61  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sites accepting bets from countries where gambling is illegal. on: October 13, 2020, 03:57:26 AM
first i lied and said i was in mexico.

i felt bad for misleading forum members and confessed i played from USA in VPN.

Now awaiting cloudbet's response about how i can get my money back because before 2 years ago i had an account when USA was allowed on Cloudbet.  I had lost 2.7 bitcoins then.  Now I made 1.4 bitcoins but I also withdrew and then re-deposited.  I VPN'd in and now they want to take what i sent them that day, the 67 BCH sent.

It's confusing but I sent them about 80 BCH and went to withdraw 67 BCH and they are taking it because my account had profited more than that.  But my old account long time ago was down a lot of moeny to cloudbet, so i hope they pay me back.

At this point I am going to assume i'm not getting it back.  I only have $100 ro $200 left to my name, I trusted Cloudbet and they took the money from me, now I have nothing and no job, no income, i'm very scared.

any support in this case is appreciated.  I need the money back that i sent them that day.
62  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: October 13, 2020, 03:00:07 AM
I love tennis and bet tennis a lot, I do pretty well at it sometimes, but this time I stupidly logged into Cloudbet using a USA IP from USA and they froze my deposits of $15,000 worth of bitcoin cash (67 BCH) and this was really tough for me.

I want to join you guys in this thread and leave tips and exchange information, I also have an account on tennisinsight.com where I make picks.

If you can please support me in getting my deposits back I made to Cloudbet when betting tennis, they froze my funds and are not returning the deposit.  Please support me getting the deposits back by adding to the community flag on their account and also leaving negative trust.

you can read about it here
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5277995.80

consider adding negative flag until cloudbet releases the $15,000 they have frozen due to me being a USA player (67BCH).  I realize I broke terms of service, I really want my deposits back that I sent them (67BCH)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=154563

Thank you for your support and i look forward to picking tennis with you soon.  It is my favorite hobby (I teach tennis , play tennis, and bet tennis, and tennis fan Smiley)

Cloudbet is making a big noise now there are many gambling sites that freeze their gamblers accounts once they saw that they are registered on a country where the gambling site do not accept gamblers, to avoid issues do not register or use  VPN you will get caught and the hardest thing to accept is when your account was freeze when you tried to withdraw your winnings, imagine they allow you to deposit but they will not allow you to withdraw your earnings because you break the rules, it's like they are just waiting for you to win so they can freeze your account.

Again, this is what i'm facing.  Cloudbet has taken my deposits and is not returning them.  It is a huge amount of money, about $15,000.

Please if this situation upsets you, please leave a negative trust and adding to the flag on the account until the company returns the money I deposited the same day I went to cash out they KYC and froze the funds and it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten it back and I went into an emotional wreck.  I will never do this again.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=154563

Consider leaving negative trust until they return the funds (if they do return them i will pm you to lift the community pressure).

Still it was my fault for breaking TOS, but it is still really cruel to take my deposits.

Hi guys, this could be a great discussion for us to get some tips to help minimize the risk as although we are aware that our favorite gambling sites does not allow certain countries to use the site and yet we are still persisting to gamble. Personally, I don't read all the TOS in most sites I'm using as they didn't require a KYC so it's useless read all that when I believe I'm not covered since they will not know my real identity or where I am living.

However, lately, I've seen some complaints from user on account getting blocked or funds got frozen because such user belongs to a certain country where listed in the site not allowed to gamble, so I would like to hear your thoughts on how to deal with this kind of possibility that could happen to us since we still gamble despite knowing we are discourage not to.

To my fellow gambles, don't be shy to share your opinion, advises and experience so everyone will be aware.

this topic is a little fresh for me ;(  I deserve my $15,000 in deposits back from Cloudbet, this isn't fair.  But I did break the terms of service.  I hope they re-consider their decision to keep my deposits i made that day.

if you can show some support for me receiving my $15,000 in deposits back that day I'd appreciate it so much.

and please consider leaving negative trust for a company that is taking the deposits of people that are caught using a VPN to play on their site (i shouldn't have done it, but I feel that they shouldn't confiscate this absurdly huge amount of money which I can't afford to have stolen)
Please consider leaving a negative trust or flag until they release my funds here:

Ethically no, but legally yes and the word rob should not be used here because they mentioned it clearly on their ToS so they can freeze and terminate your account without any further questions.Thi is not new, traditional banks are doing this, coinbase done this and lot other crypto related platform terminate your account and release your funds or not is based on their own decision and literally you can't force them to give the money back because you are broken now.

I also want to change my tone and apologize to Cloudbet for breaking their TOS and providing false information.

I still would like a response to the new info that is coming to light now that I am bringing all the facts to the table.  I appreciate any understanding and forgiveness from Cloudbet and the community as well for being angry and accusatory when I was the one breaking terms of service.

This means I'm still down over .9 bitcoins even if I was paid out, yet cloudbet said in their post on the subject that i had withdrawn more than my deposits. clearly this is untrue. also in the past they have delayed like this and ended up paying, in similar cases. all i ask is they look at this info again, now that this info has come to light, so they can see they're making a mistake, and that I should be due my deposits back.

Including the 67bch ($15,000) that's being withheld from me, and then factoring in the fact that I owe them 0.26 BTC ($3,000) for a misgrade, I am down approximately $25k to the site. if they release these funds to me i will still be down approximately $11k (.9btc+)  to the site. thus, their statement that i rcvd more in deposits than withdrawals is FALSE. i have proof, screenshots, showing that this is false. i apologize for lying in the beginning, i was scared, but now i am being completely truthful and showing proof. i am willing to take as long as it takes to resolve this, and would appreciate any kind words or support from anyone

and i understand that i may not get anything back but i still hold my claim, and will forever hold it, unless they resolve this with me.

I do respect that and I apologize so much about mis-leading people.  I did a desperate thing that wasn't very smart or right... out of fear.  Wasn't smart to lie about everything- though looking back I think it's very common for people caught to make up these stories it happens a lot.

I'm very sorry Jolly.

Bro I was truly shock by your confession since the whole point of a scam accusation for your to tell your side of the story and I gave all my points that Cloudbet was wrong since you are just a US Citizen player playing in Mexico which made Cloudbet's decision to lock your account unreasonable. If you look at Cloudbet's profile now you will see that a lot of DTs have given them a negative feedback because of your thread and several people supported your flag, can you see the affect it will give to these people on how they supported you based on your lies? The important thing about scam accusations is for you to point out your mistakes and hopefully Cloudbet will agree on your points as well.

I really screwed this up so badly.  I should have just told my story right from the start but the problem was I think this happens to a lot of people in my situation.  They get caught VPN'ing and they make up a story, because they think it's the only way to get paid what is rightfully theirs.  I think it happens waaay more often than not, though it doesn't jsutify it.

Cloudbet threw a bunch of legal rules at me and I figured the only way to get paid is lie about my location

The worst part about it was stringing others along and now its' a complete and utter mess.  I'm not happy about any of it.

I still think I should be paid the money back.

hi i bet tennis too but don't bet at cloudbet they steal your money trust me.

what's this thread all about?
80  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 12, 2020, 01:46:35 AM
Yes, however if you lost your coins on bets, what is there to reimburse to you? Those bets are lost. Should everyone use a VPN from a banned country, lose their bets and demand Cloudbet to reimburse their coins? I shake my head.

@Ronnie?

Where do you see that I lost?  I didn't lose.  I deposited 80 BCH and I went to cashout 67 BCH and they're taking all BCH of my deposits.  Stop posting if you don't know what you're talking about.

Plus Steve said that if my lifetime deposits are less than withdrawals they're entitled to keep whatever I sent that day.  But I had another account 2 years apart that I didn't even VPN in from.  I was a long time losing and loyal customer, in love iwth the software and I missed the experience and VPN'd in.  I have never won, this was a fluke.  I ran up a big amount and my dreams were crushed because I'm a winner?  but in fact I lost 2.7 bitcoins at least to the site, which can be verified by Cloudbet if they would like to release it.

The reason I'm not being paid is because of the profits on the account, but in fact I've donated .9 bitcoins or more in the 3 years I've used the site, most of that time I wasn't using a VPN.  It was just 18 months after my account was shut down for being from the USA that I grabbed a VPN and bet for 3 months and wound up winning, withdrawing everytyhing, and slowly re-depositing until they took my deposits when I couldn't afford for them to be taken.  Again, here's the email:

And by the way, with the money stolen from the account, I would actually be down 2.3 bitcoins, not .9 bitcoisn to the site.  I deserve the account balance back, and I am firm about that.

Quote: "polite but firm. u are a lifetime 0.9 (actually 2.3 if i don't get my deposits back) btc loser on cloudbet. in similar situations they have paid ppl the balance, bigger balances, and closed the account. in their communications with regards to your account, they claimed you were a winner and that is one of the reasons for their decision. just keep repeating this"
"u can even post that text of mine word for in quotes and say "a friend who is giving me advice on this situation said to post this"
