Good choice of dice game including good and matured graphics. Dice game is very popular and all of the gamblers are already knew and try this. And aside from good graphics I wonder what other features that this site can make different from the normal dice games? I think to make this site stay longer in this industry they need to add some more exciting games like card and sports game.

Well usually people are attracted from many bonus / promotion which held by the site, or faucet since there are only few sites which still have faucet feature on their site.
About adding more games, it's still too early, and about your sugesstion with card and sports games also can't guarantee more people will come playing on here (there are many people who don't like both games too)

There is no too early or too late for that case IMO, adding more games can be done anytime as long as the games are working fines. There is also no guarantee of boosting traffic, agree with this one.
As what it is called by gambling, that's the gamble for the casino's owner. IMO at this time, satoshidice is focusing to make the dice game better first then they can add more games in the near future.

I just checked the site on looking around the chatbox but surprisingly there is a user who is spamming the chatbox by posting referral link of other sites so many times.
This kind of thing should be minimized as it is against the rules. Is there any chat moderators? If you don't have it, I suggest you to get some chat moderators to manage the chatbox so there wont be spam like this one http://prntscr.com/sc3rqc
Chatbox should be a fun place to interact with other users, so having it moderated will always better. Also you need to ban the user who make the spam as on the screenshot above.

VIP program usually something like rakeback or lossback but I prefer rakeback based on how much I have wagered on the site. Better if you add it as soon as possible and would be better as well if the VIP program is competitive enough compared to other sites. Perhaps you can give bigger percentage or lower wagered amount to reach the VIP program.

Actually they did have some sort of daily wager competition before when I was testing the site. Not sure why it is taken down for now but probably because it is not worth for now as most people are just there to test the site instead of gambling. So it holds some potential in the future that those kind of thing might be back on the site

Yes, due to transaction fee and also giving out free faucet, we have to put a minimum limit for withdrawal, otherwise there will be people who just continue collecting faucet and withdraw only. If there’s no faucet, then lowering the limit might be an option.

This is fairly common on pretty much any trollboxes these days. Its either spammers posting links, some people begging for free BTC, or people attacking one another. Generally a small site can't have a full time moderator at all times for the chat. Even the largest Bitcoin futures exchange (Bitmex) has tons of staff but there are times during the day when they are not present in the chat to remove posts and ban people.

I think a better solution for this is just to have a way to mute or ignore a certain user. That way anyone can do this and they don't need admin privilages since its only happening on their end. You can also report the chat post but usually it will take hours to get support to look into it. Hence there is nothing you can do really but ignore it most of the time. Pretty soon you will see which are spam posts and which are posts by an actual human.

Good point. Aside from transaction fee, since the site also provides faucets chances that it will be abused is high if they would not implement minimum amount of withdrawal knowing how many people are after with free faucets it will be an easy access to them sucking the bits from the house.
