Hello.

I have been using my Kineko.com account since March 2023. My activity is only in their sportsbook. At the moment, I have 2 successful withdrawals, where the processing time has reached a maximum of 2-3 days. Now I have problem with withdrawal.
On November 27,  I initiated a withdrawal of $ 5,564.06, waited 3 days and after the money didn’t come to me, I started to write to the support. I tried to get an answer via online chat, but the guys just passed my requests to the management team. After 6 days, they asked me to send documents (IBAN, passport and proof of address). I provided all the documents on December 6 and after that silence. I wrote many times to them, asking what I can do to make the process faster and still no answer. There is no communication between the clients and the support. It looks like a scam company.

Two months ago I created complain to askgamblers, but Kineko.com didn't answer me. Today I saw that in other complains Kineko answered, so i decided to create topic on this forum.
Maybe someone know what I need to do to get my money.

Probably try taking the issue to their License provider, maybe that could force them to quickly resolve your delayed withdrawal problem. The casino is also listed on btcgosu.com. Talk to efialtis and see if he can help you encourage them to solve the problem.

What other measures have you taken besides what you've mentioned OP? 3 months seems to be a really long time for something like that, I think that there should be a way to litigate them or do some criminal investigation, you know threatening most of these casinos with legal action because they've been indifferent about your issue for a long time will make them process your request so fast. Do what @Bitcoin_Arena is advising first though, that's the peaceful route.

OP has been online even today but no update from him. I haven't even seen him try to do what other members suggest him to do. Maybe he just decided to give up on the issue. In my opinion, I would just avoid using the casino to prevent similar scenarios.

Thank you that you're interesting in this case. I send message to efialtis, but did’t get any reply.  How do you think I need  post in his topic?
The thing is, I've never been in a similar situation. Usually the withdrawals go through without any problems.



Thank you, everyone. Kineko.com team made the withdrawal after 3 months.

Now I initiated the last withdrawal ($ 4586.07) once again, last funds from the balance. Let's see how long the withdrawal takes this time.

its actually sites like BTCGOSU  that introduce some bad casinos or scam casinos  
if you looks at the homepage of BTCGOSU its obvious they  show on top whowever pays them more commission
also they have this website kineko too  . just look to the Ratings  they gave Fortunejack
and we all know almost everybody have problems with that casino and difficult to cashout from it

My withdrawal is for $11,300. Never experienced this type of delay and lack of communication. Any ideas how I can prompt a response? I see this thread is now over 120 days I will start a new one as suggested.

This casino has four more unsolved scam accusations on Askgambler and I don't think it's a good casino to play on.
Not sure how do you guys find these unnamed casinos while there are a lot of reputed casinos online.
Anyway, consider writing a detailed thread and send a private message to efialtis and see if he has any contact with this company. He may help you if he can.

... This has never happened to me before. I deposited my BTC and played the slot games, had fun then attempted to withdrawal, have offered KYC documents via chat but told they don't need them.... At a loss...

At 4 days, I would still give them the benefit of the doubt. From time to time account checks happen which may not be completed quickly esp if it's all manual.

However, if your case starts to drag on-- which I surely hope not--, start making noise in other places as well like casino.guru, askgamblers, etc.

I have had a message stating I have multiple accounts see screenshot...this is a scam I only have this account and have only played the slots I can provide evidence via BTC transactions, bank statements, IP logs etc.. I have one username and one password. I have received a reply from both sunseven-nv and ANTILLEPHONE N.V. the casino license holders that are associated with kineko.com and both deny them as being licensed by them (so who is the license with, ask gamblers and casinoguru pages for kineko.com has sunseven-nv listed)
When you make such claims, it's very important you include screenshots of the emails you received, otherwise no one will take you seriously.  I also suggest you open up a complaint on either askgambers or casinoguru against Kineko if you feel you are really innocent

Do not play on this site it is a SCAM!!!! I am livid even offering to negotiate a settlement amount if they cannot afford to pay the full winnings. Having read so many complaints about this site let's finally thoroughly investigate them, their licences and their patterns of practices in denying withdrawals to stop anyone else being scammed by their operation. I shall be informing each casino game operator i.e. pragmatic play, betsoft etc... I understand from another player that they provide convincing evidence of player abuse or malpractice which is obviously fake and that this evidence is denied to the player. It will be important that as many affiliates are also informed of their license issues and malpractice. Hope this all makes sense, am writing this whilst still very upset

Saplings, where do you even find that info about antillephone? I can't find they have a seal of validation from antillephone at the bottom of their page. And looking around, I believe they're registered to Costa Rica, under Anjouan?
