Almost all mining OS I know supports mixture of graphics cards and they work very well, you can mix radeon gpu with nvidia gpu, it's just that I prefer separating radeon from nvidia, they works better but in your own case you can mix RX580 or any other radeon gpu

Where did you get the information that amepay is going to binance exchange? Or you are just making a guess? It's true the team have plans to list on other top exchanges but no news about the exchanges yet I believe, the price will dump that's certain and if the project is good enough it will recover later

Also what type of amd driver you loaded for the RX580? There are few bad radeon drivers that aren't good for mining out there too, I'm sure you can figure the problem out, do not give up and be willing to do some troubleshooting yourself

Hope your AMD CPU has no Integrated GPU? That can cause some conflicts with the RX580, I'm sure if you change the motherboard the problem will be solved, can you find an extra motherboard to test the card in? Are you also up for new OS? If you have a pen driving lying around you can load Linux OS on the pen drive or HiveOS, this can fix the problem too

Stable coins is a must, to be fully prepared for buying and selling strategy (trading) you have to be fully into stable coins, they really come in handy and USDT for example is the biggest and it's also available on many top and small exchanges

Stellar is very identical to ripple and I believe that's why many developers don't see interest in stellar? There might be dump once trading starts on bkex exchange because of bounty hunters but we are in good market season, amepay won't find it hard to recover, I still remember Youengine, a project that doesn't raise enough money in IEO, after the massive dump from bounty hunters it recovers to 0.02$ in just few weeks

Good thinking OP, if one looks into privacy coins use cases it's a better fit for decentralized exchanges than CEX, in near future privacy coins will might be forced out of every centralized exchanges but DEX just suit them better like you said, delisting won't stop privacy coins and the hate and unacceptable acts from centralized exchanges will even make privacy coins more noticeable

Polkadot is really good to be honest, I'm sure it's future performance will be big and may probably take over the position of few top altcoins too, another great project from 2020 is Avalanche, honestly I don't expected new projects to be this capable, either ways it feels damn good and I hope more good projects will find their ways here this 2021

Altcoin season can only be delayed if Bitcoin still remains bullish, another thing to worry about is bitcoin dominance, I'm guessing things will change before first quarter runs out hopefully, if Bitcoin still have some power left all we have to do is wait, higher bitcoin goes the better for altcoin
