAT payments.

Well - a very quick response right here, can`t believe I haven`t posted any updates for 2 weeks... Cheesy

Anyway, letting you know that there are "big" things going on in the background - BTCGOSU will soon be available in many more languages. Smiley

On a different note, I will soon post a list of recently added pages/posts since we never stop adding more and more cool stuff! Smiley

There is no mention about payments on rules page, so are you paying rewards to winners in Bitcoin or players can choose something else?

Good luck everyone!

OP reached out to me via PM and of course I will try to help. Smiley

The welcome package doesn't mention about forfeiture of both bonus balance and initial deposit when a player do not meet the wager requirement. Can you also share the image the chat support sent that's supposed to explain the way a player loses the initial deposit? - it's the "45.png". What I saw from their general terms and conditions on bonuses that's related to the case is this

Quote
2.3 ”Real Money” - ......... If a Real Money deposit is tied to a Bonus, for example from a promotion, and you withdraw your Real Money before the Wagering Requirements of the underlying Bonus have been met, you will forfeit your Bonus and any winnings from this Bonus.

It's just the bonus and related winnings.

That`s also what I saw when checking the bonus terms and that made me reach out to our 500 Casino contact via email, asking how they handle the forfeiture of a bonus. I haven´t heard back but will jump in as soon as they respond.

On a general note - some more info about the scenario could be helpful, such as the actual balance when the bonus was canceled etc.

as I love to earn some passive income.

The point of all the casino businesses is to offer you entertainment and thrill in exchange for money, not to make you money. I'm not gonna bash that casino or tell you not to play it, I'm just telling you to be mindful about the role that we, as operators, play in the field. Play only with the money that you can afford to lose and don't expect big wins or any type if income from a casino operator.

Babygun is talking about divedend-based casinos, I like them as well. It's a nice combination, we play for fun & entertainment, but at the same time, we are mining house tokens that will give us some passive income over time.

I checked Scorpion Casino but didn't see anything about their token. As Efi wrote they will probably just have a "presale of their token for future passive income". Their "Shop" is interesting I must admit, probably there we can use their house tokens.

Yeah, info about that can be found here: https://presale.scorpion.casino/
78  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why they need a license if bitcon is not money? on: January 21, 2024, 11:47:20 AM
Seriously guys... crypto casinos going with Curacao licenses, this doesn`t have anything to do with governments... you don`t seem to be getting the point.

Unfortunately, this seems to become yet another spam thread.

I have been reading all the answers from the community, and your comment is the only one that doesn't have sense at all... If Curacao licenses doesn't have anything to do with governments, then why people don't get a license from their own country?

The point here is simple, there are a bunch of business who find a gap in the legal system. Decide to play it smart and put the rules on the table about how crypto gambling should work on a legal way. And from my point of view is a bad joke that someone who lives in Australia have their servers on India and their Gambling license from Curacao.

I mean, i can open a casino and say it will operate under the "United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea", where there is no jurisdiction.

This is not a spam thread, is a good discussion, and i enjoy reading all your points of view.

This is funny - no offense.

You are not going for a freaking Curacao license because your government requires you to do so when you are running a crypto gambling operation - a crypto gambling operation is illegal pretty much anywhere in the world, in the first place. Your government would not allow you to offer gambling if/when you are not licensed in the US, EU, or anywhere - based on your location. Let`s take Germany for example - there are very few German licenses given and if you aren`t holding any of these, your gambling operation is illegal - it`s as simple as that. The reason for that is that you would not be granted a German gambling license for a crypto gambling business.

I have stated this before: There are dozens of unlicensed operators being sued in Germany and forced to refund €€€€ to players whose money they took without holding a valid license.
79  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wolf.bet not paying out winnings (at the moment) on: January 21, 2024, 11:38:52 AM
I have notified Wolf.Bet and honestly, that`s the most honest gambling operation I`ve ever come across - they are waiting to hear back from the game provider, it`s as simple as that. It`s the weekend, so please give them some time, as inconvenient as it may be. I guarantee you, OP, that you will get your funds if everything is OK. Smiley
