Unlucky, i didn't hit payout x25, Not my day.
You need to fix sistem deposit. Its really take long times to being credited to my account.
Then i cant see where is history my deposit. I know you are new of casino, there is so many feature must be fixed and added.
Thanks for your suggestion. We actually think about implementing an instant deposit system, so that this waiting problem can be avoided. And also the transaction history which is important for players to check their deposits. |

Yes, due to transaction fee and also giving out free faucet, we have to put a minimum limit for withdrawal, otherwise there will be people who just continue collecting faucet and withdraw only. If there’s no faucet, then lowering the limit might be an option.
Yes, you have shown up a good point. But it could be considered at more there is no minimum but withdrawal amount should be bigger than transaction fees. btw 0.001btc is not also a big amount. And it would be best if there were a currency exchange way there. Do you plan to add some altcoins? like eth, ltc, dash are the first choice, or it will have only BTC since the site name is "satoshi" dice. Thanks for your interest in playing with altcoins. As answered in few previous posts, we will plan to add more altcoins for our players to enjoy. Despite having the name "satoshi" which might make one thinks we only accept Bitcoin, we believe that other crypto plays an important role in the current development of the industry, and so we feel that we should add more crypto for a much diverse gameplay. |

Then there is no minimum withdraw should be applied.  BTW I faced a little problem during playing that my bet history does not update automatically. when I reload the page it updated. But not automatically. So maybe it should be solved if there is any problem there. No need for a minimum amount so any amount you deposit will do. I just checked the site on looking around the chatbox but surprisingly there is a user who is spamming the chatbox by posting referral link of other sites so many times. This kind of thing should be minimized as it is against the rules. Is there any chat moderators? This site is still on its beginning phase, still many things that can be added or upgraded. Give them some more time in order to give what user's want to see on the site. I'm pretty sure they have many homeworks and plans on what to do. They must have their priorities on which ones that should be done earlier and which ones later. Of course, they are open for any suggestions and feedback. well sad man . infact using btc alone is what makes them unique because btc is related to thier site name which is satoshi ( the founder of bitcoin ) . also almost all gambling site have also started with bitcoin and it takes along time before they add another coin then takes time again to add another and so on ... on the other hand , bitcoin is not a bad coin to use for gambling . we people use btc before on almost anything and we dont have complaints but let say some people have complaints , still they continue using btc Definitely. Quite some players actually asked us if we will add more crypto. The answer is Yes, we will add more later down the road. Although our site name is related to Satoshi the founder (not affiliated to him/her) who invented BTC, today more businesses and merchants are accepting other crypto as well since the current development of cryptocurrency is quite diverse. You guys did a wonderful job and i love the aspect of your site been so greatly mobile friend than others gambling site i have used before but I couldn't see the button to lower the game sounds and it will nice if that's is included cause some people may like to gamble without people around knowing what they are doing.
Currently there is no button to adjust the volume, because we assumed that players would use their devices volume button to adjust it. However, we will consider adding a mute button, since muting on player's device might be a bit troublesome considering that players will need the device's sound to do something else. |

The website's quite good! The design is pleasant, the website's user-friendly, and registration is simpler than usual. The overall experience reminds of Primedice. What is missing is an autobet mode, but I think it was probably the choice not to include that. I claimed the faucet money and tried playing. It's good that even though the faucet says that the balance has to be empty if you end up with an amount smaller than a minimum bet but not zero, you can claim the faucet again. Although I guess it means that the error description should be adjusted and that something like 'The balance should be less than a minimum bet amount to claim the faucet'.

Feel free to suggest anything you think can be improved in this ANN thread. The site is at very basic level with no Auto betting option as you mentioned. I think you should include other casino games too, other than dice only because this way you can attract a lot of gamblers towards your site. However, I understand its just a beginning and I hope you will emerge as one of the leading gambling sites in future. This means, we must see and check by ourselves, does our bet hit the jackpot or not? I know, we can just use bot and make them stopped when rolled 8888 (we still need to check the number "8" before the hash though), but it would be better if that's automatically, don't you agree?
The jackpot is automatically handled by the system, as stated in the site jackpot popup. Once you hit 8888 and the betID has number 8 (before the first dash), the jackpot will automatically be release and reflected in your balance instantly. |

Weren't you suppose to discuss with your legal department about trademark issues with using the Satoshidice name? Satoshidice was pretty much the very first dice site ever created on Bitcoin network and it was very successful and sold for a huge sum back when Erik sold it. Its a piece of pioneer work in the bitcoin history.
Hence by reusing the name you are creating confusion because people might watch that Netflix bitcoin documentary which mentions Satoshidice, then go Google it and find your site and think its the same. I see some legal issues with this.
Yes we are thinking about that also. Once the site is stable in terms of user traffic, we might consider switching to another name, as changing name and domain would require additional fundings to be done. |

Welcome back satoshidice, hopefully everything is working fine after the testing stage some time ago. My question, did you delete all accounts who registered during the testing stage? I ask this because I try to log in my account but it says "user does not exist" then try it again on different browser but I get different error message "invalid username and password" while I'm quite sure that I type the correct username and password.
Thank you Bitinity. Yes, we removed all users during testing phase, as we wouldn't want to pollute the actual data. You are welcome to register the same username again, provided it's not taken. Yes, I just created an account with the same username but how about my $5 reward for participation on the testing phase as I provided my username to vicknick after posting my review. I havent checked on my old account whether I've received the reward or not as the site was inaccessible after the testing phase.
